We were given a recommendation by a good friend to use Premium Taxi’s and they are brilliant just as our friend said. The booking system is easy. An email confirmation comes immediately, then a calendar invite and then notification of the driver details the day of the service. The drivers are wonderful, friendly and awfully safe. They make contact on flight arrival and there us a tracking system to check where they are. To offer such fabulous service, you would expect a premium charge but no. It is commiserate with other providers. Why would we look elsewhere? They are too good to be true which is a rarity in the current world environment,

Wonderful service. Nick was so welcoming and patient in waiting for us and our luggage when we arrived. Had a good old chat all the way into town. Like being picked up by a friend. On the way back to the airport Frank kindly stopped so that my wife could get something from the chemist. We also changed our pick-up time due to the bad weather which Peter was happy to do for us. Just good old fashioned friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone travelling to Melbourne. We will be using them again on our next trip in December for sure. My experience with Premium Taxis has been exceptional end to end. Very easy booking link sent via text. Easy communication, including for a change in arrangements. The driver was delightful! Travelling with my 5yo and elderly parents to the airport was made so much easier. Thoroughly reccommend!
