Set up a trust under their incomplete advice to buy our first investment property. Trying to charge for every single sentances out of their mouth. Top dollar on every single thing but don't know much if you need free general advice. Too expensive for simple tax return. Not sophisticated and helpful enough to assist savvy investors. Been with them for a year. Brett is charming but not helpful without paying. Urgent email takes a couple of follow up emails to get responses. If you are not big fish, find someone else. They will tell you that themselves... at your cost of course.
