I recently used Pro Tech Automotive. I am new to the area and searched shops by reviews, Pro Tech was very highly rated and did not disappoint. My car would not start all of then sudden, so I had it towed to the shop. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and direct. They walked me through my options and helped me make an educated decision. They took a very stressful situation and made it a little easier. Thank you Pro Tech Automotive, I highly recommend them and will continue to deal with Pro Tech.

I live up the road from these guys and have, countless times, asked for their last minute help. From jump starting my car in the cold two days in a row, to test driving my car with me the moment I bring it in for drive safety if I’m even the slightest bit concerned, Carter and his team go above and beyond for their customers. All comments on consultation are true - they will literally bring you under your car, show, and explain to you what’s going on. Great crew that I’m glad to have in the neighbourhood.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had called another garage for an oil change and they never answered the phone. Carter picked up right away and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. They took care of a couple other things that were needed at a very reasonable rate and even dropped my car off to me nearby. Fast, friendly and reliable, I will definitely be going back.

Brought my car in for fluid work. They quoted me one price, then when it was time to pay, it was magically 75% more. When a price is quoted, you should honor it. Or you should do better ahead of time to quote correct prices. Not interested in further business with this shop. Of course they will claim they don't have me on file or something.

Amazing customer service. This isn't the first time this garage has helped me out. Always friendly and helpful staff who find a way to help resolve the simple issues I've had to tackle. They always answer their phone! Love having this local garage so close to home! Highly recommend.

Just realized I forgot to leave a review. Out of town on the holidays few years ago they were able to get me in and had job fixed up in no time and were able to send the photos I requested to give go ahead for the work. If they were in my home town it'd be my go to shop.
