Bought a ring had to have it resized told to two to three weeks. Rang after three weeks now told it would five weeks. Thanks prouds for ruining a special day that I had planned. Won't use u guys again and Erin please learn some customer service when on the phone rather than accusing your customers of lying about delivery times

Prouds have the worst customer service. I presented them with my watch to have the front glass replaced. They took it, & stated that Seiko, the company shall replace the glass. I was later told, that it would take three months to fix it, so
