My response to the owners comment below on my review. Me: Yes, i informed you when the coat was brought in that it was ripped due to a dog attack. You: stated that you could fix it. You did not mention that it would be puckered. I should have been informed of that up front and then i could have made my decision on whether or not to proceed. Or, your qualified seamstress should have recognized this and let you know. As I attempted to tell you, I would have understood if you said it couldn't be repaired properly. Me: I have an agreement with the dog owner re:bill/cost of jacket. This is irrelevant to you and your business. I didn't ask for your "legal' advice/opinion. The pictures I have posted have not over emphasized the puckering. This is the "GRADE A" workmanship you delivered to me. One of the picture is taken in your store at time of pick up. The quality of your work is clearly demonstrated in the photos. The way you and your wife have dealt with my complaint has been nothing short of condescending and obnoxious. I met with you again to attempt to resolve this and was subjected to a lecture on how much "time i was spending on this" and how my opinion and the opinion of everyone i have shown the jacket to was irrelevant because we are not seamstresses was infuriating. Almost as infuriating as when your wife told me it was an old jacket that i used to walk my dog... i don't even own a dog and the jacket is not old. Lets not forgot to add that it took a total of 10 days for my jacket to be returned. It was dry cleaned and then your team "forgot" to complete the repair work. I was the one who had to point out that you forgot to do the work. Considering it's freezing out and this is my winter jacket, i was inconvenienced by the fact that it took a week longer than I was told it would. I will not take you up on offer. I am not interested in dealing with you further. I will never bring business to you nor will I ever suggest anyone visit any of your locations based on my personal experience.

I had quite a few items to get dry cleaned so I looked into several of the dry cleaners in my area (Westboro) for some promotions and good reviews. The website for Premier Dry Cleaners seemed to be appealing - it was offering quite a few promotions - 6 items for $39.99 and a 50% off your dry cleaning so I have it a try. The store was well organized and seemed clean. Parking across the screen was free so made it accessible for a quick drop off. When I went to submit my items I asked for the promotion and was advised by the employee that their store wasn’t doing it anymore. When I spoke with the store owner he said it was a COVID thing and he wasn’t able to pull tve promotion off of his website because his web designer was charging him too much. He attempted to offer me an “exclusive” member account in compensation ,whereby you pay $120 upfront and you get your dry cleaning 50% off for a year. He kept saying this is a privilege as I have a long waiting list. The caveat of the plan being that the store reserved the right to increase prices at any time. The whole thing sounds like a scam. I felt the store was dishonest by misleading customers with false promotions. I was in a desperate situation and had no time to go to another place so I went ahead with dry cleaning a few pieces. I was not happy. I do not recommend this place. I suggest any other dry cleaner. Including the one at the Superstore if you’re in Westboro.

I used to be a client for a long time and was always satisfied by the quality of the service I received. This current owner was good at first but has lapsed over time. First it was clothes that had to be returned for cleaning. I kept going back because he had this deal of 6 pieces for 30$ . I found out today that he has added costs to the deal, specifically 1$ extra for pants lining. I walked away. Exceptions should be clearly advertised, in this case it was not. I was told that it is on the website. Regrettably that does not mean anything since the sign outside the door does not advertised exceptions. The young lady at the counter is friendly but clearly this not enough. I ended up going to Spic and Span across the street on Richmond and got the same deal. Guess who is getting my business from now on??

Dry cleaning was ok a few times I did it there but both times I gave things for alterations, they were a week late and charged me ridiculously high price for it. Second time, I got my curtains back 1.5 week later after coming in 3 days on a row and them telling me they'll have it by the end of day. The curtains were different length as well. Owners should learn to respect their customers and read about providing good service. They seem like they don't care at all. Extremely poor customer service.

The staff are nice and professional, but they didn’t complete my order by the promised date — they hadn’t even started it. Disappointing. Thankfully the staff were able to do it right then and there for me when I arrived to pick up my order — I only had to wait another 5 minutes or so. So, in the end, I got what I needed. Not a great first impression, clearly, but I’d be willing to go back and give them another chance, since mistakes do happen from time to time.

This place had a decent price for dry cleaning, and they were very prompt and organized. Only just under $13 for a dinner jacket, and around $30 for a two-piece suit. The suit had a greasy food stain which they removed entirely without issue. The staff was pleasant and straightforward. They did a great job and I would certainly use their services again, especially if I needed quick results. Thank you Premier Dry Cleaners!

Great pricing but had to argue a promotion they had. After agreeing to honor their promotion they wanted to charge me more and pay up front withought having Reasoning "you're getting a big discount". I decided to go to Hillary's and ended up paying a bit more but was worth it for the professionalism. I did not have to pay up front and their promotions were great. I recommend Hillary's by far, you get what you pay for.

I was charged $45 for a knee length wool coat - I thought this was a bit expensive but I paid anyway. Now looking at their website, I feel like I was scammed because all of the other prices for winter coats/jackets are closer to $30. They were friendly and helpful but I found the price to be very expensive. I want to try somewhere else for my other dry cleaning needs to see if I can find a better price.

The service was fabulous! I thought my son’s suit was ruined. They explained to me that due to the nature of the stains, they would have to wash it and then dry clean it. They were very clear that the result was not guaranteed to be perfect. But it was perfect! All the stains came out and the suit looked brand new. I dropped it off mid morning and was able to pick it up later the same day.

So after looking online for about 45 minutes on cheap dry cleaning. Came across this place which has a promo 50% off your first visit... hey what luck this is my first visit. I bring down 9 shirts to be pressed and cleaned - he quotes me 35+ dollars. I ask him about the promo - "oh no we don't do that" I even show him the website.. "no we don't do that" what gives?! jus be warned!

The people who run this place are great. I’ve brought my dry cleaning here a few times and results are always excellent. They’re very kind and accommodating. At one point I missed the pickup for a suit I needed at a wedding. They came in on their day off and made sure I had what I needed. I really can’t say enough about that. Thank you very much.

I brought them a vintage gown to be cleaned. It had several old stains. They were very open and upfront about the chances of getting the stains out. We decided to give it a try anyway. They managed to get all but one stain out, and that one stain has been made almost unnoticeable! Great work, reasonable prices, open and honest communication.

The couple that work here are very warm and friendly. The service was very fast and well done. I brought in my African print dresses I was a little scared since they were colourful and wasn’t sure if the colours would bleed. I left feeling very reassured and when I came back to pick up, I was very happy with the results. 10/10 :)

Expensive shirts completely ruined because their press was too hot and burnt them. I had some premium dress shirts cleaned. The cleaner’s press was too hot, burnt them all and didn’t even bother to take out the shirt pins (you can now see the permanent imprint). First time customer - very costly experience.

Went above and beyond to make sure the champagne stains on my jacket was removed. The stains were caked on the jacket for 5 months and thought it was impossible to remove but they took their time, tried different techniques and now I am able to wear it to a wedding in short notice.

Got my winter coat zipper replaced. Wow! Premier did it in one day and I even got an upgraded metal zipper for no extra cost. They were cheaper than Hillary's and the service was very personal. My kudos to this Family run business...a great model for others. Well done Team Premier

Great service! Dropped my suit off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day. Had a lot of cranberry juice spilt on my suit pants and jacket. They were able to get everything out! Recommend using this company if you are in a rush to get last minute dry cleaning done!

Such a great staff! I was heading to a business meeting in the morning when I noticed wrinkles on my suit. I dropped by there on my way. They kindly accepted my request to iron my dress right away quickly. They were so warm and friendly. Highly recommended

I visited Premier Cleaners to clean my pants and Suits. Their 100% PERC Free cleaning was such a relief . The quality of cleaning was Fantastic. Truly a SPA for your Clothes. Must visit...very educational as I could see the whole process in action.

I had a dress and jacket cleaned at Premier recently and had a great experience! They were able to get the wine and oil stains off my clothes, and I was able to pick up the same day. Easily one of the friendliest family-run business in Ottawa!

This place is absolute the WORST. Very bad service, the staff doesn’t know what he’s doing. They just ruined my sweater, now with stains! The staff is just so RUDE, I’m not giving this business another cent of mine. Will not recommend at all!

Was looking for a place to get my husbands suit pressed. In no time at all they freshened his suit up and gave me a new bag and hanger! Amazing service! Very quick and very friendly!
