Work-related: I have frequented here for work with clients to browse the make up section and who likes to try on the tester eye shadows. But we've been followed and hovered by staff as if we're stealing something. Following us from Natio make up section to the other side of the aisle. It's a very uncomfortable feeling. We were not even being loud of disruptive that required such attention. It's a shame that customers are treated like criminals without any verbal interaction. Personal: This place in general is overpriced compared to other drug stores. Ensure Milk canister at MCW are usually $31; here is $36 and I hardly doubt there are any differences in quality. Even when I shop alone, I get followed by staff. An example was one time when I had found a BB cream I wanted to buy, I went to get my wallet out of my backpack and was met by a pair of eyes peering from behind my shoulder. Please do not get in my personal space and do not treat me like I am commiting a crime. Yes, I won't be coming back. So unprofessional and rude. Go elsewhere for your medical and cosmetic needs Sunshiners.

The worst customer service I ever see in my life!!! This is the real experience I have with a staff there. We all know that with the covid-19, they do not offer products testing anymore. I understand that. Unfortunately, I picked up the mascara already opened before by someone. The staff came to me and jump on the conclusion with really bad attitude “excuse me, do you know you are not allowed to open the mascara?”. I wait until she finish her turn, and told her to look at the mascara. It was opened by someone else before me. She shut her mouth up and leave without any apologies. I really want the manager read this comment if you want to continue operate your business!! Provide some training properly

Really poor service! Waited 10 min before even served at a quite line. 2 visible staff were just chatting. After the perscription was taken they simply told us "15 min please, we are busy", which is okay. Although it is quiet and no visible queue, maybe they have something else to do. Gotta give them benefit of the doubt. I wanted to ensure them that they have the right dose. I reminded them and yet they snarkily replied " yes yes we have. 15 min please we are busy". I came back 20 min later, they told us they only have the other one with the higher dose! Exactly what I told them earlier! To the priceline staff, please listen more and talk less.

Seeing these reviews of ha ing bad experiences. What a load of brill cream. Neil and his team go above and beyond to assist and accommodate. And the other staff and Pharmacist give you advice even when you haven’t requested it. I work with a sometimes aggressive Client but is always welcomed and treated with respect. How about the fact might be that owners of other pharmacist in Sunshine might be creating bad reviews. Maybe try running your Chemist as well and as friendly as Neil’s,and you might be as successful as he and his team are.

I came in on a late evening, wanting to get a prescribed medication for my chronic shoulder pain from the GP. The pharmacist "Mr Neil" was so patient and kind and discussed the potential risk involved for taking this medication. He kindly suggested alternative, more conservative options and I left with new knowledge and a heart filled with gratitude! I am so grateful for Mr Neil's kindness and professionalism and I wish to publicly acknowledge the exceptional work of the staff members at this Priceline pharmacy! Well done!

The best pharmacy in Melbourne. Neil and other pharmacists are so friendly and helpful. He took the time to ask me how I was and congratulated me on the birth of my child when I was buying newborn medicine. Even when they are busy, they don’t rush and make the customers feel like they are important. Couldn’t be happier to call this place my local.

Excellent over the phone customer service by Alison. I was after a conditioner that was out of stock at Highpoint. It wasnt available at Sunshine either but Alison said she could order it in for me. She took down my details and i got a call the next day that it was here. Simple helpful, exactly what i needed. Thankyou!

Me, and members of my family have been frequenting this Pharmacy for years.. There are plenty of staff available to help with your enquiries, they are also friendly and accommodating.. It is a busy establishment, but the abundance of staff balances out the supply and demand aspect for a more efficient environment..

Don't even bother. Forty minute wait for a basic prescription on a quiet Saturday morning at 1150am today. Downright pathetic. Service is absymal. Do yourself a favour and go to the other chemist on the main street. Also, prices here are far above and beyond other pharmacys. Avoid. I won't be back.

Too slow and unprofessional staffs. Made me wait for 20mins just to let us know that the pills weren't available despite we made sure to them that we don't mind waiting for 20 mins if they have it in stock at the beginning. Too many staffs but they are just lazy to serve customers

Doctor was incompetent, extremely unreliable and was 'unable' to diagnose something another doctor was immediately able to recognise and treat properly. I do not recommend this clinic. I recommend attending the clinic just across the road in the Plaza.

Pharmacist very helpful One of the cashiers is so rude I have had her yell at me a few times as she didn’t see me QR but I had. Try to avoid this place because of her … there are other pharmacies in the area that are more welcoming. Avoid if possible

Great staff very friendly. Good range of products. Sometimes I wait a bit longer than expected, but they do get busy at times. Very good pharacists. One of the pharmacists delivered medication to my house when I was sick with Covid-19

The worst service ever, taken my little daughter three. Each time we busy or haven’t got enough staff come back later, tomorrow. The disappointment on the little face. You ever have the service or don’t.

I was served by Susan, she was so lovely and helpful! She helped me pick out medications for my overseas flight. The staff at Sunshine Priceline are so nice, will definitely be returning.

Neil is one of the true gentlemen of Sunshine, allways helpfull and accomodating. Nothing but praise for Sharon, Cecillia, Xuen and the girls, I hold them all in high esteem.
