In great despair, and sorrow, I came into the office on a chilly Sunday afternoon wearing nothing but shorts and a t-shirt. Though my issue was one of severe inconvenience, I was thrilled to find a beautiful woman behind the desk greeting me with her amazing smile, and soulful eyes. This is the moment Michelle came into my life. Michelle spoke in a gentle yet confident manner that put me at ease. She was able to swiftly help me regain my composure. Michelle and I worked tirelessly together to address, and resolve my major financial issue at hand. The lovely Michelle was so comforting, and understanding. The way she handled me was an amazing experience and left me completely satisfied. I'm now left craving her level of customer service and have been ruined for all other. Michelle, you are the best, I couldn't have done this alone. I will remember you always. Thank you so very much for keeping all my junk safe in your storage.

I am writing this review to share my experience with Price Storage. Overall, the process was extremely easy and staff were available to answer all of my questions. My partner and I arrived without an appointment and we were shown a unit immediately. They had a deal online but we were not ready to commit. The staff offered to hold the special for us and we would be able to call back and receive the offer. We proceed with this facility due to the size and security of the storage location. Upon moving out, I had a positive encounter with Michelle. She was extremely helpful and patient. She showed grace when there was a miscommunication error. I highly recommend this storage facility and location. Thank you Michelle for your superior service and understanding!

We’ve rented various units from this site over the years. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Most recently when getting a unit short term and then giving notice, Michelle was extra helpful and made the process very simple. Each of our units had s light with a long pull string which has always worked for us and is super useful. For inside units, the lift worked 99% of the time for us and when it didn’t they were actively working to get us fixed while we were there. My only complaint is after 3 months the rates hike up and continually hike up, so not great for long- long term, but I think it is a great option for short term storage and rates are comparable to other sites in the area.

There is a 100% guarantee that your rent will go up every year if you go with Price. Ask the Price Storage staff point blank if your rate will increase every year and note their answer. If their answer is not an emphatic "Yes, yes it will go up every year" then they are lying to your face as they did repeatedly to me. Their answer was always "No" or "it depends." I will say it again for clarity... there is a 100% guarantee that your rent will go up every single year. They get a 1-star because their staff repeatedly tried to gaslight me (lie to me) about rate increases. Just tell the truth.

Chris, Ricardo, Myesha gave me superb customer service. I've never seen such a large storage facility, that is really clean. This staff is highly professional and treated me special. There prices may be a little higher than other places but I'm telling you that it is worth it and you will not be disappointed!. Go check them out. There's no riff raff hanging around either. It's located right off the freeway. They explained everything thoroughly. I will e telling my family & friends. Wg

I went there to rent a storage and I was with my wife who has a storage space there after I asked about the storage I went to my wife’s storage and Michelle the manager was extremely rude asking how I got access once she knows I’m with my wife she continues to be rude but Ricardo has great customer service skills I don’t know why he’s not the manager Michelle needs more training her attitude was like honey boo boo. Thanks Ricardo but honey boo boo dropped the ball

The entire staff that I interacted with, both over the phone and in person, were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and even covered a few things I had not thought about. I am always nervous putting my stuff into storage, but the staff here did everything they could to try and alleviate that anxiety and I am thankful for that.

Had a great experience with the Murphy canyon location! Stored my college dorm things for the summer and really liked how they had automatic payments, extremely clean facilities, friendly staff, and a quick/easy check in and out process. The front desk attendant, Michele, was amazingly helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend this spot!

Customer service was great! Always attentive and willing to help. The reason for the 4 stars is due to price of unit. This is southern California so that could be the reason for the price but at just shy of 160 dollars a month it seems a little steep to me. Other than that overall great experience and clean unit.

Everyone at price self storage were extremely friendly, professional and helpful! i went to two different locations in san diego because of a mishap with my reservation, but the problem was fixed so quickly and every staff member i encountered went above and beyond!
