Had the worst experience at this place. First took whole 5 hours to just plait a simple straight back with braids. Then the Owner Noami tells me I need to pay full price for a half done head n secondly I call her to ask when to come finish off the hair that's left she bluntly ignores my calls. Firstly I asked you if you can do the job and you said yes even stopped me from leaving when I told you I don't trust your work and Iv lost faith Secondly I was frustrated. I had to go to a wedding yesterday at 2 and you tell me how I shouldnt concentrate on time when I told you that I needed to be somewhere Thirdly. I'm 7 months pregnant and sitting on one chair, hungry, frustrated for 5 hours how do you not expect me to be mad. Fourth The guy that was doing my hair just plaited nonesence on my hair and I showed you n you acted like you cared n took over so for me to call you in the morning and ask what time I should come then you give your husband the phone to dismiss me n tell me that the very same guy that plaited nonesence is the one that's going to do my hair n you expect me to jump around and be happy. You made me pay full amount and for what exactly for you to later treat me n pass me around like this? Yes you may get good reviews but that's simply because they got the better treatment and for you to threaten me to take down my experience is something else. Take this bad review and learn not call me and harass me like this.

Pretty All Hair Salon, is Literally the best Salon In Greenstone their professionalism is commendable, Naomi Makes it her mission to make sure you leave that place feeling Beautiful and happy, she is friendly and is excellent with Customer care, honestly anyone who has anything negative to say about her services maybe somewhat biased because she really takes pride in what she does, I moved from Greenstone to fourways and still travel back to greenstone inorder to get my hair done at Pretty All Hair Salon I mean you can’t put a price on a great service, So I recommend it to anyone to go and see what I’m talking about, She is all round a really nice person.

My braids were done there,they started falling off in 4 days .I asked for blonde braids and while I was there the lady put in different colours from old hair pieces that were there cos she didn't want to open another packet for 2 lines.There was even maroon.I took pictures of the colours she tried. When I told her that what she was doing was wrong,she became rude to me.I sent and email about it but no response. It was the worst experience. I paid for braids that last less than a week and not to mention few braids when I had asked for a lot of braids.I paid R1100 for 4 days braids.

Pretty All Beauty salon is the very best salon in Greenstone and East Rand. Naomi and her team her friendly, professional and more importantly, know everything about hair. My fragile hair has been restored by Naomi. Naomi advises me on what could improve volume, what hair styles will protect my hairline and what genuine products truly work. Ever since I discovered Naomi and Pretty All Salon, I have not looked back. Thank you so very much Naomi for your super great touch

They were readily available for same day service. They were very effective in checking clients and keeping record of them for Covid-19 protocols. Unfortunately they do not tell clients that do not comply to put their masks on. The lady that braided my hair was professional and she plaited my hair very satisfactory. She didn't pull my hair and the braids didn't feel like it was pulling which I appreciated. Will use them again.

Naomi you have an amazing team lady, always a pleasure coming to get hair done, your hair treatment are very good, I admire you're business skills doing you always balance it with the quality of the service you want to give to your customers, well, I always feel that way when you make suggestions and explain why you sugget that way;) Thank you for making us look the best we can be ☺️

Very nice, clean salon. But what they did to me on Friday ‍♀️. I asked for half braids, half cornrows. When I got home and had a proper look at my self at the back, yohhhh the braids, if I count them, probably around 30 pieces of braids ‍♀️very disappointed. After paying R600, I'm forced to remove the hairstyle …

I did my hair day before yesterday for the very first time in my life had to pay R400 for Benny & Betty and today is the 3rd day but they are ruined very dissapointed and I want to attach a picture for proof.

The manager doesn't treat the hairdressers well at all, constantly micro-managing impolitely. The hairdressers are very good though.
