Most under utilised mall in the lb nagar. Has lot a of potential for opening up to more businesses like movie screens, food joints or other businesses. 60-70% of the building is either empty or under construction (top floors). Parking for two wheelers is paid hence we see lot of parking in front of the mall in service lane which troubles commuters. Brand factory and Dominos are currently the crowd pullers especially on weekends. Banquet hall is scarecely used. TMC is the only electronic store. I hope some entrepreneur identified the opportunity and utilises this facility to the best.

The bathroom of the 5th floor office is pathetic. The cleaner cleans it during office hours by closing the door and not letting anyone enter. The vents inside dont work so the smell often comes out to the corridor. The urinal flushes dont work except one. The urinals often dont have urinal cakes(napthalene) in them. And to top it all, the cleaning is done only once and the rest of the day it is just disgusting.

Very huge footprint in and around this area. It's just a shopping mall but not for entertainment and mostly calm place. I think it would have been a great place if it housed a Multiplex along with shopping. It has shops like Brand factory, Woodland, Dominos, TMC, i20 fever, craft items shop, etc.Very popular here is Brand Factory.

We went to this place for a marriage. The place was good. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was so good with lot of varieties and the staff was so good. We can easily spot the place and it was above the grand factory and a shopping mall.

A very large building unlike others in the area,with a lots of shops...bt i felt,tht with such a huge construction,it wud betr hv been a successful MULTIPLEX rather than just a moderately running mall,to be honest less than a mall

Very nice building. Half of the space in the building was empty when I visited here, both a year back and now. It has Domino's, a gift shop, woodland. It will more good if it can attract KFC, McD and branded clothing stores.

This is a very near central place but most of it is empty. Except for TMC, Brand factory and Princeton hall it has nothing very interesting to attract public. They can rework on their marketing

Though construction is very high standard, maintenance is very poor. Moreover front view commercial shops r vacant for many years. Not good public flow hence .

I went to this place to purchase in TMC where we can buy electronics. It is good place for shopping. Enough space for parking .clean and neat inside the mall

The shopping complex is full of A/C and there is a banquet hall I really enjoyed there there is no parking fees and the management is good

Brand factory has good stuff but a bit costly , dominos, wooden land also their ,parking inside they will charge 20rupees

Brand factory is on 3rd and 4 th floor. With good quantity of stocks in various brands

it is not occupied fully, there are only a couple of options available for shopping.
