I buried my aunt last week and after calling a few establishments I decided to use Prepared Place Funeral Services in Dallas Texas. I never had to bury anyone so this was a first for me. The staff at Prepared Place was amazing, Dr. Martin and his Team were professional, empathetic, and overall made the process simple and stress free. The funeral home came from Dallas to Austin to get my aunt's body and to be honest I didn't trust anyone else with the task. This establishment captured my aunt perfectly as her make up was done flawlessly, my aunt looked as if she were sleeping. Words cannot do justice to how good Dr. Jeremiah Martin and Prepared Place Funeral Home are. From the day my brother passed their service has been impeccable, lacking nothing. Dare I say it was enjoyable (excluding the circumstance) working with him. He is intuitive and sensitive to your needs. He knows what to do and what to suggest and how to do it. My brother looked like he was sleeping and he looked good. The obituary is definitely a keepsake and he uses quality paper and ink. He is thoughtful. He checked in several times before and even called this evening to see how we were doing. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his business to anyone to take care of your loved ones. He will definitely do you right. You'll leave the service with a greater peace that will comfort you in days to come.

FOREVER GRATEFUL to Dr. Jeremiah and the entire Prepared Place staff! Losing my beloved Grams this month took a toll on our family. It was difficult beyond words! Readying yourself to carry out funeral arrangements for your beloved makes it all the more challenging! The Prepared Place stepped in to lighten our load drastically! This place is awesome this place made my family feel at relax and also they worked with my family financially the day of the funeral they did an awesome job and the deceased person look that great better than ever he looked at so peaceful and as I said at the funeral he was Walking Around Heaven All Day Jeremiah the owner he sang yes I said he sang and his team work together they had everything together everything on time the musician they had was awesome Darrell Fielder was awesome I will always use this place when I need them so please give them a call whenever it's needed

Loosing My Aunt was hard for my family and I. We had little resources and not many places to turn. We called prepared place in a panic not knowing what to do. The owner and his assistant treated us so kind like family and made it possible for us to go on with our lives the best way we could. I am late with my review as my Aunt passed away April of last year but I will never forget how this wonderful young man helped us and gave us hope.

Bad makeover on body need lots of help even on customer service the person at the front deck need to provide more information on family members when the family is asking questions. Be more specific on things concerning the decision on the client who theirs working on . Their team should have been on one accord with the family at all times .

I love their service. They made my dad look so so good. He actually looks like he was sleeping and he looked younger. And Mr. Martin is the best. He was sympathetic to our needs and he was very nice. The people there are so nice I would recommend prepared place funeral home 110 percent they are the best.

He is a rip off and very dishonest! He picked my husband body up and had him Embalmed before he even knew how he looked and refused to give my family his death certificate because we had his body moved! He have several cases pending for him in court. Do your research people.

The company was very unprofessional with the handling of my loved ones recent funeral. They withheld info from my family and also would not allow us to see the body. They addressed my cousin very disrespectfully to the point a fight almost took place.

Dr. Martin did a excellent job with my dad even dealing with me and my family because it was such a shock that we were all over the place but he was there for us along with all of his staff I would highly recommend him to anybody

I cannot recommend this place. They completely botched my father-in-law's death certificate even though we gave them the correct information numerous times. They are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional.

This is the second time unfortunately I had to use them for a love one. Dr. Martin is so patient and passion. He make you feel his love for your needs in your love one care.
