First time here and disappointed. I stepped out because it was too hot to sit inside. I had a few minutes left and the door got locked before I could retrieve my work clothes that I needed for the morning. I will never come back here. If you're thinking about using this place, I wouldn't risk it. Go to Blacktown or just somewhere else. Not even an excuse me are you using the laundry room, nothing. Can't even look at ads 2 doors away without my belongings locked up.

Website says it opens at 6am, I get to it at 7.11am and the sign says it opens 7am, but its not even open. Wasted my time, when I could have just gone to Blacktown laundrette that are open 24hrs as I usually do, but I thought I'd give them a go. I was there till 7.20am and still not open.

Need to sent a technician for the Dryer machine .All my clothes still wet after 24 mins spend $ 8 for 2 dryer machine.. can't feel any heat on the clothes even you touch the inside dryer machine..Back home need to dry all the clothes again...

Had 5 Dooner Covers (QB) + 5 sets of QB sheets and pillow cases in and out in 1 hour. Arrived 7.30am Sat. out by 9am all folded and packed. Card Only, no staff, but good information boards and pictures. Great Cafe next door also. …

Put a small load of towels mayb 6 or 7, paid $8 for 24 minutes in the big dryer and they werent even dry so i had to do another cycle so paid $16 for 6-7 towels RIDICULOUS! Will not be going back thats for sure

It says it closes at 10pm, I was there at 9:50 to pick up my clothes and it was locked, no contact number or anything. I need my clothes for tomorrow. Have had good experiences when I go during the day though

It looks the right corner dryer is not working properly my clothes were still wet after 25 minutes and had to go for one more cycle paying extra $5

Great Laundrette. All brand new equipment surrounded by plenty of shops. Parking at the front door.

It’s 7:17am and still not open. Opening hours are listed from 7am. Stuffed my morning up.
