I just literally left this place 20 minutes ago. This has absolutely got to be the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my entire life! The lady that did my pedicure was too busy talking to her friend that she just did a pedicure on, that I guess she wasn’t paying attention to the way she was doing my nails. for starters, she wasn’t the friendliest person in the world. For someone who has anxiety and struggles with it daily, and bites the sides of their nails, I don’t need someone to call me out in front of everyone talking about how bad my cuticles look on my hands. It was so embarrassing! I almost walked out, but decided to give it a chance. My first impression of this place wasn’t great from the start. There was food wrappers on the chairs that you sit on in the very front of the salon. Also, there polish selection was very limited. So I didn’t have many colors to choose from. My appointment was at 3 o’clock, and I probably didn’t get sat down till about 3:10. The whole pedicure only lasted 30 minutes!!! Most pedicures lasts an hour or more. When the massage was done, she was trying to pull down my pants legs. I was trying to help her and she fussed at me for it. She said I needed to stop trying to be in control. I did absolutely nothing to this lady and barely talk to her the entire time so I don’t know how I was trying to be in control by helping her pull down my pants leg. It was just very bizarre customer service. The absolute worst part of it all was that she didn’t even clean up the polish around my nails, there was clearcoat and pink polish all over my skin around my toes. so when she was done painting them, she left me sitting there for about 15 minutes, and was working on some other lady that she was friends with. I don’t see how this place is staying in business. Unless she’s just having all of her friends, come there and and that’s who she does a great job on. too bad I can’t post pictures of how my toes look, they are awful. Will NEVER come back!

I got my nails done a week ago and 6 of them have fallen off since then. My gel polish on my toes was chipped within seconds of walking out the door. My nails also weren't covered all the way so half my nail didn't even have the gel polish ect. My pedicure was also terrible. Paid for the longer massages ect and it didn't even equal out to 10 mins. And the lady moved my feet in a way that causes a leg cramp so badly I couldnt hardly walk the next day. When I left from there I knew I wouldn't be back but I didn't know it was this bad. I've glued back on my nails that have fallen off more times than I can count. This was my first time here and definitely my last. I paid way to much money here to be this disappointed. My sister got hers done as well. And her toes. She wasnt even doing to do her nails bc the color selection was so limited but sis anyways bc we had time that day. Toes were smudged bc she was rushed out and told they were dry, and then her hair was getting caught in her nails before we even made it to dinner that night. She went somewhere the next day to get them fixed the best someone could do. Absolutely a waste of money to go here. The lady who does the nails is kind (not so much for the other two) But this was insane. I've never had this happen before and I've done my nails for 20plus years. I guess this is why they were empty basically when everyone else in the area was slam packed. Also the massage chairs didn't work!

I do not normally write a review on companies but I feel the need that you should know what happened as business owners. I went in recently to get a gel mani and had SNS mani before from another company. One of your employees completely ruined my nails. She did not remove the SNS and left the old color still on my nails. Granted I should have complained on the spot but I was in a rush. Now that I went to another place they had to clip my natural nails and buff them out for over an hour because of the staining. Please tell your employees if they are going to do a gel mani to make sure they know to completely remove previous colors essp if its sns. The reason for the 3 stars is because the owner seems like a sweet person, this isn't to ruin business. Thanks

I've been coming for 7yrs consistently. Everyone that works in the shop are nice, pleasant, and respectful. Ms.Xenia is also so thorough with the pedicures and manicures. Sarah and Suki are top notch when it comes to any acrylic style. They are usually up to date on all the latest trends, styles, and colors. I always recommend any of my friends, coworkers, and relatives to go if they are looking for great services with styles that last for weeks to months. It's better to make appointments ahead of time to get the requested service for your allotted time you will need, but walk-ins are accepted.

I just visited your salon today and I was horrified. The lady I saw wasn’t wearing shoes or a mask she didn’t clean her station before she started. She didn’t cut or file my nails until AFTER she painted my nails, she didn’t let my nails sit in the dryer long enough before she moved it. She BLAMED me for bumping my nail after she moved the dryer she didn’t fix it. The “exfoliating Hand wash” was foot scrub that a lady gave me from a pedicure station. She took my card to swipe it and signed my name for me. This was terrible customer service. I will definitely not be back

The girls who work here are so friendly and super nice. I’ll be honest I’ve been to a few nail places and I tend to be kinda quiet and shy And so I feel awkward getting my nails done, but the girls here are so open and friendly and so easy to talk to, I was so relaxed throughout the entire experience which made me feel more comfortable. And of course the nail tech did a fabulous job on my nails, give me exactly what I wanted, and I know I can be kind of particular LOL Really enjoyed my experience here will definitely be back for a future work on my nails

I went in as a walk-in and got started right away, which was a plus. It was also dead. I just wanted to get gel polish put on because I was pressed for time and it’s usually cheaper than doing a full manicure. Just to paint my nails with gel polish I was charged $26. My final nails look pretty good, but the only thing she did was paint my nails. No cuticle work, no massage, nothing extra at all... $26. Decent quality but WAY too expensive for what you get. Should have checked reviews before going in.

I made a reservation for my friends birthday and not only where they in a rush they did not even give manicures like we asked (pretty sure I was charged for them though). Seemed as though they didn't care for the fact that I was paying for a service and did not treat me well at all. My friends nails started to chip the next day and my GEL nails were chipping by day 2. That's just a lack of quality and care for service right there.

WORST SHOP IVE BEEN TO!! I went in for a new set .. I paid WAY TOO MUCH money for a full set and gel polish they charged me 61 dollars just for that and I know all places are different but I pay that same price for a mani and pedi else where . Not to mention the nail tech half did my nails left me there for 20 minutes to go and eat in the middle of doing my nails ! Over priced and terrible customer service!

I loveeeeeeee coming here. You honestly get what you pay for. They take their time with everything!!!!!!!! I never feel like anything is rushed. These woman are so sweet and engage in conversation very well. I can’t wait to come back here. Xeina does the best pedicures in town and Cindy has gave me the best full set I have ever had. If you’re new to JAX, this is the place you wanna be!

The nail techs are super sweet!!! Had an amazing time with my Bestie!!! The place is super clean. She washed the foot spa bowl before she even started on my pedi and after. I value cleanliness. She also cleaned all her tools before using them. The designs I asked for on my mani came out #OnPoint. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! #Love

Where do I began, I've been a client of pretty pink nails for 10 years. Absolutely love all three ladies. Sarah and Cindy has been doing my nails four this long.. I've been looking for a nail shop that has reasonable prices and does a great job! And I found them!! Pretty pink nails did a great job on my nails. I also showed them a pic of a design I wanted and she did it exactly the same! I'll refer them to anyone! They have a price list for every budget.

Instead of soaking off my acrylic nails they were popped off ;( it was obvious it was hurting me. And my pedicure was smudged onto my skin (it wasn't from me lol) and bubbles were left all over on the top coat. From what I heard this can be a great salon! But I just had a bad experience.

Best nail shop ever! I would not go anywhere else. My nails always look fantastic, not to mention I get compliments almost daily! Communication is not to mention hands down the best, seeing as everyone speaks English!! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Pretty pink! Pretty pink! !

Cindy, Sarah, Xeina are all great. Love their personalities and the fact that they all treat you like family when you come to their establishment. Not only is their customer service superb but the services are excellent.. i never leave this place dissatisfied.

I love this place!!! They are always keeping up with the best trends, they fixed my crooked ass nail from another salon I went too and they are the only place I have found that do chrome nails! I cannot stop staring at my hands, thank you!!!!❤

I just love Sarah at Pretty Pink Nails! Both Sarah and Suki are down to earth and are great at what they do. Sarah specializes in shaping of the nails, which is awesome because not all nail techs are good at that. Thanks ladies!!! ❤

This is the best nail place ever. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. They never rush to do your nails no matter how busy they may be. If you're looking for a new nail salon, this is definitely the place to go!!!!

They are great as far as service manicure nail great, pedicure amazing, no message with rockstar package. But upgrades needed message chair, old payment options old, and turn away customs due to under staffing.

I have been coming here for 2+ years now… I work a busy schedule but they always manage to squeeze me in when I call. They do a EXCELLENT job and it’s just fun being in their salon!

Nails turned out beautiful, got just a basic full set, coffin shape. Great, friendly atmosphere and nail-techs are amazing. Was just a bit pricy. More expensive than i expected.

I love this place! They are very friendly and professional, when I come here my nails may grow but the polish remains intact until my next appointment :)

$28 for a hot stone pedicure? Can't beat it! The ladies working here were so nice and funny. I will definitely be coming back regularly.
