I honestly think Steve’s the best pharmacist and one of the best medical professionals out there! Always up for a little chat even if he’s super busy, giving precise advice and asking your well being. His team is another “big positive “. Always happy to help and making sure they provide the best experience to any customer just checking in or having a script. I have hardly come across pharmacy employees as really helpful in Melbourne to be honest (some are stressed with too much work and others simply don’t care).But this bunch genuinely cares.. Keep doing what you’re doing and wishing you the best, always!

I don’t usually write reviews but feel like sharing a couple of amazing experiences that I have with Steve the pharmacist. On both occasions he has been so knowledgeable, helpful and understanding providing Lear guidance and instructions. Thanks Steve for all your help.

I've been ringing the Melton contact number before 5pm yesterday & now since 9am 25th Nov as I dropped something from the chemist there but no one will answer the phone it's response is saying the message bank is full. Is anyone awake today?

Rude customer service from the middle-aged lady who works there, treats you like you’re about to steal on no basis and with zero tact or subtlety. Just go to another Priceline

Charged for medication we didn't receive, not charged for one that we got and had other people's scripts put in our bag. Not good service. Won't be coming back.

Fairly new store well laid out and easy to find what you are looking for prices pretty standard. Staff friendly and approachable
