Professionals RCM are really easy to deal with and very prompt on responding to any queries regarding rental. Our rental process was very smooth and communication was very clear from them. Mirva is our property manager who is very easy to deal with and she will respond in time. If I could rate 0 stars i would, but unforrunatley google allow 1 star minimum. Sadly, this real estate company is far from professional. They don't know anything about customer service and general kindness. Sally, was extremly rude to us throughout our entire rental experience, from lying to harassing us with non stop calls during work. I would highly recomend steering clear of this agency.
