I was quoted for a chain and pendant, 1 week prior to going into store today, I handed card to staff member (Yen) who was assisting me so she could locate items as they had item numbers on them the pendant in store had a red marked down price of $59.90 and the chain was $149 as per quote on card, i was happy with price and proceeded with sale, Yen went to register to tally sale however, the so called Manager (Julie) came out of nowhere and rudely interrupted and claimed that the price of pendant was not $59.90 it was full price of $109, I advised she should honour price on card and price on display the Managers poor excuse for her not to honour price was that the staff member who quoted that price is a casual and wasnt aware that sale would end The Manager then snatched the card off the table and said u are not getting this back I advised if she doesnt give it back i will call police she refused and tore up the card which was my property shame on u Ms Manager u are a poor excuse for a role model to your staff who witnessed u go into hysterics. She acted in a very unprofessional manner threatening me to call security and she will hit panic button and that i am on surveillance video and have caused her to be shaking and that she wanted to go home, it was quiet a scene very embarrassing and dissapointing experience that will stick for life funny thing is that Ms Manager if i am on surveillance video u are as well and it shows how u rudely snatched that card off the table and proceeded to rip up my property...very bad experience as i have been shopping here for 20years i was a genuine customer who went in store to make a genuine purchase for my daughter for Christmas MERRY CHRISTMAS...

My fiance and I went shopping there for a wedding band on 20/12/18. Although the service we received by the lovely Ayda was faultless, our experience was completely ruined by the treatment of an older staff member (unfortunately did not catch her name). Shopping for a wedding band should be a happy, special and momentous occasion, but was completely overshadowed by the mistreatment and judgement we felt as the old lady snatched the ring from my fiance's finger. The old lady obviously thought we could not afford the rings in the shop, even though the money I've spent on my fiance's engagement ring was much more than the most expensive ring on display there. She rudely interrupted while we were being served by Ayda and snatched the ring off my fiance's finger. I was in shock and I made my thoughts clear to Ayda. The old lady then came back about 5 minutes later to claim that the shop was robbed 5 times in the past week. Even if this were true, I believe there is a much better way to approach this situation. I am unsure if she was ever trained in customer service or even if she was taught acceptable manners in general. Definitely will not be returning to this Prouds store and I will take my business to another jeweler that employs people that don't make judgement on appearances and have some common courtesy. Unfortunately our mistreatment at this store will be a longstanding memory for both my fiance and me. Extremely disappointed.

I went here on the 18th of September around 1pm, I had a lay buy for a ring which I was told had a set price. However they added a resize price on top which was never discussed about beforehand. They then began to rip me off by saying I had to pay another $85 dollars for resize. Then when the worker spoke to her manger who was a blonde haired women, she looked at the papers and said it was a wrong price. As I was attempting to speak to her about it she cut me off while she was ripping me off saying that she was talking and I shouldn’t interrupt her. She spoke in such a disgusting tone to me when she had made the mistake. Please educate your employees because I’m not doing them a service by buying from them. Please check the blonde haired lady so she can learn some costumer service, but it will probably really difficult for her.

I had come here a little while ago to buy some earrings and the manager was very rude. If I am going to pay for a product, I do first want to feel and touch it to see if I truly do want it. After asking the manager to see the earring on the stand, she was like “can’t you see it through the glass, the mirror doesn’t change its size”. This shocked me because what type of customer service is that. I was so surprised and taken back by her rudeness. I’ve never met a jewellery manager with bad customer service but hey there’s a first for everything. It’s safe to say I’ll never come back and buy from this store as I don’t want to be served by a Karen like her.

It’s literally the worst service ever- came in to exchange my watch ( it was a gift). The lady literally ignored me just because I was trying to find the receipt… I was like I’ll come back because she got busy. Once I came back asking to exchange one of the employees goes to me it’s not saying the store name even tho the store name was on the transaction, then she goes to me let me ask my manger. The manager is so disrespectful……. She shouted at me telling me “ you gotta be patient” after waiting for 30 min just to get the exchange. Not coming back at allllll WORST SERVICE…

Old aged blonde women(didn't get a name) was unbelievably rude, discriminative and unhelpful when I went in to exchange a gift. She suggested twice that I could not afford what I wanted and whilst another girl was helping me decide on a chain, she walked over and told her to put away all the stock that I was looking at as if I was going to run away with it? Relax hun, I'm now wearing your monthly pay around my neck. Other girl was very helpful.

Very disrespectful customer service are very stretch, I was there with my mum paid for down size my rings , then I got back to pick it up on other day. those grumpy woman who worked there spoke to us very bad just because we are Asia and we can’t speak well English.!! I’m we disappointed with this place. And will never go back to.!! I was very disappointed that I’ve spend my money there .

NEVER SHOP AT WETHERILL PARK PROUDS!!! Disrespectful manager will not let you exchange even if you have your receipt!! I even asked if I can exchange my more expensive ring for a cheaper one asking to exchange a 18c yellow gold for a 9c silver!! Just expect to be rejected with receipt and never get a good offer!! I hope the shop closes down from so much the same reviews of the shop

Poor customer service everything I buy ends up with a problem and they tell me it has to be sent away don't buy from Prouds as they are just the seller and when you have a problem they can't offer you a replacement or anything and they are super rude and it takes 6 weeks to recieve your item back so takes longer for the people to look at it than you owned it for

So so bad services...specially .. u come back to exchange. They just dont want to serve you. Been on they website... i show them items i like to see... No stock/ out of stock she reply. I asked for gift voucher ... she said no we dont have stock ( gift vourcher are out too) but u have 30days for exchange... bla bla .u can cone back .. seriously... ??!!!

The assistant manager was very helpful and didn't mind answering all my questions to find the perfect ring! And no pressure at all to purchase the more expensive rings too which was nice! Great customer service and reasonable prices with a good variety of jewellery, I highly recommend this jeweller!

My family just came in for an insurance claim and Julie the store manager was AMAZING! She was so friendly and professional. She opened the store earlier for us so we had the shop and her undivided attention to ourselves (in her own time!) Customer service 10 out of 10! Thank you Julie!
