I wasn't ready to sell immediately, but he gave me good feedback on improvements to make prior to selling which helped achieve a higher final price than if we had left the property as it was. I signed on the dotted line to have Liam as my agent about 6 months later. Within a day, I had the appointments with the photographer, the plan drawer, the videographer and the copy writer. The first inspection was the same afternoon the property listed publicly online and the inspections just kept on coming! The property sold within 8 days for a higher amount than the advertised price range.
