I give 5 stars for all categories (good quality, good value, professional and responsive)! I have been with my current property insurance company for the last five years. Everything has been good and I typically pay my premium through phone or online on week prior to lapsing date. This year I have been busy and put off my pay date. When I was ready to pay with two days left (normally it would be sufficient), I learned that my current insurer is quitting the business (I could only blame myself for not carefully reading the letter my agent sent to me one month prior). SO I NEED A NEW POLICY QUICK! Well I scrambled to find two highly rated agency. Both of them offered me good price with a sound insurer. Both agents were very pleasant to work with. But Bria from Prosper stood out, in reaching out to me very fast, walking me through the details with great ease, and picking a sound yet more competitive policy for me. Within one day, I got everything taken care of, and my have no gaps for my property insurance. Thank you Bria!

We have been with The Payne Family & PROSPER INSURANCE SINCE 1994. With Michael Payne and his Wife. Kind helpful and efficient. Good value. Now the Children have kept it going Todd Payne has taken over around 10 years now. You get a team or caring people when you sign with Prosper Insurance! They’ve helped me and my family with our Multiple Policies, HomeOwners, Auto & EarthQuake. They’ve provided Mercury insurance Policy’s for our whole family. The girls just became old enough they had to get their own policy’s. We’ve Refered them to many a friend. We just adjusted the coverages this 5/2023 renewal as cost of materials has tripled since the 90’s. It’s been since 1/1994 since the Northridge 7-9 depending what new paper you read. It was extremely damaging. As we all know the cost of our mortgages & Equity have risen. So adjusting your coverages appropriately is highly suggested. Be kind.

Todd Payne is the agent for the Mechanical Breakdown Insurance that I purchased for my new car through Mercury Insurance. It was about half the price of the warranty I had purchased from the retailer, and setting it up with Todd was a breeze. Fortunately I haven't had to make any claims yet, but I trust that if I do, Todd will make sure it gets handled properly. Update: Well a year later and life happens! My car needed a new A/C compressor which would have been almost 2k but thanks to this insurance plan it was only $100 (+ additional freon charges). I'm not sure if Prosper Insurance Solutions was involved (it was someone named John at Mercury) but the warranty was zero hassle and it covered my rental car as well.

In this day and age when all you get is a recording to press a certain # (multiple times) before you ever get to a representative, it is nice to actually have your agent's contact #. My agent, Todd Payne, has always been available by phone or email and has been such a great help in explaining policies to me. Todd is both knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. The best part of it all, he takes care of all my insurance needs, does all the "leg work" and all I have to worry about is signing the document. What a great load off of my shoulders that is!! Kim Boecker was just a GREAT help to me. My Mom Has auto, home, earthquake and umbrella policies and it gets quite overwhelming at times keeping all of it straight. She had EVERYTHING at her fingertips— most of it memorized I believe— and had all the dates, amounts, carriers, past and future payments all ready for me. She is always quick to let us know of any upcoming dates so as not to have policy lapses. If that wasn’t enough she made a real point to check on my Mom as well. She deserves a raise ! Tom

Cannot Recommend Prosper enough! Kim Saved us when our Farmers Agent became shady and tried to slam us with an $800 last-minute fee day of signing paperwork. A quick google search lead me to Prosper and I am so glad I did! Kim and Bria were so quick to help us find a great policy at the best price we found after searching for 2 weeks on our own! After lousy service and increasing rates with my old insurance, about 15 years ago I switched to Todd Payne Ins. I have been with them ever since. I compare his rates often, when I renew and they are always very good. His service is 5 stars. He always answers his phone when I call and offers sound advice when I need it. I have my home and vehicles insured with him and enjoy the multi-car and multi-policy discounts.
