Pathetic attempt at a company. The staff there is beyond ignorant. I had a flood claim on my vehicle. Took them 45 days to review, at which point the car was totaled. And I was out $700 for a rental car, because they dragged their feet (policy only covered 30 days) Then, they charge me for my 6 month premium AFTER the car was totaled and in possession of statefarm. It's taken 6 months and I STILL don't have my refund. I was told weeks ago it would be done, and nothing yet. All the while, they've called me asking me to review my policy to upsell me on more products. This office should be ashamed of themselves and the "service" they provide. As soon as I get my policy coverage (which they said they'd send right over) I'm cancelling and taking my business elsewhere. Truly a pathetically run office.

I reached out about getting rental insurance for my rental home. This was the easiest process I've ever had with an insurance company. But that's not why am writing this review. I worked with Shannon Taylor and after my rental was complete Shannon informed me that I could get a pretty sweet life insurance policy for my son. Having a representative like this is exactly what every insurance company needs. Very personable, funny, smart, and informative. Shannon Taylor made this whole process easier for me. I'm going to be switching all my insurance over to State Farm with Preeti Saghal because she knows how to build a fantastic team and take care of her clients. I wish there was an extra star I could give! I'll be sending all my friends and family over her way.

Preeti Sehgal is simply amazing. I have been a client of Preeti’s even before she was with State Farm and was at a different establishment. I chose to leave the other company to become a State Farm client, simply because of the support, care and attention that Preeti provides. She is very thorough, responsive, always provides excellent guidance and advice, and a true client care professional. Dealing with insurance companies can be a very stressful and sensitive matter and we hope we never have to use it. But it’s great to know I have Preeti by my side, God Forbid, in those critical time of need.

I recently started my own business and needed coverage, but also wasn’t sure where to start. Shannon was extremely friendly and accommodating. She provided me options and made me feel confident in my choices. Since then, she has helped my husband and I move all of our other policies over to State Farm which has made it really easy to keep track of everything. Shannon has kept us updated on any changes or information we may need to know. I appreciate having an actual person to call rather than a customer service hotline.

Such poor customer service from Preeti and her team. We've had nothing bot lackadaisical responses from Preeti. Final straw: I've asked for back history billing since December and after three follow up messages, finally got a response on ONE policy of seven. Literally does NO WORK FOR THE POLICIES - shop online and don't use an agent office that does ZERO work to solve your issues. There are way better agents at State Farm and with the online agency becoming a better option, better rates at Costco or USAA.

Dealing with Preeti has been an absolutely abysmal experience. Poor communication with cryptic and useless 5 word responses on email. My car insurance premium ended up double versus what was initially negotiated with statefarm and Preeti was absolutely ineffectual in addressing this. After 3 months of overpaying for insurance and multiple broken promises from Preeti for resolution, I still have not seen anything. Avoid this agent at all costs, the experience has been absolutely horrible!

A++ team. I have worked with Preeti Sehgals office for several years and with a number of different team members. Every interaction I have (phone call, email) is positive. This month I worked with Gael and he was absolutely terrific- friendly, responsive, and detailed. I was so impressed with Gael I made the decision to transfer additional insurance policies to this office. If you are looking for a new insurance agent, I would highly recommend you give this State Farm office a call.

I had some questions about our renter's insurance policy and whether our belongings would be covered in an upcoming move. I sent Gael and Preeti an email and within moments my cell-phone rang...it was Gael. He assured me that all would be covered which was quite a relief. After I got off the phone my wife asked who was that and, of course, I said it was Jake from State Farm...followed by: Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. Marissa has been a huge help in resolving some issues we were having with another State Farm office in the area after moving to California from Utah and attempting to transfer our policies. Marissa knew who to contact and how to go about clearing up all the confusion with the DMV, and within a week, things were back on track. Very poor customer service from Preeti. I've been following up regarding a refund she promised few months back. She isn't even responding to my emails now. This is after her office causing us so much stress when they messed up our home insurance change application. Overall bad experience with their customer service and attitude towards customers. I have been getting the best service from Shannon in this office. We are a small HOA trying to determine the best coverage for our needs and she has been patient and thorough in answering our questions. The benefits of switching to State Farm are good on the nuts and bolts side of the equation, but the excellent and responsive service is also a major value.
