My family has used Priority Plumbing before and had to use them again for another issue. Ouweis was the technician and he did such a great job with everything that I requested to have him come look at my issue. I was able to book an appointment with him the day after I called as he was booked the day of the call. He went through all the potentially concerning issues and gave my several quotes with no pressure to go with the most expensive option. In the end I did go with the more expensive option to fix all the concerns. He did a very thorough job explaining and checking in with me with what he was doing, as well as testing everything before he left to ensure there were no issues.i didn't take pictures of all the work that he did, but I included pictures of my kitchen's old brass pipes and the new plastic ones. While I have not used other plumbers before, I feel like the services seem expensive, but you are paying for the quality of work and I still highly recommend Priority Plumbing. If you're able to request Ouweis, he's the guy to take care of all of your plumbing needs! I will be requesting him in the future if I happen to have anymore issues.

On Saturday the July 22, 2023 I had a sewer back up in my basement apartment. I called most 24/7 plumbing companies. Not one was able to help me in timely manner. I left a message with Priority Plumbing. They called me first thing in the morning in Sunday and came within 1/2 an hour. Kayle and his apprentice Andrew were very professional and in short order using the camera determined that the blockage was in the sewer line on the city property. They opened the clean-out box on the sidewalk and were able to clear the blockage by plunging it. It took all of 1 hour and the problem was solved. I wish our city service were this efficient. It is almost two weeks and the city is still dragging its feet in helping me. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. They have restored my faith that some honest plumbers still exist.

A Salon I manage uses this company for all our plumbing needs, and their response time and team are always so professional and helpful. So when my Mom called me upset about a leak in our home I knew exactly who to call! Ouwesi arrived in less than an hour to efficiently identify the issues and get right to it! This company is well equipped and prepared for anything, very impressive. Ouwesi went above and beyond supplying video equipment, changing many different pipes, hoses, valves and washers. He also explained everything he did as he went along, which I so so appreciate as my mom is elderly. Thank you again for your honesty and integrity in an industry that can be hard to find. I will continue to use your services for professional and home use!

My experience with Priority Plumbers was mixed but they got the job done. The plumbers arrived a day late and were quick to try and upsell their services. It was stressful having two men walk around my home pointing out all of the work that “needed” to be done. I was shocked when they presented an initial quote for $3000+ when we had originally called for a simple dishwasher pipe cleaning. I feel that the company should provide quotes for the ORIGINAL job first, and offer quotes for their additional findings ONLY if asked. The unwarented pressure was not appreciated. The plumbers were friendly and informative. They provided some useful tips and ultimately got the job done, however, it did feel like a sales pitch and their prices were high.

Aaron was super responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. My tenants had an issue with the plumbing in the shower and toilet. Aaron set up all the scheduling and kept me in the loop the whole time. He also took the initiative to let my condo management know specifically the work that was done. My tenants were happy with the work done, and I could rest easy knowing Aaron was on top of everything. Update: How do I give Aaron 10 stars? Aaron gracefully handled my condo management and came up with a suite of solutions for me to choose from. This is definitely the person you'd want for the job. He is incredibly professional and took his time to explain everything.

Two kind gentlemen were able to come over the same day I called. They told me everything that could possibly be wrong with a pipe in my basement and suggested the easiest/most affordable fix as they thought it was the right one. And, they were right! I felt taken care of and that they didn’t upsell me on something I didn’t need just because I wouldn’t have known better. Not to mention they were very kind and friendly. I would absolutely call them again for any future plumbing issues! :)

I had priority plumbing come to fix the hot water in 2 showers at my condo. Such a great experience with Kyle and Andrew, so friendly and personable. They were very well informed about all plumbing in the condo, giving great tips and tricks to maintain sinks, showers, etc. They gave several quote options after we chatted and found a price that worked for me for everything I needed. Definitely would call them again!!

This is the fourth time I’ve had Priority Plumbing come to do work on my house. I trust Priority Plumbing because I can always call and have an appointment and service call within 24 hours. This is the second time Ouweis has come to help. He’s great at quickly assessing the problem and always does great work. While Priority is probably not the cheapest, they don’t cut corners and always do fast and efficient work.

Aaron and Zack were wonderful . Aaron described all the ways in which the problem could be fixed. They picked the one that would work for us best . We would recommend them in a heart beat. The Technician was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He understood the problem immediately, got the required part from his truck and was finished in a jiffy. He provided me with an accurate estimate of the cost beforehand. He remained for a few minutes to test and retest to see that the toilet functioned properly.

Aaron did a fantastic job for us, replacing valves for the kitchen sink, as well as replacing the faucet. He explained everything clearly, and showed us the problem areas ie. corroded valves and missing washers. He is friendly and personable, did what he said he would and left the work area cleaner then he found it. Outstanding!

We have a faucet that was not working the house. Joel came, very knowledgeable. Explained potential issues, began troubleshooting and faucet started working. Easy fix on this one but seemed like Joel knew what he was doing, had the issue been more severe, i trust that he could've fixed it.
