My experience with this business in insanely bad. I took seven shirts and a pair of trousers to them to have them cleaned and pressed. The attitude of the person behind the counter was combative and aggressive. They took the shirts and let me know to collect them the next day. One of the shirts, a very expensive designer label shirt, was burned. I took the shirt back to them immediately and showed the same aggressive woman behind the counter that the shirt was burned. Her immediate response was to start gaslighting me to try to have me believe that either it wasn't their fault or that the shirt wasn't burned. I pointed out that whatever had happened to the shirt had happened while it was in their care. The aggressive woman said "Ok, leave it with me I'll get it sorted out", I was curious how they were going to fix a burn and said "Ok, sort it out" then went to the trouble of explaining that the shirt was very important to me. They didn't call the next day so this morning I went there to talk to them and the aggressive woman said "I was going to call you", I let the dishonesty go and asked "what's happening with that shirt?" She went to the back and collected the shirt (from somewhere different to the usual delivery location in the shop) and brought it to me saying absolutely noting. What they had done is scrape the burned cotton off of the shirt, so now a very expensive short is damaged beyond repair. Instead of just taking responsibility for their mistake they instead thought it would be a good idea to completely ruin my property in an attempt to cover up the mistake and lie to me further Apparently there's a boss woman whose mess this insane place is and I'm waiting for that person to call me. Small children are less infantile than this aggressive woman behind the counter is, it would be easier to get a five year old to be a decent human being than is is to get this fully grown adult to. I can't imagine why anybody would use this company.. Update, the boss woman called and promised to pay for a new shirt. Update, I am still waiting for the brand of shirt which was damaged to become available in ZA again they were one of the brands who have exited from ZA.

If you care about your garments or have something special in your wardrobe, don’t take it here. The service is beyond shocking! Took a pair of black Levi jeans for dry cleaning, and when I picked them up they had shrunk above my ankles, plus they had faded and had white marks. It was clear that the jeans had been washed and not dry cleaned. To make matters worse the owner has a terrible attitude and no idea what customer service is. She constantly hung up my calls and made excuses. A simple inspection of the jeans would reveal that something had gone wrong. No accountability or even an apology. After all of this and she made matters worse by getting her tailor to lengthen my jeans without my permission. Can you imagine? I left a good pair of new jeans in your care and now your tailor is amending a customers clothes without permission. I don't usually write reviews, but this is a badly run establishment. Read the other reviews on here and they will tell you a story.

I arrived with my leather jacket and asked how much it would be to have it cleaned. The lady behind the counter says it would cost R450, I ask if I can pay now and get a receipt in case I need someone to collect on my behalf. The lady tells me to only pay when I collect. A week later I went to collect and the same lady behind the counter saying the price is R750. I remind her that she had given me a price of R450 the week before. Apparently they had to do more work than they thought and they had tried to get hold of me three times during the week, which I know is a lie. But apparently no answer is consent for them to go ahead and do the “extra” work. If I did not pay they would not give me the jacket.

Worst laundry and worst customer experience ever! Took a shirt to have an additional button hole added. The shirt was lost for 6 weeks. And when I eventually got it back it had been tailored so that it didn’t fit anymore. There was no request tot tailor it nor to alter the size. When I questioned the owner - Fran - she said that it was an old shirt and she would refund me 50% even though I told her it was a brand new shirt. I then went to the store to prove to her that it was a new shirt, and haven’t heard a word since. Her service and attitude is absolutely atrocious. Hobart Pressed in time - avoid it like the plague.

Wow!! The service is always so bad at this establishment but it is conveniently close. BUT then they damage bedding and hide it in the packaged laundry. Photographs shown to the staff but owners says not good enough to prove damage. So take duvet off bed and drop off today and try to collect my laundry - which is LOST!! YES - LOST!! And the staff are most unhelpful. Owner then calls - will call back in 30 minutes - then texts hours later - laundry is missing!!! I must wait to see if someone brings it back - seriously!! There were high value items - replacement cost around R6000,00!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I took my laundry to be ironed, 4 days later no call. I had to call them myself to find out it is ready. I hope it is the last time I am using their services. I wish I checked the reviews before I use them. Pity the one in Bryanston Centre closed down. They were the best. Customer service and turn around time. I should have listened to a lady who told me I will regret.

The owner really needs to monitor the employees because the service is terrible. After looking at the reviews that seems to be the trend. You’re losing customers because of your employees. How do you just look at a customer while plonked in a chair and say “I’m on lunch”.

Horrible experience, they charge me an absorbent amount for a weeks worth of washing and they don't even fold it or pack in neatly, they just dump it in a bag and give it back to you all creased. Customer service is horrible too. Look elsewhere.

Worst laundromat ever! Worst customer service! Expect them to ruin your clothes beyond repair and then you still have to pay for the damaged item they give back to you. Manager has an attitude. Customer care does not exist at this store!

If ever there was a better savior of my many laundry nightmares!!! I love the service and professionalism of the staff. Oh...it also helps that they can do some tailoring work too under the same roof. Thanks team!

Expensive - and they lost my socks! I took in 5kg of washing, and asked for no drying, and no ironing or folding. 160 bucks! And they lost my socks. I texted them about my socks, and received no reply.

I honestly don't understand why there are bad reviews who cares about customer service. All I care about is my washing and they do a great job and the price is avordable.

Expensive and service is horrible!! Staff not friendly at all. They behave as if they are doing you a favor. Especially the lady at the reception.
