Pathetic customer service, 10 agent will call you at 10 different times and confirming the same information about the property but still they can't get the information saved at their end and will keep calling. They will book your time for a visit but then they will not have a courtesy to even inform you if the meeting is cancelled. They can ruin your deal instead of making it. It is a waste of time with these unprofessional agents.
