"Unfriendly and unhelpful staff"
Awful experience. The lady at the cash register (short, brown skin, long dark hair with possibly Indian decent) was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. There wasn’t a price on the products I was interested in and when I took them to her to enquire, she told me she was busy. There were no other customers and she was counting about a dollar worth of 5 cent coins. So I walked away, and went back 5 mins later. This time she was gossiping with another staff member and when I asked again for assistance, she once again said she was busy. Busy gossiping and busy counting 5 cent pieces. She prioritise gossiping and counting 5 cent pieces over making a sale. I gave up and went to the chemist around the corner instead!! This exact same staff member was rude to me a few months ago too. Why would someone work in a customer service role when they don’t wish to “serve” the customers???!!!! Hilarious!
I used to be pretty happy with the service for my prescription medicine, however I recently moved and was trying to order medicine using the same method (e-script in app) in another Priceline. I was told by another Priceline they don’t have my records in the system and asked me to call lane cove Priceline to confirm my prescription. I called lane cove and was told my records wasn’t in the system. But I’ve been able to dispense my prescription medicine for the last 6 months in lane cove Priceline. And I’m 100% sure the Pharmacy has my prescription because I left the paper version in lane cove Priceline in March this year. This can only explain the pharmacy lost my prescription and both pharmacies didn’t allow me to get my prescription. I ran out of medicine the next day. Now I got new prescription from my doctor and will never go back to Priceline again!
Awful service. I ordered online through their same day delivery service but it didn't came. I waited for days for it to arrived but noting came. after a week still no update from them. I checked the tracking number and it said their that the delivery was cancelled. They didn't even inform me about it, they just cancelled my order without me knowing and they still charged me with the amount! What if I forgot that I ordered something from them? they didn't send me an email that they cancelled my order so it's not coming and I still got charged?! I tried contacting them but still they have to passed me to the main office to get a refund! and the main office asked me to send another email to another account! They should automatically give me my refund since they are the one that cancelled my order. Such a horrible service!
The counter staff are always helpful and friendly. There are a wide range of products, too, but I won’t bother getting a script filled here again. I was in store just before 3pm today (1 Sept) to get a script fillled. I was second in line, and I didn’t expect to be served straight away. Usually the Chemist would say, I’ll be with you shortly, or something, before leaving the counter. So, I looked up. I could tell by the arrogant look on her face that she was enjoying being rude. I’m not sure what the issue was. I was waiting quietly next to the counter. So, I left. Sorry, but there are LOTS of Chemists in Lane Cove. Discount Chemist were great! I won’t be going back to Priceline again unless I’m desperate for something.
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We were literally standing there for 3 mins waiting for the girls to finish their gossip. One of them (tall and dark hair) even had some eye contact with us but decided their chat was more important. When I showed her which products I was having questions about she just said you are looking at them. I know I am! That’s why I needed your help to recommend if you could?! The over the counter pharmacist was equally bad - cutting me off while I was still speaking several times. When I asked to see the meds box so I can read instruction on its back she just said ‘u can’t open it’. Like I was some kind of idiots. Honestly the shop was nearly empty in a busy Saturday for a reason!!
Appalling service, no customer rapport and staffed with rude, disinterested pharmacists with one notable exception. Despite being a regular customer, and using their Priceline app (which doesn't work half the time and you can't pay through it), they refused to dispense an urgently needed painkiller for me to my wife (an authorised collection agent). They would not process a government sanctioned eScript and demanded a paper/emailed one. I was in severe pain, they have my records and they didn’t care at all. Another Pharmacy filled the script straight away. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere if you want a pharmacy that cares for your wellbeing.
Prices are reasonable but getting information about the discount card Priceline promotes is like pulling teeth. So far I have been told by one staff member that he didn’t know how to access the information and today a female member said I’m only new here so I wouldn’t know then promptly walked away. I was hoping that the new owner would bring changes but obviously I’m living in a fools paradise
THANK YOU to Thomas and the team at Priceline Lane Cove on behalf of NSW wildlife rescue carers, and from all of us at Rescue Craft Co, for putting together several boxes of first aid and care items for the wildlife impacted by the fires. The carers cannot care for the rescued animals without the kindness and generosity of people like yourselves. Bless your hearts Rebecca and Jenny.
Do not recommend if your looking for a pharmacist who cares about your healthcare. Anthony (the former legend at this pharmacy) has left and new staff didn't even know who he was. The pharmacy staff are now beyond rude, zero customer service, and do not show any sign of medical care for their customers/patients. To specify, priceline is fine. It's the phamarcy here that is no good.
Went to get a document singed by the pharmacist at the back. It was just one page but she simply said she has paying customers to prioritise and to come back in the afternoon. Went round the corner to Pharmacy Advise and they were pleasant to deal with and helped getting the document signed. Lane Cove priceline try to be bit more courteous. It was 27th Feb Sunday 11am.
We were looking at the ordinary serums and the old lady followed us around the store acting as if we stole something and when we left she started counting how many serums there were and told my friend to pull up her sleeves to see if we stole…. I do not recommend to come here the worst customer service!! DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! We were trying on a tester that was fully open and half empty when this old lady that worked there told us we couldn’t touch it and now had to buy it! We were very young it was quite expensive too. So we have a half used opened, used by other customers tester bottle that we had to pay full price for. DO NOT RECCOMEND
I went in seeking cream for my cooking burn on my hand. Spoke to pharmacist who went to the shelf to get me said cream but didn't have any there. Super disappointing. I would have thought this was a standard stocked item. Still a nice store otherwise. Left with aloe vera gel which will help but not as good as the other burn cream.
Rudest pharmacists I’ve ever come across. There’s only ever two female pharmacists I’ve seen working here and they are both just as bad as each other. Really bad attitude, zero respect for customers and highly condescending. Pharmacy assistants are lovely though, probably the only reason this place hasn’t gone under.
I've read a lot of reviews here complaining about the pharmacists. I don't interact with that side myself and can only speak about my experience with the sales staff who have always impressed me with their knowledge about their product range, and are happy to take the time to answer any questions I have.
Lane Cove's expensive pharmacy. It does have good variety of products but if you want prescriptions and other goods cheaper go to the pharmacy near Coles. Overall if you are too lazy to walk down to the cheaper pharmacy this is the pharmacy for you.
The older man that works here is so rude. Terrible customer service and talks to his colleagues in an inappropriate way. They all seem a bit strange, but he is by far the worst. Always get the heebie-jeebies when I have to go into this location.
Great experience getting the flu vaccine at Lane Cove Priceline. The pharmacist was professional and kind, and explained everything to me before the injection. They have a lot of appointment times available and easy online booking
Anthony is by far the best and nicest pharmacist that has been here for a very long time. The staff are generally rude even today the woman at the till was coughing all over me and don’t even bother to cover her mouth …
I have changed to Priceline Lane Cove around six months and find the Pharmacists are very helpful, friendly and respectful. I feel comfortable to ask anything. The sales staff seem lovely too. Thank you !
They don’t know how to treat customers. Staff is very rude specially one lady on filling was very rude. They must get training about how to treat customers. Never recommend and obviously not going back.
Good service When i buy happiness..........⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I not verywell english have someone ( manasia same me ) He help me and try understand something i want Thank you
Bad service, I was told I am unlucky that they did not have the meds I needed, there has been a lot of times when I needed meds they did not have it in stock. I do not use price line as my pharmacy.
Friendly staff who are happy to help with make up or prescriptions. There is sometimes a long wait for prescriptions with limited seating but there are plenty of other products to look at.
Appalling service by a particular pharmacist once again. Do not use this pharmacy. Go to someone who actually cares about their loyal customers.
The word 'service' doesn't exist. But I guess this is what I've come to expect from chain store pharmacies.
Really large and thorough range at this outlet. Staff are always happy to help, I can strongly recommend!
Great service from the gentleman in the prescription table. Professional, clear and concise advice.
Excellent prices and a really great range in this Priceline. Staff are wonderfully helpful.
The young girls working there were very nice and helpful without going overboard!
Bad customer service Not sure about others but my experience was not good
The attendants are lovely. But one of the pharmacists was really rude.
Charging $6.95 for a single disposable mask during COVID. Disgraceful.
Rudest staff ever. Won’t be going to this Priceline again.
Awful customer service, would actively avoid going back.
Cheap prices. Good range and fairly helpful staff
The Asian pharmacist was very lazy and rude.
Pharmacist is borderline rude.
Friendly and helpful staff
Horrible customer service
They are everywhere.
