Dr Fouda is amazing. This is the second injury I come to see him for treatment, he knows really well what he's doing. -- (Update, three years later.) This isn't from someone who's only been to one place one time. Let's just say I combined a neighbourhood-share amount of injuries - a couple at knees, hips, elbows, wrists, shoulders, and even spine. I have had 4 surgeries, one of them was a spinal surgery that required airlifting to another country for a rare specialist. In Ottawa, I've tried Monfort, Carleton and uOttawa teams, a couple of clinics in Kanata, Barrhaven, Westboro, and downtown. I can't say I've ever met a better physiotherapist, better customer service at a health clinic, better booking system, and more caring and impressively knowledgeable staff, than at Dr. Fouda's. While it's over 20 minute drive from my home, the team at Prime Physio Plus (bank and alta vista) are the best I have ever had. Excellent staff throughout. I humorously tell Dr Mohammed Fouda that God gave him some healing powers in his hands. Visits go as long as is needed for treatment. The entire team goes over, above, beyond, and meta to ensure that you don't leave before you've achieved a tangible level of comfort and or recovery. Price is always the elephant in the physio room. Most insurance companies cover very little or not at all. The college of physiotherapists have rather strict terms in terms of pricing and promotions. Unlike chiropractors, for example, Physio aren't allowed to make offers for new customers, discounts, or financing plans. They've got a rather fixed pricing menu: 2 injury per session is more expensive than 1, first session is always more expensive than remaining, etc. It's a standard menu you'll see in every clinic. Nevertheless, Dr Fouda went above and beyond to make it accessible to people. For years he would volunteer through a registered charity to provide free physiotherapy to people in need (I don't know if that changed since COVID). I've been at least a dozen times to this clinic and I can attest that every time the service was 10/10. You can see that through the patients' visible happiness, comfort, and occasional laughter with the friendly staff.

I was injured at work and was seeing another physio who massaged my elbow twice and gave me some paper to do exercise. I paid around $400 and each session was only 20 min. With no improvement in my pain level I decided to find another physio, and I am glad I did. At Prime Physio Plus I am seeing Mr. Mohammed F. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He puts his patients' health before his profit and will do all in his power to heal you injury, which is a rare commodity these days. Mohammed does not care if you're a WSIB or any other case and you'll get the same caring, compassionate treatment as anyone else. His session is more then 45 min and he uses shock-wave therapy, ultrasound, tensor, acupuncture, TDP lamp, manual massage, and exercises for nerve flossing. His assistants are kind, attentive and professional. The clinic is clean and the booking system is great because I have never had to wait to be seen. There is free parking right in front of the clinic which is a bonus. If you need a PT do not look any further. They have message therapist and a chiropractor as well, just in case you needed.

My experience here was not very good. Ahead of time I received an automated message that Mohammed would be my physiotherapist. Upon arrival two girls at the front desk were talking to one another about how they don’t know where Mohammed is, that he left and weren’t sure if he would be back. Once I was in my room I asked about this and was told he would arrive in 6 minutes. 15 minutes after the appointment time he shows up. I was originally told the appointment would take 46-60 mins. Never was I told what the appointment would entail. After the assessment a girl was doing treatment on me and when the phone rang she stopped treating me to pick up the phone. Afterwards I was told to go to the gym but wasn’t shown where it was. The person showing me the exercises was great but afterwards it was 1.5 hours after the appointment time and I had to leave. Apparently there was more to do but I really didn’t feel the need to stay in a place that wouldn’t explain things to me or treat me professionally. Perhaps it was a bad day for them but I will not be going back.

I highly recommend Prime Physio Plus. I was treated for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident. My physiotherapist, Mohamed Fouda, was a pleasure to work with. I was in constant pain the first two weeks following the accident. I couldn't sit, stand or walk for more than half an hour without experiencing pain to my lower back and at times, my upper back, neck and knee. He worked with me for six weeks and by the end of my treatment, I'm finally feeling like myself again. Mohamed was professional, but also personable. He was supportive and encouraging. Thanks Mohamed! I also had other sessions with him (acupuncture) and (massage therapy), who were also excellent. At the desk, Leena was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great team! I truly appreciate all your help. Thank you!

I received a surgery to repair the labrum surrounding my left hip right before the initial covid lockdown. I had to do my own physio without any guidance for the March and April. I was able to see some improvements during this time but it can't compare to the improvements I saw after seeing Mohamed at prime physio. He helped resolve the soreness/tenderness I felt inside my hip when I was doing some movements. He also helped me with my IT band. The skin around the IT band would become very sensitive and lead to a lot of aching. I thought I would have to live with these issues for the rest of my life but he helped me resolve them both (I am 29 years old). There is a lot more I can say but just know that I recommend everyone I know to Mohamed whenever they need physio.

Every time I go to Prime Physio Plus Physiotherapy for a treatment by Mohamed Fouda, It has always been an exhilarating, soothing, wholesome and rewarding experience. Mohamed is quick to zero in on that part of your body muscle which is causing you grief. He applies the right techniques and resources to address your immediate need and also a solid follow up programme to relieve yourself of the pain and issue for the longer term. He is perhaps the only Physiotherapist I have come across who does not go by the appointed clock hours for the duration of your session and is happy to give you all the time it needs for your treatment. I am impressed and satisfied on the overall experience. No wonder I keep going only to this clinic for all my Physiotherapy needs.

I had started going to Prime Physio Plus after suffering a concussion. I was suffering from muscle stiffness and post concussion syndrome. I began working with Dr.Fouda for physio sessions as well as massage sessions with his staff. I am very pleased with the quality of service they offer. Dr.Fouda is excellent and truly cares about his patients, day by day Dr.Fouda has helped make my pain manageable. He is always changing his techniques according to your needs and has drastically helped with my muscle stiffness and post concussion symptoms. In addition to the outstanding treatment the clinic is always clean and the staff is extremely welcoming and are always willing to help you find the most convenient times for your appointments!

I have been receiving physiotherapy here for 6 months so far and really love the service. The clinic manager, Mahmoud, is always making sure every client is well taken care of. Mahmoud listens to any concerns and is always happy to make improvements with a smile. Mohammed, the physio therapist that I have been receiving service from, has been amazing and always makes sure I leave better than when I came in. He is tough but gets results. If you are receiving service from Mohammed for a while the only thing I can say is that he stops asking for more detailed information or pushing for more detail so you may need to just started offering the info without being prompted. In all, amazing service, would highly recommend!

I have come here several times and have always been very happy with the treatment and services offered by Mo..who wouldn't be, considering his experience and expertise?! This time around I was assigned to Jumana Khambatwala - I'm seriously impressed. She was able to determine my issue immediately and target treatment so that it gave almost immediate relief. Over that past few weeks, things have only gotten better. She has given me exercises and stretches to continue on my own to maintain the progress we have made together. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable, along with being friendly and personable. She is an asset to the clinic and will definitely request her again, should I need further physio.

Unfortunately, I must give the clinic a fair review at best. Mohammed's initial assessment was cursory and, in the end, inaccurate. He assessed my back problem as muscle-related rather than disc-related. I told him that after my second session, the pain had increased but he said that was normal and that I should continue with his recommended exercises. However, it turned out that some of those exercises actually made my condition worse. Luckily, my sister is a physiotherapist and she suspected my problem is disc-related and gave me a couple of exercises that immediately helped.

This Physiotherapy clinic is outstanding! The service is amazing. After I had back surgeries, The surgeon made recommendation for me to receive Physiotherapy treatments to strengthen my core. I received outstanding treatments every single time. The physiotherapists are trained professionals and are very knowledgeable in their field. From the moment you walk in for an assessment to the end of your treatments, you are given the time you need and are always there to help with any concerns. I would highly recommend and in fact, I have recommended to family and friends as well.

I broke my arm so bad that my bone came out of my arm. I had 2 plates and 10 screws of hardware and my surgeons told me the chances of me getting remotely close to full range of motion were very small. Mohamad Fouda took me in and stayed with me for physio and would not let me give up as he saw potential in my injury. A year and a half later after 3 surgeries, I now have full range of motion and a fully functional arm. I highly recommend this physiotherapist to anyone with any sort of pain or injury.

I have scoliosis and have had treatment for over 30 years by a chiropractor. I have also seen multiple physiotherapists. I visited Prime Physio for the first time on Tuesday and on Wednesday, I went shopping for over an hour without using any form of walking assistance! I can hardly believe it and if it were an experience told by anyone else, I would have a hard time accepting it as even possible. It was honestly an amazing experience. Mohammed was sooooo nice and was so helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns, I used to go to the physiotherapy centre in kanata but it just doesn't compare to this very spacious and comfortable place as well. I went to Prime Physio on a recommendation by a trusted friend. My doctor's diagnosis was that of Tenosynovitis and scheduled me for a cortisone shot. Mr Fouda is very knowledgeable, he recognized that my issue was a sprained joint and not Tenosynovitis. After one visit at Prime Physio, I've regained full motion in the joint and the pain level was dramatically reduced. I would be recommend Prime Physio.

I went here with a lower back injury after trying out everything including acupuncture. He was able to pinpoint the pain as originating from my tight glutes. After dealing with pain for 6 months it only took a couple appointments to alleviate most of the pain with therapy. Knowledgeable staff and friendly environment. I went to Prime Physio therapy after being diagnosed with arthritis. Before starting treatment I could not stop taking naproxen because of severe pain in the knees. Nowadays, after the treatment I got and the prescribed exercises, I do not take any naproxen and the pain is only occasional.

when I went to see Mohammed Fouda I could not move my arms up and down or sides specially the left arm after four sessions, I have been able to move both arms up and down although the left one still need more treatment because it is very week, but I am sure the result will be satisfying.
