While he appeared to come off as competent and professional at first, there were some things that didn't appear right: Before the session, he asked me what type of massage I wanted; I told him Deep Tissue and/or Sport (which is what I stated online via Groupon when I made the appt.), then, he in turn said he starts off his massages with mild pressure and progress from there, or something to that effect. While I didn't have an issue with that, the session began and about 10-15 minutes in HE ASKED ME if I wanted him to apply more pressure; I said YES. He didn't and continued to apply mild pressure. A few minutes later, I said to him that he could put more pressure on the massage; he didn't respond. After the session (which didn't seem like 60 minutes of a massage), he stated that my body was tight and didn't want to apply more pressure, so as not to "injure" me (THEN WHY DID HE ASKED ME 2x, NOT TO MENTION THAT I ALSO TOLD HIM, TO APPLY MORE PRESSURE?!?!)...Then, upon payment, I showed my Groupon Redemption Code (which the woman that called me to set up the appt. didn't know what that was; she kept referring to it as "the numbers below the bar code"...) and he scanned it. Then, he asked if I wanted to set up another appt.; I instead said I wanted give a tip. He didn't know how to operate the tablet and the card reader, as both of us kept tapping my card, the inserting it, but nothing happened. After 3 minutes, he realized he didn't input the tip amount, which eventually went through. Then, he started to do something else with the tablet, bringing it closer to his face, so that I couldn't see what he was doing. When I asked about what he was doing, he didn't respond. He asked if I wanted to come back in for another session in 3 weeks; I told him I would go online and reschedule...When I got home, I checked my email and saw the final receipt was for $15; WHAT IS THIS???!!! Are you going to charge me another $15; FOR WHAT??? NOW, BASED UPON WHAT YOU JUST READ, WOULD YOU RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER APPT.

I’ve been having some extremely horrible back issues to the point where I was about to have a 7 hour back surgery. Since I wanted surgery to be an absolute last resort, I experimented with a few alternative methods including acupuncture, physical therapy & stretching. A friend of mine recommended that I try a massage from this therapist named Kem at Prestige Touch Massage. I set up the appointment & when I got there I explain my issues. He asked if I had ever had a lymphatic massage, which I hadn’t. I honestly thought he was just trying to up-sale me because the lymphatic was a higher cost than a deep tissue or Swedish massage, but with the pain I was in I was willing to try anything. The session went amazing. It was the first time in months that I was able to go to sleep without taking any pain medication. I now go once a week. I’m in the least pain I’ve been in after trying shots in my back, minor back surgeries, acupuncture & stretching. Nothing else worked as well as this!

Neysa was amazing! She was super attentive to what I thought I needed but also took the massage in different directions based on the areas of tension she felt and was able to work those out as well. She was super knowledgeable about everything I asked her about and did great explaining everything and even gave some tips on strengthening my back muscles and good body mechanics at work. She and Rebecca the owner both had great attitudes, a plethora of advice, and a sense of humor too and that's important to create a calm welcoming space. I'm definitely coming back! (Only down 1 star due to having phone issues, and they accidentally hung up on me when I tried to schedule. If you can't get through just keep calling. I called twice within a minute and one time I got a voice recording and the next it was the person again. It was just strange. But once I got there it was wonderful)

I booked a luxury full body & facial service with Jaysha which included a custom facial, body polish, a few different areas waxed & a full body detox. Let’s start with the fact that the customer service was on point. The lady at the front desk was so friendly. The facility was super clean & smelled like peppermint which they actually offer aromatherapy in your session too with a bunch of options. The facial I got was ultra sonic. It left me feeling so smooth, it was gentle & she was super detailed in getting all the product cleaned off. The body polish was so dope. I’ve never had anything like that. She literally scrubbed my whole body with an exfoliate, whipped me down and everything. Then the body detox was so good. I legit think I lost like 4 or 5 pounds. And they kept checking to see if I needed water. I legit like super impressed. Y’all gotta go asap.

So I originally bought a 60 min massage and then a couple weeks later i bought a 90 minute massage. BUT i told them we wanted to do a couples massage so we would both just do 60 minute (even though i paid for a 90 minute). Sooo it kinda grinder my gears that they stopped the message EARLY! Like if people pay for 60 minutes then you should do at LEAST 60 minutes. And thennnn at the end of the massage she put me on the spot and was like “did you want to leave us gratuity”. Which was fine bc i always tip but i just thought it was rude how she went about it. So she says “how much do you want to leave us” i said $25 (our total was $110) so i wanted to leave 20%! So she’s like “so you want us to split the $25 or you want to give us each $25? “ I’m like that would be a $50 tip! It wasn’t that great AND you didn’t even do our massage for the full 60 minutes!

I highly recommend booking a massage with Rebecca. I just had a heavenly 60 minute massage. She asked what my focus points were and if I had any specific issues. When I told her where I had issues, she could tell that I sit a lot. She asked what kind of pressure I wanted and I like deep tissue. She was attentive to modesty the entire time. Shortly after she began, she asked if the pressure was ok and adjusted as necessary. She spent more time on the areas I asked her to target, but I didn’t feel like any area was neglected. It felt longer than 60 minutes. If you know you have areas that need even more attention I would recommend adding 1/2 hour to your time so she can really work on those areas because as heavenly as mine was, I know I could have benefitted from even more time on my problem areas.

The atmosphere inside the room was tranquil and soothing. Staff were friendly and inviting and pricing was reasonable/ easy to understand. The office/room was warm and clean and exudes a general sense of relaxation. Kem was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and applied the perfect amount of pressure. He was great at isolating problem areas (without me effectively communicating them). I included the hot rock add on and that was absolutely delightful. Kem is very attentive at reading body cues, checks in on you throughout the massage, and has a very soothing/relaxing voice. I very much enjoyed my massage.

I cancelled my massage after being told masks were mandated during the session. I am not going to spend my hard earned money feeling like I'm suffocating with my masked face pressed into the massage table. I recently got a massage in Hawaii (where Covid policies are stricter than anywhere else in the country) and was not required to wear a mask in my session. If employees really feel that scared to massage people without a mask, maybe they are in the wrong career choice. I would encourage folks to not support businesses that mandate strict policies that are ludicrous during a time when mandates are dissipating across the country.

This is a great massage studio conveniently located on the northside. My massage was with Indea. She was wonderful with a firm touch/pressure. I walked in with a nagging headache I had all day and by the end of the massage it was gone and I felt so refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend this studio and Indea. I can't wait to come back again. Indea used soothing essential oils (she recommended peppermint for my headache!) and it was a nice touch. She also recommended a few stretches for me to help alleviate some of my neck tension.

Rebecca is fantastic! She always makes sure you are comfortable and makes sure you are having the best experience every time. Your experience and comfort is top priority regardless of which massage therapist you have. Rebecca after the massage will point out areas that may need extra attention and give you recommendations on how to maintain those areas until your next appointment recommend. By far the best massage therapist and massage business in the Indianapolis area. Recommend 100 times out of a 100 times!

I’ve had both mobile and an in-studio massage. Rebecca has a fantastic touch. She listened to what I preferred for my experience and gave me exactly that. I also was very impressed by her professionalism. I filled out an intake form and was given the appropriate privacy when transitioning in and out of the service. She was able to get me to truly relax which is exactly what I was looking for. I went ahead and booked a couples massage for my next visit and can’t wait!

After scheduling and paying for a massage for my Mom; she went to Prestige Touch Massage at the date and time scheduled. There wasn't anyone at the massage parlor and the doors were locked. After several voice messages she received a text that said the services were already cancelled Unfortunately, it was cancelled by the merchant without any prior notice. I immediately requested and received a refund from my bank. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been coming monthly through their subscription for over a year now and I love this business. They are efficient and professional. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my body’s needs. They provide feedback for me to care for my body until my next appointment with them. The facility is clean and easy to access. The rooms are very relaxing. I always leave feeling taken care of. I’m looking forward to my next year with them!

Received a gift certificate for a massage but haven't been able to book. Every time I call I get a voicemail. They eventually called me back only to tell me to contact them at a different number. It's been a game like this for weeks now. I finally talked to someone who said they don't have any appointments until March, but their website shows otherwise...I wouldn't recommend this shady business.

I left a gm to book an appointment she calls 2 days later. Asks me if I prefer a man or woman (I said man) of course she books me with a woman. I’ve been calling everyday and no ever answers and it’s annoying. After my appointment I’m never going back and never recommending anyone to go here. Every time I call no one answers and they say their turnaround time is 24hours.

Thanks to my niece for bless me with a massage today at Prestige Touch Masssage. It was amazing!! Not only was tha massage amazing they told me what stretching exercises I needed to do for my trouble areas on my body. I was impressed with the atmosphere on how clean, relaxing, and the scent of the room. I recommend this business. Oh and it is black owned!!

Great experience! Kem was excellent at isolating problem areas. It felt like a physical therapy session & message in one. I felt great after my session & my mobility & flexibility was greatly increased next day. The issues I was having with my lower back were gone by end of session. Already booked a follow up.

Make sure you have your mask because it will need to remain on the entire service. The ambiance was beautifully relaxing (Kem asked me if I wanted an aromatherapy scent), and he was skilled at what he does. I appreciated the service so much that I signed up for the membership.

I had a great time! This was my first ever massage, my masseuse was Tori and she was lovely. She asked me about pressure at the very beginning, so that I didn't have to change throughout and adjusted accordingly. It was a very calming environment and I would love to go again.
