I wish I could leave zero stars on the place , but unfortunately it looks like google does not allow it. To start, about 2 days ago my daughter came to her appointment for hair and makeup. Previously I had not known I had signed up for airbrush makeup for her well that was fine. When my daughter had suggested something for herself the makeup lady later passive aggressively would stop recommending what she didn't want. So my daughter ended up going with it during the makeup process. The lady would end up applying multiple layers of makeup leaving her looking caked and awful. The makeup assistant and another one would proceed to laugh and whisper behind my daughter as she was applying the makeup. After the makeup was done the makeup assistant would keep on reminding my daughter that she looked good even though she was lying through her teeth and whispering with the other makeup assistant . Then after this my daughter's hair would be done. Which just like the makeup was horribly. My daughter had suggested slick hair which would be done with the woman putting a massive amount of heat and straightening my daughters hair. As well as putting globs of gel and hair ties. My daughter would spend a total of 110 dollars on this mess. Coming home crying and missing the prom because of this mess.

Jennifer did an AMAZING job on both my hair and makeup for my wedding. We did a trial and she listened to what I wanted to change after it and the end result was absolutely perfect. She kept my airbrush makeup natural but still enough to be "bridal" to where it didn't look caked on. I have A LOT of hair and she handled it with grace. It stayed in ALL day with all of my moving around and still looked perfect by the end of the night. Patsy did a wax for me. She made me feel so comfortable and had tons of tips and tricks to make it ALMOST pain free. I was really impressed as it was my first one and I had a slight burn from tanning and it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would because of her tips and patience! Ashley did my mothers makeup and she did fantastic. My mother looked absolutely beautiful. She was very patient and listened to what my mom wanted and the end result turned out great! Jordan was so sweet and kind and I highly recommend her services as well. This team made some sacrifices to help make my day special. They really put their clients first and I will always recommend them to any bride!

Nice salon, very pricey. I was told $75 for a partial and am used to having that include the toner since you don't lift hair without toning it. When I went to pay it was $90. They charge $15 for toner which I was not told. Color/tone of highlights I am happy with but it is far fewer highlights than I am used to getting with a partial. It looks nice but I don't feel like it was $90 worth of color. Still some growth spots. Could have used more foils and she didn't use all of the bleach that was mixed. Not sure why since I paid for it. I was told partial price is for the amount of bleach mixed so I feel it should have all gotten used. In addition, while I was processing, my hair dresser took smoke breaks, the smell of cigarette smoke was very apparent when she returned. I would recommend being very specific with what you expect for what you are paying and ask for total cost so nothing is missed.

As usual, my daughter left Pro Soto Studio looking and feeling amazing. Jen really took the time to discuss what my daughter wanted for her prom hair and makeup and to look at her reference photos before she started. At every step, Jen checked with her to make sure she was pleased with the way things looked. The final result was even better than we ever expected. We both have had our hair colored and cut at Pro Soto for years, but this was our first time with makeup and special occasion styling and we were both thrilled with her results. We cannot recommend Pro Soto enough!

I love coming to this salon! Ashley is my hair stylist and always does a phenomenal job on not only me, but my 2 daughters (10 & 6) as well. She has gotten my hair and their's extremely healthy. The entire staff is a joy and is always friendly & fun. I am constantly referring business to them. They also have an incredible bridal suite that is perfect for any wedding party. I LOVE Prosoto! I’ve been going there for a few years now and every service is fantastic. I had them also do my hair and makeup for my wedding and a few of the wedding party- phenomenal! It is so welcoming there and every time I come I get pampered and feel so relaxed. I see Jenn most of the time but everyone at the Salon is fantastic. I cannot recommend their hair, facial, tinting, dermaplane, makeup etc services enough. It’s a one stop shop for ALL things to pamper yourself.

Pro Soto is AMAZING!! I use their makeup line and have also had my hair done there in the salon. Their makeup foundation is the best I've tried and I have tried a lot of well-known foundations like Makeup Forever HD, Urban Decay and Smashbox. The Pro Soto foundation blows them all away and is less expensive than the other brands. The salon has friendly and knowledgeable staff and has a great vibe going on that makes you feel at home!

As a client of ProSoto for over 4 years I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful salon. From the warm and personable staff to the beautiful decor I always feel relaxed and welcome the minute I walk in the door. ProSoto is a fantastic place to get services. I have been seeing Jordan for my hair for about 8 yrs now, 2 different locations. All the staff are caring and really listen to what you want. They offer all kinds of spa services and make up lessons for young ladies.

Second time ever coloring my hair. I had a picture and because of my brown hair was expecting a fast result, hated it but mindi made it so I left satisfied in a fast reschedule. I appreciate her taking me back in no charge to get something I wanted

Wonderful, friendly, welcoming staff that my bridal party had a lot of fun with! Everyone looked amazing, and they even got us wrapped up early, which is a big deal on your wedding day! The salon itself is also beautiful and such a unique space.

I visited Pro Soto for the first time today for a facial. Patsy was amazing! So very very relaxing. She did an exceptional job. My face looks and feels awesome. I cannot day enough about her and the salon. What an incredible experience.
