Service of this company is the worst. The agent Omama Hashmi did not get me my visa and when I told this to her she did not do anything about my refusal. Did not give me any refund (even partial) for services not provided ( I did not get the visa even though I did all that was recommended) and did not even said she is sorry I did not get the visa. Did not even try to do an appeal and help me to revert the refusal in visa. Did not give any hints on how to proceed next. Just disappeared from my life and did not even asked me how am I going to handle the situation. Worst service, do not recommend, 0/10.

I would suggest to get your work done with Umama as she is very helpful, very attentive unlike other travel agent you have to wait hours and hours to get their responds but Umama was quick and that the kind of experience customer are looking for. Thank you.
