Justin Ross is a terrific Salesman.... Justin Ross is an ethical and competent salesperson. He understood my needs and l followed his advice. The result was excellent. Justin patiently and in detail described the sales process that he uses and he promptly and patiently answered all of my questions as they arose. I am convinced that the process that Justin advocates is sound. Justin followed this process and eventually the result we ended up with was at the top of our expectations. I am certain that luck also plays a part in selling in as much as a buyer needs to come on to the market at the same time as a property that satisfies their requirements does. If I was a buyer, I would also approach Justin, because I know he is ethical, and he would not hide a problem with a property. The only negative I have observed about Justin is the AFL team he barracks for, but as he does so passionately, that is not such a big sin.

Ok in the sales phase. Poor property handover. The team were great during the sales phase. I needs a property that would be suitable for a dog and they were very accommodating and proactive. However the handover of the proper Was very poor. There was no power due to a long period of non occupancy and this took many days to resolve. Thee taps in the property are leaking some much I can not safely use laundry and the electrics in the kitchen do not work. The management company think it is my responsibility to repair these items.
