This is not a spa - it’s a small room and bathroom with only one window and no view. We were asked to be there early, just to wait 25 minutes in our car because the therapists were late. The photos on the website and google are of the main house that we had no access to, as the resident didn’t even know of a spa nearby. When we enquired on using the pool, they stated it was already booked - not that they didn’t have access to the pool. Power was off so we couldn’t get the complementary herbal tea and the room was pitch dark. It was impossible to relax during the massage since the Neighbour was mowing his lawn and the dogs kept barking. We had hyperli vouchers that stated a mani and pedi, but not that only one of the treatments included color. The therapist did the pedicures in the dark with battery lights. The gel on my nails were done very well and the therapist were very friendly. Unfortunately this was not the spa day we bargained for as our big birthday celebration! The treatments were OK, but the location was not as expected.

My husband and I got pampered at ProSpa today. The owner Miss Widaad and the therapist Jacqueline went out of their way to accomodate our late request for a couples spa package. The place is easy to find, they had everything ready for us even before it was time. Everything was clean and very compfortable. Slight adjustments we wanted on the package we booked were accommodated without any problems. The whole experience made us consider to book another appointment later this week. Thanks again to the team of Pro Spa to have made our day even better today. We are very relaxed now. Packages are on their website as well we got complimentary tea and water. Very, very good experience and we will definetely recommend them.

I bought a voucher via Hyperli that advertised "Indulge in breathtaking views". However, there was NO views at all. Instead the "boutique spa" was on the side entrance to a mansion with no natural light or ventilation. There was only street parking and halfway through my treatment, the therapist received a message that I needed to move my car. If you are going to offer a full day spa package, you need to have proper parking. The therapists and the treatments were good but they offered ONLY gelish and had no normal nail polish. There was also no gowns to get changed into. Not a spa I will visit again.

Evening As I did book with the Pro Spa for my birthday 26th December and did have some problems on that exact day ended up not pitching up. Did talk to them how about we reschedule for next week like when I'm off then they didn't even gave me the hard time just shift me to my off day which is today did go with my sister a very kindness team that welcome us gave us 100% treatment it was exactly what I expected your team amazed me thank you so much for allowing me to reschedule my treat. I really enjoy my 28years birthday indeed.

The treatments were good and the ladies professional and friendly. However the room is very cramped even for two treatments at a time with minimal ventilation. Also based on the pictures advertised we were looking forward to view from the outside deck and pool area. However use of this area is not guaranteed as we were told hotel guests get preference and because the hotel is fully booked we cannot use that area so that was disappointing based on what we were expecting. Overall experience was okay.

We were welcomed to the Spa which was nice. The setting is absolutely spectacular. We were taken to the treatment room. We had a couples full day treatment which was 4 hours long. It was really good except for one thing. We had nothing to drink for the entire time! Not even offering anything. That is unacceptable. If they could have left a carafe of water and a couple of glasses, that would have been enough. Otherwise, it is a nice place, I wish them all the best and maybe we'll be back some day.

Wonderful massage and location! I was suffering from a bad headache and menstrual cramps and Widaad got me in for a same day appointment. She gave me a much needed deep tissue massage on my back and shoulders and a more gentle massage as requested on my lower body. She also massaged my scalp and jaw. She works from head to toe, and I love my feet massaged. She works absolute wonders and provides a relaxing and quiet space. Heated bed and calming aromatherapy. I will definitely be going back!

Widaad came despite the little warning time to my hotel and her treatment was just right for my needs. She has a great Aura and is very warm-hearted, her hands radiate a great energy and she asked me what I needed... I told her briefly about myself and she got started. We found Pro Spa on Google Maps and were drawn to the convenient location and positive reviews. Most importantly they were able to accommodate a couples massage on short notice which sealed the deal! Communication on WhatsApp was very convenient, payment was easy and pricing is reasonable. Widaad and Andisiwe were exceptional and we had no hesitation in returning for another couples massage a few days later. Parking can be tight so Uber is the best way to get there.

My treatment at Pro Spa was truly delightful! Widaad had shaped a beautiful space that immediately puts one at ease upon entering. I had booked the 'Glow-up' pamper package. Widaad gave an amazinggggg massage!!! I told her I needed some work on my back and she really worked on all the knots! I did a 90 min massage but I wish it was longer! Widaad took so much care in what my body needed at the time. Even after several days my neck and back felt so much looser than before I saw Widaad. Would highly recommend!

My mom and I had the best treatments here for Mother’s Day. It was our first time experiencing a hot stone massage. It was a rather chilly day and we were invited with a warm, calm and peaceful massage room. Afterwards we enjoyed a great lunch and coffee with the most magnificent view of the Atlantic seaboard. A real treat!
