Carlton Vaz is NOT a real, true or professional real estate agent. He is not even a human being with any compassion. He left my family(with two young children) without any heating at all, for over 6 months over winter, and other urgent repairs. I guess he follows his own laws and not the law. After I stopped payments, he took me to VCAT(over the phone because of Covid-19) and the VCAT member ordered him to complete repairs to the property immediately and threw his application out. I do NOT recommend Jasmine real estate at all. Find another agent or sleep in your car, seriously.
