Really appalling and disappointed over how Pharmacists Michael from Priceline pharmacy located at 413 George Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia behaved. He was rude, abnoxious and pretty much unlawfully asking me to pay for a service that's free. It maybe his will to provide authorisation on my Id to deem the copy as accurate but his wearing the Priceline Uniform so while his working, it's his job to handle himself in his best behaviour. I frequent that pharmacy for 10 years now being close and getting perks from the purchases I make. I went over there at 1pm to get my passport and Id authorised as true copy and was told by the pharmacist assistance to come back after 2 pm as his busy. I was near them when Pharmacist Michael told her that his busy. I respect that and said ok I will come back later and after 2pm. Now when I came back at 2 pm (230pm to be exact), he just told me to go somewhere else as his busy when there was 2 ppl he was prescribing medication to. He said that his not paid to do this and that his busy. I said that it will take him less than 5 minutes and that I am happy to wait and he then said that he will do it if I gave a gold coin donation for a charity they support. I said that I am happy to do so but I will not, because you asked me to do it and I should not be asked to pay for something that is free. He then repeated that his busy and he does not need to do this. After complaining to PRICELINE MANAGER who could not help but guide me to other places who can, I left. Pharmacist Michael may not have to do it however 1. It is the right thing to do especially when I patiently waited. 2. He should not lie that his busy when he said that he would do it if I made a gold coin donation. 3. I should not be forced to pay because he asked me to as that is illegal to be asking to be paid for a free service. 4. All this time of conversing with me about it could have been the time he authorised a simple documentation. 5. For someone who lies, manipulative and not social, should not be scripting medication people trust and authorising documents based on some kind of gain!! 6. Why be a justice of peace or the equivalent if not upholding the values or using his power for the purpose? SHAME ON YOU PHARMACIST MICHAEL OF 413 George Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia!!

I have been a Priceline sisterclub member for many years and have shopped at different Priceline regularly. However, I am making an official complaint regarding the appalling service I received at Priceline 413 George Street, Sydney today. The female staff member was extremely unpleasant, off putting, and seemed to be racist towards us. She decided to set a ‘maximum number’ of items we could buy, and despite that there were six of us, she would only allow us to buy four items and would not allow us to separate our bills. The other staff she ‘consulted’ next to her did not seem to have an issue. There were no signs on the product shelf to advise there was a set maximum number of items that could be bought. The pharmacist I had enquired knew I was buying the items and did not mention anything about a maximum number. She kept telling us to buy it at another competing chemist in the neighbourhood which had ‘more’. I will never shop there again and I think Priceline really needs to review her contract because if she is serving customers with that sort of attitude, I think you are seriously turning customers away. I will be posting this review in other places as I think this is a serious customer service issue. Needless to say I will not be returning and will be advising my family and friends of what happened.

I have a rare and painful form of arthritis and regularly take a sustained release pain medication. I had a script from my specialist and took it to this pharmacy, which I have been to before. The pharmacist looked me up and down (I use a walking stick) and told me she had to check she had that dose in stock. I waited for 15 minutes, and asked what the delay was. She then said she had to check the dose with the dr. As it was 6pm my specialist had gone for the day, and I was left waiting for another 30 minutes. I was in so much pain and exhausted after a long day that I asked if I could just take my script and go. She then said my medicare number related to someone else (what???) and the script looked fake. I was so humiliated that I took my script and left. I then went straight to my regular pharmacy who filled it with no issues. This women really impacted my life in a negative way, wasted my time and cause me to stand for 45 minutes on sore legs and hips.

I love going to this store because of large stock but the cashier Jocelyn honestly makes the whole experience disappointing. I always feel this sour tension from her (Never received a friendly hi from her which makes it quite uncomfortable) and she never asks me any of the questions when checking out. (priceline membership, bags, vouchers etc) I always have to ask and tell her for basic things and it feels like I have to remind her how to do her job. If you have someone who is buying 16 items I think it's common sense to offer a bag. not after the transaction and telling customer the bag will cost. All of the other staff are really lovely! I just want to go into this store without feeling uncomfortable.

I would like to shout out to Kayla who was a pharmacist that helped me out so much with helping to find the best skincare product for my skin needs. She was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She really went out of her way to help me out, even though she could have had a lot of work to do. I really appreciated that. I would also like to shoutout to another worker who I forgot their name. I know the name started with 'M', she wore glasses and was caucasian. She was super friendly, kind and helpful with recommending top skincare brands. She also gave me a super handy tip on the brands that had specials going on. I liked chatting with her and having her presence in the store.

I went into Priceline about 10 days ago looking to purchase a knee brace and was in a fair amount of pain and not sure which knee brace to get. I spoke with a lovely lady named Gift. She went out of her way to help me, by explaining the difference between the products and measuring up my knee to get the right product. I felt much more confident that this would help me given Gift’s care and attention to detail. It’s a plus when your not feeling the best. I am often in this store when I am in the city and it’s always busy but i always find all the team members are polite cheerful and helpful. I will continue coming in. Thanks again Gift for your help.

Otw to work this morning i walked into this store and asked a lady working there where cleansing facial wipes were and she rudely said they should be up the back where the travel stuff is. This store has two entrances from each side of the street. Another gentleman walking around asked another lady if she needed help but walked straight passed me when i was obviously looking for something. When I was at the register ready to pay the filipino lady serving started a conversation with a lady who was walking passed. I was really frustrated with the service walking and i would never come here again or recommend it.

One very satisfied customer. What an outstanding service and helpfulness I was provided with by pharmacist Khi from Priceline Pharmacy St Clair. This is not the pharmacy that I normally attend, but because I had a family member working in the area and due to having Covid, I was unable to collect my own medication. In the beginning, I was going to send all the information needed to collect my medication to a family member when Khi made it even easier by suggesting I send it all through to him directly! Within 10 minutes, it was ready to be collected…. Very impressed I was thank you again Khi!

Thank You Miriam I don’t usually leave google reviews however, your patience and professionalism cannot be ignored!! My local Priceline at The Ponds could not seem to help me (Chris was very unhelpful, I will leaving review on their page). I called and Miriam answered. Even though my line was broken and we could not barely hear each other- She managed to find my details and resolve my time sufficient manners with transferring my prescriptions to a more convenient location. Thank you so much for all your help!! Kudos to you If you are not already the manager, please promote her.

This Priceline is in a convenient location, it’s well stocked with a large variety of brands and products. Great when you need to pick up a few items on the way home from work. The service can be a hit and miss. Some staff are really helpful, and care enough to say hi and ask whether you need help, particularly the more seasoned staff. Some can be very abrupt and rude, often they have an attitude and from their body language and tone they make you feel like a nuisance and that you’re inconveniencing them for asking where things are.

WARNING! If you are Caucasian, Security will profile you before you even enter the store and follow you around. Good luck trying to browse in peace. You will constantly have a "rent a cop" within 5 meters of you at all times. Make sure that you ask for a printed receipt at time of payment. Otherwise you will be harassed on exit by the wanna be cop. Of course they will not bother any other nationality. I can see by previous reviews that this is a common occurrence. Store security seriously needs to pull their heads in.

I went there trying on foundations and the best salesperson comes over and tells me straight that it's not my color, and then works with me for 40 mins to perfectly match my color, all whilst making my face ready for my night out AND CATCHING A SHOPLIFTER, the staff in general are lovely but TK is now my go-to makeup advisor, he genuinely cares about you looking your best and enjoys his work. he is a very skilled artist and can't reccomend his advice higher- amazing service, amazing skill, amazing staff!

Very bad staff service. I was asking for a tester for tinted la roche posay antelios sunscreen and the staff just said they did not have the tester and just walked away. So I found out that they have the tester for the tinted one. When I was trying it out, suddenly a staff came just to scold me for trying out the tester and only staff can give the tester. So what about the staff who walked away when I ASKED him tor the tester? You lied and got mad at me for finding out that you indeed have the tester?

Dropped in to get a prescription filled & some other stuff. I had the good fortune of being served by Kara. She provided exceptional service and went over and above my expectations. Kara took the time to offer great advice on the difference of the brands and suggested products to avoid the issue in the 1st place. She was right and they did. I can’t be certain all staff are this knowledgeable but her advice made a huge difference. I’ll be going straight to Priceline George st in the future, thank you.

The make up section is dirty. If there’s stock in there at all it’s dirty and there’s no security /hygiene seals on any. I picked up a foundation bottle and opened it as it had no seal and felt very light and it was only half full, it wasn’t a tester. Why are there no hygiene seals?? Some of the make up brands stands were almost empty with a few bits throw all over. The store was messy, unstocked and dirty. Visited 13/2/23.

The customer service depends on WHO you ask. Some of the people are nice others might be clueless of what their store has. I’d recommend this place to any international students who don’t know where to find a large store for makeup/ skincare/ hair care/ nails/ snacks/ etc… if you’re clueless in this big city, Priceline Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies you can trust (and you can look for ones closer to you on google maps)

Somehow the chemist person behind the counter started thinking that she was a doctor and started giving me medical advise that as I had a preventer for Asthma I don’t need Ventolin. While at the same time loudly discussing behind the counter how people were getting medicine they don’t need. Terrible service and possibly discrimination against who she deems deserves this essential medication and who does not.

Quick service and convenient location. I popped in on a rainy afternoon to get some medication. Sections are well signed - just have to look up and proceed to the section where the products are. After browsing a few minutes, I had two different staff members on two separate occasions ask if I needed help. I was also given suitable advice and quickly taken to where the product was located.

I love Priceline and staff always smile but not for this store. Though the store is neat and orderly, the one and only cashier (George St entrance) already looks tired, not smiling and did not bother asking my Priceline card. And it's too early in the morning to be tired and look angry. Besides, there were like less than 5 customers in the store. The lady pharmacist was helpful though.

I shopped some products online from Priceline, after more than 2 weeks(!) they shipped(!) my products and they sent me an email that we do not have one of the things you bought! I needed what I paid for and not that you didn’t send me my whole shopping basket but you sent it 2 weeks late! This is just irresponsible! I won’t buy anything from Priceline anymore!

A fabulous Pharmacy. The staff at this location are extremely helpful. You can buy everything you need from medications to gifts, beauty products, perfumes and cosmetics and so much more. Priceline do really good specials and their prices in general are always very competitive. Great location on George Street.

I often go to this particular store when I'm in the city but today they had a security guard that followed my every move, as if I was about to steal something!! I decided to go to Chemist Wearhouse instead & i had a nicer experience & it was cheaper there too!

I loved the products here and the workers except for the security guard. She searched my bag and asked for the receipt and when I showed her the receipt she said go. On the other hand another person walked behind me and she didn’t even ask to check her bag.

Pro: we did our booster vaccination here today. Good service.Really fast. Con: the way products presented on the shelf are not very attractive sometimes. I cannot explain why. Maybe too crowded? Advertisements everywhere make you feel overwhelmed.
