Today (25/8 @ 4pm) I went to Priceline Sanctuary Lakes for a stat dec to be signed with a sign saying it was available to do, my partner had one done a few weeks prior. I was also going to purchase my pregnancy vitamins and some over the counter medications. The lady at the side where scripts went in took my name and said ill be put in with scripts and to wait and she was lovely - this was not a problem of course as I was happy to wait. About 10 minutes later a lady with black glasses and brunette hair was assisting other customers asking if they needed help. After she cleared most of the customers with still a few waiting on their prescription but had been checked. She finally asked me after about 2minutes if I needed assistance in a tone. I said I was waiting on a stat dec to be signed. She became very arrogant and condescending towards me saying that ill have to wait. I told her I was happy to wait and it would be ok. I had to tell her several times with a smile this was ok by me as she kept going on about it. She became very belittling and then her attitude went from a 2/10 to a -10/10 towards me. She proceeded to say people who were waiting for scripts come first so ill be waiting an hour or more. She made me feel embarrassed that I even asked for a stat dec to be signed which is a service they provide. She then said so rudely that it'll cost me $2 per page (which I was aware of) I told her that, that was ok too and I did not mind. I have NEVER felt so belittled in front of people. I am shocked and gobsmacked by her attitude towards myself and probably other customers. I am a regular at this store. I then did not bother to purchase the other products and walked out. If you need a stat dec signed Please do not go to Priceline!!! Do yourself a favour and go to the post office where you'll receive better service and free at that. After leaving the shops and walking to my car she walked out of the side door and lit her cigarette smoking within 5m of the shop doors. This is also actually unacceptable as you legally cannot smoke that close to doors or windows in public. With her uniform in full view too. Nothing against smokers (I once was one) but honestly I would of hid my uniform and not smoked where children, pregnant people and people with respiratory problems walk in high traffic areas - discusting and shame on you lady for doing this while you should be aware of health risks to members of the public working in your field of work. On the upside I give Jo the pharmacist a individual 5 star review for her knowledge and customer service!
On friday I went to priceline sanctuary lakes.I was so disappointed with the staff.Actually I have purchased lipstick and lip liner which was on special,I was so happy to buy my favourite cosmetics on special .Due to covid Nobody can smell it or check by ourselves. At home when I tried the cosmetics,they smells very bad. I couldn’t leave it on my lips even 2 minutes.I was ok and decided to talk with priceline staff.Because I am working as a beautition in same shopping centre sanctuary lakes.usually I visited priceline 2-3 days in week to buy cosmetics.I was so regular customer of yours. At my salon,some of my colleagues tested too the cosmetics that I was purchased from priceline. they also felt the cosmetics smells changed.Nobody could leave the cosmetics on their lips. When I went to priceline on friday, one arrogant lady denied and told me smell is ok.nothing wrong with the cosmetics.I was trying to explain her.she was stuck on her statement, and was keep arguing with me 10 minutes. finally I have to left the cosmetics over there,and I was paid for them already. but she was not listening me .she is such a unprofessional and arrogant lady.and was trying to teach me professionalism.she didn’t even know about the P of professionalism. she have such a bad attitude.she didn’t even have any idea how to behave with the customers. I haven’t had such a bad experience in my life. very arrogant staff. will never go there.
Sue the manager is an absolutely disgusting rude disrespectful person. Trying to fill my script and the attitude was appalling. "What do you mean/what do you want" with a disrespectful tone is no way to be speaking to someone who is unwell. As someone who works in customer service this Sue should get out of customer service and never work with people due to her poor people skills. If asking a simple question is SUCH a hassle I would have never asked. The other staff members looked on with disappointment and said she must just be having a bad day, but regardless it was feral and unprofessional. Honestly just go elsewhere. Don't bother coming here. I guess because it was two young women she thought it was appropriate. I bet money that if my sister's parter was with us she wouldn't have acted the way she did. Or if I was a man she wouldn't have acted the way she did. I think it's the fact im a young woman she thought it was appropriate to be a rude judgemental condescending person.
Got an electronic script dispensed here which had repeats, but they didn’t send the repeat script by SMS which they mentioned they would do at the time of dispensing. So I was expecting to receive the repeat scripts by SMS, which happens at other pharmacies I’ve been to. Now that I needed the repeats dispensed, found that I didn’t actually receive the repeat script by SMS but had kept the paper bag the last meds came in which had a piece of paper that had a summary of the last dispensing. I took it down with me and tried to clarify with young lady at the dispensing counter whether I could still get meds dispensed with this piece of paper. We went around in circles when all I wanted to know was whether I still get my meds dispensed with this piece of paper…didn’t appreciate her attitude, especially when it was the pharmacy that created this situation in the first place! Otherwise, the actual pharmacist was nice and friendly as was the other check out staff.
Priceline is way ahead of pricing medicines. I bought some medicine which is sold usually at 14 dollars. But Priceline is way ahead and sold it to me for 38 dollars. Therefore, pricing can vary from Pharmacy to Pharmacy, you are always able to speak with the pharmacist regarding any pricing before completing your purchase. We expect our Franchise Partners to represent our brand in a positive manner and we take any negative customer experiences very seriously. Our Pharmacy Business Leaders regularly visit the stores, where they review compliance to our Brand standards.
Today, I purchased, a prescription medicine .I was overcharged by about three times the actual price of that PBS medicine. I went back to this shop from home after realizing the fact of overcharging, to return the medicine and asked the reason for overcharging. Staff informed that every pharmacy keeps different prices for the medicines they sold, where as PBS price should be same in all pharmacies. Any how they refunded the excess, charged money, saying second version of system fault. No apology. I lost faith in this shop and would avoid shopping in future. Careful and compare prices before shopping here.
Such an unprofessional staff. I’ve been suffering from bad cough and ordered medicine which they said will call you and you can pick up the next day. I waited 3 days for their phone call and decided to go to the store. And a lady came up and said, that medicine is no longer available and that’s why we have crossed it out from our register. Being a pharmacy the staff have 0 responsibility. I have been waiting for them to contact me so I can have medicine but they think we are ordering medicine for fun. They don’t even think they have to inform customer so that he/she can order from somewhere else.
I went to get my seconds and the piercing lady, who had terribly fried hair (not her fault, just unfortunate) had no idea how piercings even worked !! She said I had fat ear lobes and that I was a chubby boy who had uneven freckles. Her reasoning for not giving me a mirror to confirm my piercing locations was because I had a wonky chubby boy nose. I am deeply upset. She smelt like strawberries (good) and mint ice cream (bad. I do not like mint ice cream. It causes my stomach to make oogly boogly sounds).
The pharmacists and staff at this pharmacy are absolutely amazing. My mother is palliative and the pharmacists and staff have not only shown great compassion, care and empathy, but have gone over and above, sourcing medication for us as needed and even delivering it when required urgently. The support they have shown is wonderful and it has been a great comfort to deal with a pharmacy who understands and bends over backwards to assist. Thank you we are indebted to you all.
I went in to get my thirds pierced. An old blonde lady did my piercing and had NO IDEA what she was doing. To start off she didn't ask for my ID. She is lucky I wasn't lying to her. Then she proceeded to not wear gloves as her 'hands were too big' ?? She couldn't align the dots on my ears to make them even and if my friend wasn't there I would have walked out with completely wonky earrings. She was a sweet lady, however she needs more practise or should not do it at all.
We have been with them for the last 15 years. Every exchange with every staff member has been totally focussed on getting the best outcome for my family and I, in sickness and in health. Today was the icing on the cake. In the midst of evacuation from a roof collapse, they still completed their scheduled vaccines. Everyone is focussed on the right outcome. Thanks from all my family.
My previous experiences with Priceline have been positive with friendly staff and good service. However! Today September 30th I was served by a young man who barely spoke and forgot to give me my purchase until I reminded him. No apologies no smile . I’m sorry I have to give such a negative review. This is not the usual service I have previously experienced.
We have come here on & off for a few years but more recently have been a our go to chemist. I have some health issues & the pharmacists have been very attentive as have the staff I’ve encountered when I’ve needed advice, had questions or started a new medicine. Have been very happy with this pharmacy & will continue coming here.
Friendly staff, great pharmacists. Have been going there for a good few years now. Well stocked and someone is always there to help you if needed. I gave my husband a lists of things whilei was home with ournewborn. The staff was so helpful, she literally asked him ok what's on you list and grabbed everything for him.
Worst chemist services and mean pharmacist ever. Never had such rude pharmacist in other chemist before. Would never come back here. Chemist warehouse is much more better and friendly pharmacist. However the staff at the counter is nice. So this is what well educated and qualified person are like these days. Hahaha.
Excellent pharmacy. Sparkling clean, with the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in many years. Am grateful for their existence so close to my home. Lack of 5th star is because at times the pharmacy seems to be short-staffed and pharmacists appear stressed (but this could be my imagination!).
I have always had a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. Petro, Helen and the team are extremely friendly, have customer service second to none, and are always attending to my needs. I am always greeted with a smile and treated professionally. I am a frequent shopper here and I will continue to come back.
Worst customer service from the cashier. Racist and have their own policies on refund or change of mind policies. Dont hold most products compared to other pharmacy stores. Needless to say will never shop and ensure none of my friends and family avoid unnecessary unpleasant experience ..
Staff at the medication counter are rude. Specifically, with people other than white skin. For there kind information, people from other countries are also well educated. They made me feel really bad . I would suggest if it’s not really urgent don’t go to this Pharmacy!!
I am a regular customer of this chemist for the last 20 years they are welcome and helpful towards all my family. They are like family to us. Very knowledgeable and will help us even with product they do not stock. Amazing service.
I wont give them even 1 star if possible. Prescription and pharmacy medicine prices are 3 to 4 times than any other pharmacy around for same stuff. Customer service is none to zero. I will not be shopping here in future.
I will not be shopping at this chemist ever again. They charged me double what other chemist do for my regular prescription & the older woman on the front counter was miserable and not pleasant to do deal with.

I've been twice served now by Glenda. Each time she's been absolutely fantastic, super helpful and gone above and beyond to with her service. My favourite Priceline to visit.
Worst customer service. I've been overcharged over $50 twice. They won't refund until customer find out. The only excuse is system issue. No apology!! Will never shop again.

The lady with curl red hair doesn't know the procedure for pharmacy ID check. Instead, She wasted customers time by gave document certification process.
Rubbish customer service. The ladies at the till were too busy talking to each other than caring about serving me. Will not be shopping here again.

Switched recently from other pharmacy for my scripts, Priceline is better by far in customer service.
