A “Pro” car wash this is not. Rude from start to finish. Olgert Cevani starts shouting and waving at me to drive through as soon as I arrive whilst looking at the list of different washes and prices. No one was behind me. He continues to shout and wave at me throughout as if I’m a dog. Tried to speak to him but he told me “I’m busy I’m working”. Asked me to pay in cash which is fine, but it doesn’t say cash only anywhere, told me to transfer to his account which turned out to be a personal account instead of a business account. Car isn’t particularly clean. The only positive is that the focus is on speed-I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Haven’t really ever been treated like that before. Safe to say I will never go back.

RUDE & CON Artist !!!! Apart from being rude from start kept telling me to sit down though I was not standing near car while they were washing. Then kept telling his guys be quick I even ignored that … then he comes to me MONEY! with hand gesture I gave him £20 expecting £5 change back his reply was thank you keep in mind it clearly says on board £15 for saloon car. When I told about board he quickly gave £5 I said so you don’t want returning business cos he asked £25 for small 4X4 from lady driver behind me again suppose to be £20. In todays climate you want to build your clientele not be rude & conning your paying customers.

We came and asked how much for the basic cleaning, guy was very deceiving and he told us £15, we needed to clean bird poop, so agreed. We didn’t even close the window, he already started to spray the door! Then obviously, quick cleaning with throwing our staff out of the car. Smirking full on after I said that I’m not happy with this service. Basically for £15 we got clean windows but roof is still full of poop. They clean only where is visible but not properly. If you want your car to be properly cleaned just go to Asda and do it yourself for a couple of pounds. Listen to the bad reviews and avoid this place!!

You don't always get what you pay for...rude staff, who felt it was acceptable to smoke while attempting to clean my car. Failed to clean my windscreen properly, pushing dead leaves into the corners rather then getting rid of them. Inside was half hovered and didn't use any polish when cleaning inside, just a duster. An 10 year old could have cleaned it better. Much better places around and they're cheaper.. stay clear and don't waste your money.

Gave my car for interior and external clean for £15. Service was terrible. After they said it was done, there was still crumbs near the gear box and everything was still dirty and they did not even clean my boot. They started spraying water without realising my windows are not closed.I had to stop and tell them and they said that it's too hot outside. Waste of my £15. Still not satisfied withy car cleanliness. Will not go there again

I visit this fairly new car wash regularly. They do a great job, yesterday especially - it was closing time (7pm) and new comers after me were being asked to come tomorrow instead. Very thorough clean of my van, in and out for £15.00 - literally looks brand new again. Spent time and effort to clean every crack and crevice especially in the interior. Very pleased. The usual basic charges for cars are £6 outside only, £12 in and out.

Very bad service. They judge people. I did not like the way they treat me. The owner moved my car without put the hand break down. He asked the money even before the staff complete the work. I gave £15 and I did not give any tips. He told this to his staff in his own language. The inside the car was sticky means they did not complete the work.

Really poor service, normally don't write bad reviews, but stay away from these guys. The big lad threw my shopping around, he lost control over my car as he was pushing it forward, he ended up yanking the handbrake to stop it from crashing into their hut. I didn't get why he didn't asked me to drive the car forward when I was a meter away.

Have 25 pounds to crown in and out. When checked all inside doors were dirty. Seats were dirty. They even didn’t bother to clean under the seats. Very shoddy job. Sadly now Britain is filled with such crooks who take no pride in their work and run just after the money. Just quick turn around and some cleaning here and there.

Rude and abusive service. I can’t tell you about the quality of the car wash because I never got the chance to have it washed. I was abused by a member of staff as I checked the price list, so I left. There are plenty of other places that offer a better service at a much cheaper rate. Avoid these guys

I used this for the first time & had a good experience here (I got the cleaning done for both interior & exterior of the car). The staff is pretty friendly, efficient & quick. It’s pretty reasonably priced too. I will definitely go there again & hope to get a similar good experience (or even better).

There is often a queue of cars waiting for a wash, which means that staff clean them as quickly as they can. This translates to "corners being cut", and some parts of the car are not cleaned properly. For the price it's OK, but don't have too high expectations.

Please guy DO NOT GO THERE... Very poor service.. They do not do a good job... They don’t clean your car properly... VERY RUDE!!!!! They are after money and don’t care about the service... Stay away please⛔️⛔️⛔️‼️

Stop don't go there !!!!Left the car for a deep clean, items missing from glove box. Car is not clean or to my standards paying £60. No contact number to call to query my issue. Never again …

Charged £35 instead of £20,caz he used some foame for the seats Avoid if you don’t wanna get wasted,and the washing is bad also,but still he blamed Boris for this and the Brexit …

Went there to clean the car for the next owner of the car. Spent 15 for exterior and interior. Reached my standard and quite nice and clean.

The car was washed but not clean inside out. dusty seats ,boots & carpet too much to list.Not a genuine service, money grabbing business .

Weekends are busy and you may feel the cleaning is not upto standard. Weekdays are better option as they spend a bit more time.

Fairly new. Plenty of space and staff. Did a very good job, and competitive pricing compared to others around this area.
