My earrings lock didn't work properly from the beginning. Brought them back to the store for guaranty, they didn't exchange them right away, instead, they sent them to the head office to "get fixed" when I picked them up (after waiting for a month and not be able to comunicate with them since their phone dosen't work) they looked exactly the same, and the sales person couldn't even explain what was done to them, her service was also terrible and she looked very annoyed to have to deal with me even though I always refer to her in a respectful manner. I wore the earrings one time since they "fixed" them and as expected lost one of them. Paid $400 for earrings that I wore twice. Very disappointed with their service and quality of the product.

Went there the other day just to buy their silver cleaner product. Only two staff and both had customers, I get it. I waited patiently without any hesitation or sense of annoyance. After the man was semi done with the lady (lady was walking around looking at more products) I thought he could do a quick transaction for $12 in no less than a minute. Instead he game a stern 'We're all busy" (not even a sorry, I'm busy). I immediately left due to the bad customer service and lack of professionalism. I am in business myself and no way would I hired someone like him. I feel sorry for the man with half a haircut that got hired as a 'customer service' rep not knowing how to do a job properly.

Execlent service! Very helpful! Before I went to prouds, I went to a few jewellery stores with my son and told them we were looking for a ring under $50. They didn’t want to help and it was pretty obvious they treated it like a waste of time. When I went to prouds, I told the gentlemen my son had $50 to buy a ring for his mum and he was pleased to help us find the right ring. He took his time, worked out the right size and went through bags and tubs to show us all the options. Very thankful to have good service like this. What a legend!

I had the most wonderful experience with the woman who helped me today. Not only did she help me choose the perfect piece for my godsons christening but also gave me a discount for the engraving of it. Believe it or not I had it engraved wrong and she searched high and low for the 1 left the computer was saying the store had. We laughed and put it down to a seniors citizens moment … (I’m 31). I wish I got her name, she made me laugh when I was feeling pretty silly. Thank you

My partner and I went there on the 18th of February 2018 to look for my engagement ring and it was a great experience! The ring we got is a beautiful golden set, we got it half price, it was a real bargain! And the lady was really lovely, she was patient, nice, she understood that it was an important decision for both of us and she didn't rush. She made this special moment even more memorable, thank you!

Had a diamond ring remodeled which is now a disaster I wouldn’t wear. Complete waste of a lot of money for a setting that looks terrible. What do I do with diamonds that are unwearable? Really regret my decision to trust them with the job. Very disappointing. Won’t purchase from them again.
