Dopo anni di piacevoli acquisti in questo negozio e tanti altri nel mondo, per la prima volta abbiamo avuto un esperienza terribile da Prada. Nella tarda mattinata ho provato una giacca che doveva essere il mio regalo di Natale, non essendo della mia taglia, la commessa che mi ha assistito mi ha fatto arrivare la taglia giusta in negozio avvisandomi con un messaggio nel corso del pomeriggio. Ricevuto il messaggio ho risposto che sarei ritornato nel corso del pomeriggio, terminato il mio appuntamento dal dentista, e alle 18:20 quando sono giunto in negozio la commessa non era più di turno e la sua collega dopo averla a lungo cercata, costernata, ha chiamato il manager che la aveva venduta ad un altro cliente. Il manager ha sostenuto inutilmente che io fossi stato ricontattato dalla sua collega, ma nulla di tutto ciò era accaduto come ho facilmente dimostrato sul mio cellulare di non aver più ricevuto alcuna comunicazione dopo la prima che mi avvisava che il capo era arrivato in negozio e dopo che avevo confermato che sarei tornato. Il capo che era stato fatto arrivare in negozio per me era l'ultimo disponibile a Milano. Impossibile farne arrivare un altro per Natale. Quanto accaduto ci lascia sbalorditi e siamo clienti da anni, in tutto il mondo del Brand Prada. Grandissima è la delusione per l'accaduto.

RACIST staff! I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff racially profiled me and the had a lady follow me throughout the store without separating more than 3ft (1m) from me. She said that it was because I was a customer but she only did to me and not from other Chinese customers not from the middle eastern ones. She made me feel very uncomfortable and denied me the space I needed to look at items at the store. They were very RACIST. I left as it was clear that the attitude was only brought towards me. Disgusting people and treatment to its customers. I hold a PhD in mathematics and I am professional (not that it should matter, but it so that people understand that I was profiled only because of my appearance). I will never ever step in a Prada in my life again. When going to other high end stores, I didn't receive a bad treatment at all. Only here.

Came here to purchase a bag I saw a few days earlier. After intricately describing the bag's style and it's previous location in the store, the vendor said the bag didn't exist... I asked him to double check he went on to say the visual merchandiser also claimed they never heard of such bag... I asked him if the bag is fake he said probably yes laughing and insinuating in a rude way that I was dilusional... Needless to say I found the bag online seconds after I left the shop and purchased it without the help of these rude old prehistoric dinosaurs... ‍♀️

Prada resta sempre e comunque leader nel customer service post acquisto: ho comprato una sneakers che purtroppo dopo pochi mesi è risultata difettata. Il negozio uomo di Milano, dopo veloce analisi, me l’ha sostituita facendo arrivare il modello della scarpa, ormai introvabile, direttamente dal negozio di Parigi. Complimenti davvero per l’ottimo servizio dello staff del negozio uomo di Montenapoleone che mi ha supportato dimostrandosi sempre efficiente, cordiale e anche simpatico. Prada top
