On the 17/06/23 I selected a necklace for a gift the advertised price was $114 and when I had the card ready to tap the staff member stated that this was the incorrect price and they would have to withdraw the item. I explained that they were obligated to sell the item for the advertised price but the staff member refused. This policy to withdraw an item should be clearly displayed next to the register where I was ready to pay but it wasn’t. So wouldn’t recommend Prouds Castle Hill to anyone and all I got from the manager was feel to to lodge a complaint so I can see why the store review is only 2.7 which will now be even less.

Super rude staff ! Was very disappointed. My mum and i walked in , didn’t get greeted or acknowledged. The 2 girls were too busy gossiping . I then had to go up to them and wait for there conversation to end. I asked about a marked down item On display! Once she grabbed the product she then goes oh this pricing is wrong it is much more. She goes and checks the price and it is completely different to the price displayed ! We were just in shock how rude this lady was ! She had no empathy, she didn’t even show us if there was any alternative as this was out of our budget! Stuff need better training !

After deciding on a watch I wanted to purchase that was priced at $299 less 20% I was told that the watch was wrongly priced and should be $699 which was far beyond my budget. I then purchased a watch from another place. On returning to Prouds at Castle Towers 2 weeks later, I found the original watch was now on special for $299. How can they change the price after you have selected the watch. AND to then have the watch on special for the original price. Sounds illegal to me and I will never purchase from Prouds again - they can't be trusted to deal ethically with customers.

walked in there. the staff was busy in a conversation. Approached them. they walked away. eventually had to go to one of the degenerates and ask for their assistance. she had attitude and seemed restless. i wanted to buy a ring for my birthday and explained that to her as the rings bought before had been returned twice cos of size. the other lady told me that i cant come back to return it again. poo ticker was pushing me to buy a ring and didnt let me have time to make a decision. maybe she was late for something but she seemed to hurry me.

Went to Prouds at Castle Hill, I don't get greeted when I walk in. I find what I want to buy and stand there, while I'm standing there another lady walks in and stands next to me. I still haven't not been served or greeted, I wait patiently only to have the lady next to me get served and be ignored. I've never felt so invisible in my life! I was there for 10 minutes, I know it doesn't sound like a long time but when you're in the same spot and no ones talking to you it felt much longer than 10 minutes.

Walked in to Prouds Castlehill looked around at earrings 2 girls in store not one offered any help and no one was in the store . I asked a question which one answered and showed me what I pointed out then walked away and left me again. I kept looking at the earrings and looked around to get some help but nothing happened. It took for me to say “ us there no help or service here “ She then walked over saying ohh would you like some help . I couldn’t be bothered with them . Extremely poor service.

Absolutely poor staffing, lacking in customer service. "Kim" I think her name was. Ignored me, I had to say hello to her. When I asked her to see some of the products it was a whole thing for her like I was demanding something out of the ordinary. I will never but anything ever again from there. An absolute mistake that I bought from there and I cant refund my necklace. Poor overall. What a joke

Terrible service. I was there on the 12th of November and was waiting around for over 10 minutes. The staff didn't even acknowledge me when I was seeking for their attention. I hope management reevaluates the customer service training for their staff because this was such an unpleasant experience. Awful encounter and won't be going back until changes are made.

Rude staff. I came in with my family and one of my kids have his hand on the glass while we were looking at the earrings for my daughter. This staff walked by and said “are you going to make my glass dirty?” to my son which was very inappropriate. Her tone was very condescending and its as if she think we dont have money to buy any of their stuff. Disgusting.

I went into the store to buy a ring for my son as he is turning 21, Sharon served me and helped me pick a beautiful diamond ring. Sharon explained the plan etc and her customer service was brilliant she went above and beyond for me. I will definitely go back because Sharon made my shopping experience so much easier.

Castle Hill franchise - what an unpleasant first visit. Walked in to see some earrings, no help or hello was offered so I had a look around and turned one of their magic cabinet. I wasn't done browsing and one staff open the cabinet without saying anything or acknowledging me, the customer. Bye

Just walked out after standing at the counter for several minutes. No one in the store, 3 staff members and not one could be bothered to serve me, one staff member walking past me twice. I will go elsewhere in future. Badluck Prouds, I had money to spend.....

Horrible service, we walked in, they walked away. the girls only purpose there was to look pretty. Absolutely useless, very rude, wanted to make an exchange and they told us to not come back. Overall dead service, didn’t feel welcomed.

Extremely rude and condescending staff member, worst customer service I've ever experienced. No hello or offer to help. I asked to see a pair of earrings (which I bought) and she seemed irritated. Very uncomfortable place.
