Title: Extremely Disappointed with the Car Wash Services Review: I recently visited the car wash with high hopes of getting a thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of my car. The advertised price of $29 seemed reasonable, especially considering the additional perk of free car washes for a month, with the condition of cancellation to avoid the increased monthly charge of $54. However, my experience at the car wash left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. (after looking at my car, look at the pictures, this car went through a) Not only did I pay $29 for the service, but I also had to endure the inconvenience of canceling the free car washes to avoid the higher monthly fee. Despite following the policy, I was appalled to find that several items were missing from my car after it was supposedly cleaned. It is disheartening to witness the lack of honesty and integrity displayed by the staff and manager. The manager even claimed to have personally cleaned my car, but I can confidently say that this was not the case. The blatant dishonesty of the employees is truly disconcerting. I feel compelled to address the owner of this business directly. It is crucial to take immediate action and reevaluate the practices and standards followed at this car wash. The level of service provided is far from satisfactory, as my car returned in a dirtier state than before it entered the car wash. This not only reflects poorly on the reputation of the establishment but also raises concerns about the security of customers' belongings. I strongly urge the owner to consider making significant changes, including a thorough retraining of the staff, implementing robust quality control measures, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Customers should feel confident that their vehicles are being cleaned diligently and that their belongings are safe throughout the process. In conclusion, my experience with this car wash has been nothing short of disappointing. I sincerely hope that the owner takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve the services provided. It is my genuine belief that an overhaul of the current practices is necessary to restore trust and ensure customer satisfaction.

"the room had been washed clean" Now that we have defined per the dictionary.com, I asked the difference between washes and was told the elite just washes and brushes the mats and wipes the seat. I just bought my suburban 2 weeks ago so I didn’t need that- just a wash to what I thought CLEAN the vehicle. Just so you are aware- that isn’t how Prime defines washing your car. Per the manager- it isn’t their responsibility to clean all of the dirt and bugs off. I asked about getting the bugs off as we had just driven it yesterday coming back in town. The guy in the covered outdoor area stated they could “spray some stuff and wipe it but that’s it.” Obviously he wasn’t the one to talk with, so I asked the girl inside. Sweet girl- stated she would talk to her manager and then we could run it through the wash again if need be once they had wiped it down if we weren’t satisfied. I stated that would be fine. My husband checked the vehicle out as the had wheeled it outside and discussed again that we would like to get the bugs off and obvious dirt. He was told that was extra and considered “detail”. We have a wonderful detailer we use and we know to pay extra for detailing and what it consists of. This is dirt on the general outside. We also had paid the extra $8 for ceramic which obviously wasn’t on the entire back end as it was filthy coming from the wash. He told my husband that was because the dirt was imbedded in the paint and around the lettering. LOL No sir. It’s 2 weeks old from the dealership. It’s not brand new but it was sparkling clean when we picked it up. Paper plates are still hanging in the back window sir. David Driver (the manager) saw me taking photos of the vehicle and asked if everything was ok. I stated I do google reviews with photos and was just getting photos for the review. He offered to wash it a second time and rag dry it and add ceramic again and another wash for next time. The entire back of the vehicle is still dripping wet and filthy. Nice people. We just have different definitions of clean.

For my first time coming to prime car wash, I will CERTAINLY NOT GO BACK, here’s the reasons why : my car cleaning was not done well, they waxed over tree sap on my car and then said I needed to pay $100 for a clay waxing. Lamarcus the only employee who attempted to help tried to make sure i was helped. The manager wasn’t helpful and I had to pay another $15 for them to remove the sapp. I paid $38 for the wash , $39 for the wax and $15 additional for the sap. Why wax over sap, instead of contacting me and letting me know some other options? My rims which I included photos were not even touched. They have grim on the outside after the detailing and I was told by the receptionist that, car washes only include a light wipe down of rim and tire if I wanted the grim off I had to pay 69.99 for that. At almost $100 spent this car wash TERRIBLE. Between the extras that aren’t mentioned to not be included , and the manager whom didn’t even ask if everything was ok it was a bad first experience. Besides Lamarcus no one was helpful. I think you should take your money elsewhere because at least you know your “ full service “ will be a full service. My carpet vacuuming was also not done properly ( photos included ) ; still tree sapp on back break light and dirt and grim on bumper and above front tire. They were to worried about the white truck behind me in the service line. They were rushing me out the line. He told me I was “ good to go “ with grim on tire still not done. Do yourself a big favor and don’t go. There are better car washes that clean your car, and get the sap off without trying to re charge you. I will now have to PAY AGAIN for another cleaning. Just save your money.

Have been a member twice now...canceled because of incompetence from a manager...the owner, or someone claiming to be the owner, called and talked me out of it. So I gave it another go... It’s a shame because some of the employees really care or are hard workers...it’s the actual managers who lack any expertise on detailing a car. Recently brought my truck and fiancés car in for a wax and interior cleaning...spent over $80 even with being a member and then tipped the workers $45 for their jobs...however, the interior was poorly done on both cars and after close examination, the manager who waxed my truck, did such an awful job, I went home and had to redo it myself. While I agree there are some 5stars that are deserving, this will be the last time they take a shortcut on any of the multiple vehicles I had an account with. So disappointing because I really enjoyed it when it was done properly...but it’s a 40% chance of that happening. If I could give a 1/2 star I absolutely would. As a business owner, my company lives off of the reviews...I should have known better when this rating dipped to a 3.5. When you clean house on managers, contact me.

Overall, they did a somewhat OK job detailing the interior of my vehicle. I mean, the vacuum job was nice, the dash was dust free, and the deodorizer smelled good for the 2 days it lasted. But no real attention to DETAIL for my 40$. They missed a lot of dirty areas on the dash front and the console...I was riding the roads remainder of day using Lysol wipes to remove all the dirt and grit they left behind. They didn't clean the bottom area inside front doors at all, total dirt & grime there. I had to ask someone to wipe the film off my headlight covers after they told me my car was ready. Before the I even started their 15 minute wipe at it, I specified that there was a film on windshield interior that hazes vision (from the previous time I took it there), and asked if they could please thoroughly clean the glass. -- NOPE...the film is much worse now. For all I didn't get with a basic detail job, no way in hell would I pay exorbitant fees for any upgrade services, like "spot free" rim cleaning.

I have been using Prime car wash for awhile now and to be honest I am very dissatisfied. I have the “best” membership they offer. It cost 70$ a month and is sounds like a great deal at the time you sign up. However it definitely feels like they rush you out when you come in with your membership. They always no matter what try to up sell you on everything. You can have a brand new car with ceramic coating and they will still try and up sell you. They are not bad if you are a clean person and only need them to clean the outside and vacuum. But today broke the camels back. I had some dust on my dash and doors I asked if they could get it they told me I needed to pay 20$ for them to wipe down my dash and doors. They used something to make it look shiny and very clearly missed a lot pictures included

I took my car here before a trip to get it all nice and clean. Clearly I should have checked it over better before I left. I emailed the store with photos that evening (02/23) went out of town without cell service through 02/28 and never received a response. No email. No phone call. So here we are. I was charged $30 extra for wiping things down? I specifically asked for my rubber mats to be cleaned and now they look gray and dull. Hoping I can get back to black and fix them. My dash screen is now super scratched. My car is 10 months old. This is supposed to be a $60+ car wash. I didn't expect perfection, but I expected more than this. I could have done this myself at the gate car wash.

They usually do an AMAZING JOB. HOWEVER, yesterday I paid for an extra 2 services. I thought my car was done rather quickly considering they should’ve needed extra time, however, it looked fine. Nothing spectacular. Unfortunately, last night I went to put something in my trunk & realized they hadn’t even vacuumed it. I was so upset. Now I have to go back today which is extremely upsetting as my adult children are visiting from TX for my daughters graduation & it just puts a wrench in everything. I could just wait til they leave but my daughters are like don’t worry about it mom, we’ll just do it. NO, I’m not spending your visit having ya’ll clean. UGH

Requested refund after service left my seats soaking wet and stained. Employee put my items back on top of a wet seat which included a blue box which left marks. He then stated I could just put my seat covers back on. I have yellow seats and they're brown. Told me like it was no big deal that my seats would be brown. Company doesn't have right equipment or shampoos to clean seats or carpet. I just want my money back so I can be treated fairly and get service elsewhere. I have disability and needed help getting my car right. Carpet left unclean too. If business couldn't do the work the employee should have just told the customer upfront.

Did a terrible job, you couldn't even tell they had washed my car! So when I left there, I went right down the street to another car wash to get it cleaned again after I had already spent almost $60 at this place. Didn't get pictures of the outside that was still covered with bugs after their wash but did take lots of pictures of the inside since I had paid extra for them to clean it. When I questioned their poor service, they did offer to let me get a credit towards a future wash, but I kindly declined as evidently it would be a waste of my time to get a wash there. Definitely the worst carwash I have ever been to.

What a waste! Paid 40 dollars for a job my 5yr old kid could do. Some many young kids work here and they do not pay attention to detail it’s a rush job from start to finish, rags left in my car, seats not wiped down like they should have been, interior was poorly done. I used to come here when they first open and it’s progressively gotten worse. Save your money and go through the wash by gate gas stations and do it yourself for a better more thorough job. They cleaned my car inside after going through the car wash and it took a total time of 10min and it looks that way. I’m so mad I paid for this!!

Overall it was a good job. However there were some areas that were missed and I had to go back over with the one of the technicians to point out dirt and smears on the windows and around the door jams that I felt should have been taken care of. I do have a program that they have for the first month no charge come back as often as you like and then if you want to you can subscribe to the monthly fee to get your card done all the time. I am coming back within that month to go over the things that were I feel were missed or they should have been on the lookout for and we'll see how they handle that.

I got my cars exterior and interior detailed here and they asked if there were any spots on the inside I wanted them to focus on. I said “not really there’s just some chalk on the sides” (I rock climb) I got in and looked at the interior and was unpleasantly surprised. I had to go home and use our car cleaning supplies to clean the inside and then wipe some parts of the outside. I have a 3 row SUV, and had to clean 4 out of the 6 seats, the center console, the steering wheel, my drivers side front door panel, and the passengers side front and rear door panel. I am super annoyed.

KAMBREIA is absolutely wonderful!! She helped us pick the best option for our vehicles and went above and beyond! We loved her personality from the start!!! The staff is outstanding!!! Our cars looked like we just drove them off the car dealership lot! Everything was wiped down, cleaned, vacuumed, and the car scent we picked, was the best!! We simply had to tip them for how hard we saw them working. We only wished we had more cash to tip with. They seriously did an amazing job!! Thank you all!! This was a great 1st time experience!! We will be back!!

Zero Stars!!!! I went in for a elite, Told the lady I was looking for a full detail, carpet clean , armor all old doors and dashes Vacuum etc. She signed me up for $60 worth of stuff. A gentleman came out once and said I needed to pay $49 because my truck was too dirty. Then they told me I need to pay another $49 because the lady misunderstood and carpet cleaning as more?? Not very well trained here. Management could care less. Will not ever come back here again and I’m canceling all services with them. Stay away!!

Elite 360 wash with extra $30 for stain ($70) removal from seats but on driver seat had little stain they refused to do unless pay extra for that. Not washed and cleaned professionally, all Rims has dirts settled in are still visible, all edges of doors and sides are still showing dirts settled they didn’t bother to clean specially it’s quite visible with my white car. cleaned as we do at home. Will not recommend to go not doing their job as they speak on arrival.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Paid $225 for full detail, waxing, and clay bar and walked a 1/4 of the car taking off bugs and debris with my finger. They didn’t even clean under the back wiper on my glass and refused to give a refund after having my car for 6 hours. Guy told me he wasn’t going to argue and not give me a refund and I disputed it with USAA my bank. These people are crooks and I highly suggest not using them.

This is an excellent car wash. I am an Elite member and use the car wash frequently to keep my car looking good and well-conditioned. The staff is fast but thorough. They clean all the areas you would if you did it yourself. Great attention to detail. The waiting room is also comfortable, or if you prefer, you can sit outside and warm up in the sun. I urge you to become a member and take great care of your vehicle.

I cancelled my membership then was charged 2 more times. I was told that they had no recollection of me calling and more or less gave me the perception that I was telling a lie and maybe didn’t call. After trying to resolve the issue, they only gave a partial refund for the 2nd charge. Lesson learned… Don’t cancel over the phone or just don’t go here. It felt like I had been tricked over nearly $200.

Went for the first time today and got the Prime 360. It's an automated wash with a quicky hand dry and then a quick interior cleaning. The wash was mediocre, it didn't remove yellow pollen spots off the glass or paint. Also, my driver's side window had water spots. As for the interior cleaning, I can't really say anything, my car was already clean inside, so I really can't judge one way or another.

A big thank you to Riley, Skyler and Driver! Just signed up for two annual passes after my black on black sedan coming out looking like a new vehicle! Staff was extremely courteous. Very nice waiting area with free coffee! Creates a nice opportunity to catch up on texts and emails while somebody else details your car! I found the price extremely affordable as well.

Pretty disappointed with my service. I arrived at 5pm on 10/16 for a $39 car wash. Proceeded to go through the actual car wash. Once completed, I pulled my Cadillac in to be vacuumed and wiped down. My leather seats weren’t wiped AT ALL. Dog hair all over my dash. To top it off, my rear cargo area wasn’t vacuumed at all. I expected a better job for $39.

Each time I come here, I have to have them go back in and clean the car more. This time I don't think they really touched the inside. The mats looked the same and I was told I had to pay an extra 4 dollars per mat to pressure wash them. All 1 needed was a basic cleaning which should have been included in the price I paid. This is my last time here.

This place is great, it has a comfortable waiting room where you feel at home, the exterior cleaning is excellent but the interior cleaning was terrible, they left the car just as dirty as it was, they did not clean between the seats, nor the dash, in summary very displeased with the interior cleanliness

Paid $29, plus 8.60 for car wash and ceramic coating. Water spots all over my car, all windows showed smudges, wheel covers dirty. The person who was “in charge” of finishing my car did not care. Had no interest in helping me wipe the windows. Do not go to this Prime. Would give a negative if possible.

The outside will look clean but the inside still be dirty. It will look like how it was before you brought it. 70.00 a month for just the outside to be clean is insane . So i like HIGHLY recommend going to the one thats on Beach Blvd . I hate going that far out my way but they do a fantastic job.

These guys don’t have a clue how to clean a vehicle. If there’s any dirt on it, don’t bring it to them because they will leave the dirt there and you will drive off with it. It gets a little better if you stand there and manage the cleaning crew. Just don’t expect a clean car from this car wash.

Just left and had Joel detail my vehicle and wow. I had my car at a mechanic and it got a bit dusty and had some black spots in the inside he got it right out! Thank you for being so kind. Glad I stopped by. Will have to go again when I’m in the area and not just to Trader Joe’s!

We love Prime Car Wash. Not only do they do an excellent job but their staff is friendly, helpful and extra kind. Cindy is our absolute favorite. We always look forward to seeing her on our visits! Thank you Prime for taking such good care of our cars and such good care of us!

Very nice place. But I'm not impressed with their work. Over price for the quality you get. But thats what you get I quess for $78.00 dollars. I should have just cleaned it up myself. First and Last time going to this so called car wash

For the service I pay for, I rarely get quality. The windows are not cleaned well. There are streaks on the car and window. I would not be unhappy if this were a cheaper service but for what is charged, it really lacks in quality.

We love the service at prime, they are courteous and care about my needs. I have seven children and my care always needs a little extra love. Thankfully they understand by making sure we are happy and pleased with their service.

It is another must do alternative to have your vehicle washed 360 all the way around inside interior wax hot wax clay bar treatment and dose wash underneath carriages to keep the value and make you look great. ️ …

It doesn't get any easier to get your car washed. Pull up, pay, and drive through. After the wash and dry, they hand dry your vehicle and clean your wheels. I love the simplicity of this service.

I have been coming here for a few years and have always had a wonderful experience! This is the only car wash that my truck can actually fit. (If you meet Sid in the office, she is amazing!!)

This car wash hooked it up. They made my truck look brand new. I highly recommend them for the full detail. They were even able to remove paint from my seat that had been there for a year.

2021 car with 20k miles. I payed for hand wash over $100 and they could not figure out how to remove bugs off the paint. They insisted it was damaged paint and clearly it wasn’t.

Prime car wash is my new go-to for weekend cleanings! Prices are great, crew is friendly and fast, especially Sam - he makes sure to get the entire exterior dry and spot free!

I wanted to like this place as it's close to home. Well after getting the elite wash, I had to come home and clean my own interior. The closeness to my house isn't worth it.

If you like paying more for less, sure go for it. If you actually want your car cleaned for a reasonable amount of money, run to literally any other car wash in the city.
