Horrible service. I gave my car for service on 17th December in Pranav automotive and asked to do tyre rotation as part of the regular service. I was able to identify that it was not done as I had TPMS installed in my tyres. Not only the tyre rotation, the tyre pressure check was also not done. After I noticed this they were arguing with me saying it was done even after i was having proof. The service advisor was very rude to me. I was able to check about tyre rotation only, for other services I had to trust them which I dont seeing their behaviour. I also had no way to verify other services. He claims to have 23 years of experince in middle east, but it was not visible in the way he was handling things. I also changed my battery, when asked asked for warranty which was 5 years he had no idea about it. When he don't know things he starts showing his rude nature. I had to get the warranty details from another person. I lost the trust in them and is feeling cheated. Please cross check each and everything they say if you gave your vehicle for service here. Anyways I will never give my vehicle here for service again. I will consider this as my loss for this year. I had to give atleast one star as there is no lower rating than this. Very unprofessional people, the so called service advisor was not able to answer my queries other than showing his rude nature. When I pay for the service I have all the right to know what they have done to my vehicle.

Pathetic service. No professionalism or quality. I will never recommend this place to anyone. My reply to your below comment - I am aware that you won't find a service request in my name, that is because the service was registered in my father's name. I already tried solving the issue when I was there in your service centre and at that time no one was ready to help. Especially your service centre manager is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. When we submit an honest review on Google, you guys torture us by calling us back to back and arguing with us and force us till we delete the review. This is one of the reasons why I feel that your professionalism is zero. So I am sorry, I don't want to share the vehicle details or my contact number. For all the customers who are reading this - I generally don't write reviews on Google. But it was a very unpleasant experience at the service centre. Hence this review.

I have tried many car mechanics in Bangalore for over 6 years. As per my recommendations, Pranab automotive is one of the best car service providers across Bangalore. My car was in a minor accident. I don't know who is a reliable and professional car mechanic near me. So I enquired with my friends and colleagues. One of my friends suggested contacting Pranav automotive. So I just contacted and booked the service . They responded immediately, from booking the car service to delivering it to the doorstep, which was awesome. I can easily track the progress by sitting at home. So I would recommend contacting them for better results.

Got a wheel alignment and balancing done here. They overcharged me and put extra additional weights. When confronted, they didn't even apologize and just changed the bill and gave a fresh one. Most of the customers would leave the vehicle and pick it up after some days. This gives them the opportunity to make fools of people and charge anything as per their wish. They are scamming people. Amazing service! I was assisted by Jijin Kurian, amazing person. Understands our problem statement at hand and suggests the best solution for it. I even went to the centre again as my battery was dead during their closing time. But the team was committed to help me to get my battery replaced. Worst and un professional service center. Please be careful when ever you take your vehicle to Pranav Automotive I have give my vehicle for the water wash and they have returned it in a horrible way. Really worried if they are not able to do basic cleaning/Wash how they are doing the mechanical work? They have used dirty clothes for cleaning the vehicle.

Not happy with the service provided. I have asked to put a mesh for the fuel pipe after replacing it. But they haven't done. They haven't properly handled the back seat after fixing the pipe. Back seat wasn't locked properly and back seat belt pushed under the luggage area.

Not that much satisfied with the service, even car wash or where the parts touched also; they will not clean. As you give general paid service they won’t do much, when you said any concern; that only they will concentrate. If you give full service the cost will be 6k.

Very unprofessional, they will use a local spare part but will tell you that it is original from company. PLEASE CHECK for serial no to avoid this fraud. Also they will try to sell you unnecessary add ons like brake shoe, or oil change.
