I was connected with Pristine Plumbing after numerous unsuccessful phone calls to numerous companies. I had NO water! I was calling before 8 am on a Monday morning. Not only did Natalie recognize my emergent need but she was able to get someone to my home in less than 90 minutes. Ron & Ronnie asked a lot of questions, checked my equipment in the crawl space and come up with a quote in less than 30 minutes. Sump pump and well pump not working after 25 years. I was afraid they would not be able to get it fixed right away. Not only did I get moved to the top of the line, I had service in about 2 hours. Derrick was prompt, efficient, and immediately got to work to replace all my worn-out parts. I had water that afternoon. Derrick had to come back another afternoon to finish a few miscellaneous things and got everything wrapped up. I spoke with Natalie over the phone numerous times. She was very positive and reassuring each time. EVERY single person I had contact with during this event was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Always polite, explained all phases of their work, and provided everything they promised. I truly felt like I was a valued customer. I can't thank this group of people enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Worst consultation and experience I have ever had as a home owner. I was referred to Pristine by a commercial company and told that they stand behind their customer service. They came out and there rep refused to offer me a check valve for my sewage drainage. I explained that my old one had one and I would like on on the new one. He told me I did not need it. Fast forward one year later. My basement floods twice in one month and they send out a rep. Their rep comes told me he has a camera but doesn't meed to use it. Says "I have seen what I need to see" with in 5 minutes of being there. Says he is aware that back ups are common on my side of town and immediately noticed I had a line right next to the sewage and rain water drainage right next to the city's main lines. That being said I asked the owner why I was refused one and why his reps gave contradicting consultations. I told him I was willing to pay for a check valve but why should I have to pay for excavation and my fence to be torn down again when I should have been walked through this scenario the first time ESPECIALLY after asking SPECIFICALLY for a check valve. He refused. Told me to leave my review. Not happy at all.

Great service overall! They only hire professionals! Nathan (a young guy, but very respectful!) did an amazing job. Always referring to me properly. Made sure not to damage anything during the install. Cleaned up after. Pristine Plumbing in general is amazing. Their annual plan makes it so you don't have to remember to drain your water heater. I haven't had a cold shower since their install of my new one. Their newsletter from Angel is awesome as well. In fact, I typically find more fun things to do here in Indy than I do from any of the multiple services I'm subscribed to for events from Angel's newsletter. Yes, it's an ad/reminder of Pristine Plumbing but it's an honest to good newsletter about events going on in Indy in general. I've had a lot of fun reading it and following its recommendations! Customer service is great. Always willing to chat if I have had questions or concerns. Pricing is reasonable too! THIS is an example of a model local business to support and what all other businesses should aspire for! Whoever the managers / owners are really know how to run a business and hire great people. A+++++ would get a water heater replacement from them again :)

Oh my gosh they are the Best, I called Pristine and spoke to Nikki she is a blessing. I explained my issue of no hot water in the shower for my rental. She set it up for Mr. Bill S. to come out and take a look at it. It didn't take him no time to take care of the issue. Hot water in the shower for my renters today! The staff on the phone were pleasant. The tech that came to the house was presentable, friendly & on time. Seemed to know his profession. We were quoted a pretty significantly high price. Were told we'd have to replace a lot of pipes. Mainly because the tech was "unfamiliar" with the pipe. And said that was the reason we would have to replace so much. However. We got another company out. Within 30 minutes the job was done. No replacement needed of the "unfamiliar" pipe. Inexperience was definitely the reason for 4 stars. And definitely more helpful to us today. We do appreciate the time spent with us, by Pristine Plumbing :)

Wish we could review Pristine Plumbers, but they didn’t show up. We called and scheduled our appointment. Got a text that a technician would arrive within half an hour. We called at 45 minutes. Lady said she couldn’t contact the technician, but she’d have a manager check on arrival time and contact us. But said technician should be there any minute. Didn’t hear back. We called again at 1 hour 15 minutes, and we were told the same. Any time they’d arrive. At 1 and a half hours we got a call that there was a mix up, and they weren’t coming. Wouldn’t recommend them.

This is an amazing company. Mitchell and Bill(?) we’re amazing. Mitchell identified where my slab leak was and marked it. Came out the next day and the leak was exactly where he marked. Didn’t have to jackhammer until he was actually fixing it. They did the work with as little additional damaoas possible, put things right, and all in a day in a timely manner. It wasn’t as overwhelming with Pristine Plumbing and Mitchell as the technician. Highly recommend.

Pristine was available same day and super friendly. Derryck our tech was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us clearly. He gave us options and didn't pressure us on our choices. He was friendly and efficient and provided quality work. We signed up for the maintenance program which saved us money same day and in the future. With an old house that has old plumbing, it's nice to find a quality company that we can rely on.

Just a shout out to Ron, Angel, Mitchell and Bill for coming to our rescue! What started out as a leaky ice machine escalated to busted pipes in our crawl space. Ron arranged to have it pumped out then Mitchell and Bill repaired the damage. Mitchell explained everything that they would do. They are all knowlegeable and through group. Would use Prestige again. These guys are definitely Professional. After they replaced my sewer line. I thought I was having more problems with the line. Derrick & Noah they came and checked out several things and immediately let me know that I needed to replace my toilet. They have been amazing with us. They came out for a sewer scope during my home inspection period then came back to finish the job. We discovered more issues but they were great at explaining them to us, showed us the problem, and stayed with us for an extra amount of time while we figured out financing for the next project to make the house happy again.

Bill S did an amazing job. My water heater gave out and made a huge mess. He was sensitive to our situation, dried everything out before he even started working, explained the options, and was diligent in finding a financial option that would work for us. He was professional and very friendly to my curious teenagers. I would absolutely recommend!

James not only gave me a solution to a problem shower I had but listened to my other issues. Through that he realized other plumbing companies told me I couldn’t have a softener and now thanks to James I do! I went from stress from a water leak to happy it happened. Good professional job. Water leak no longer an issue. However, would have preferred use of flex pipeing verses patch work plastic tubing, plastic elbows and numerous clinch clamp rings. With water pressure in the line, clinch clamps over time could possibly work lose requiring repeat maintenance.

They returned to repair an outdoor faucet that was installed seven months ago in October. It was leaking and this was the first I had used it this year. They explained the problem and fixed it with no hassle (or charges). Very pleasant and professional . Will definitely recommend them.
