Generally young generation staff has a sense of customer service but not apply on the office manager. Especially when procedure applicable to other branches. It seems like they are acting as Public bank Sdn Bhd entity but not Public Bank BERHAD. No team spirit at all. Fears enough to ask me go back to your original bank where I open my account. As a 20-30yrs customer, time evolution changes down trend on the bank serving customers. Very sad n disgraceful.

Atleast do the decent thing and MENTION THAT WESTERN UNION SERVICES ARE NOT ENTERTAINED DURING MCO... rather than we wait outside in the hot sun for 20mins.. Despite you displaying a large Western Union signboard , also.. Its been months since you topped up the hand sanitiser in the atm machines

Nak tukar duit kecil. Akak counter 2 tu cakap TIADA. Seriously?? Ni bukan musim perayaan takde. Dah la bank pun sendu takde orang. Lagi kau malas2 bila org perlukan service kau. Elok public bank buang manusia ni buang duit bayar gaji tp menung kat counter tu jadi pemalas.

orang dh gi tukar no, then akak tu cakap dh settle dh boleh balik. bila balik sampai lah harini genap seminggu. no still tak tukar, tah pape . ingat dekat ke apa bank tu. then nk cust gi lagi sekali? pls lah buat kerja tu ikhlas sikit. orang urgent kot

Invited to the branch to renew FD inorder to be eligible for special FD rate. Waited for counter to print new FD receipts for 45 mins!!! Unacceptable snail pace. Work flow process shd be look into...not sure why!

I called PB Bandar Sri Permaisuri twice regarding my current acount problem. The officer incharged was so not friendly and kind of rude. Really WORST PR. Please train your staff to be more profesional. TQ

Aku nk bukak acc bank aku kena tunggu berjam beratur kt luar sbb counter cuma ada satu. Anat je tukang jaga pintu. Bgi la org tunggu dalam anat kau pn nk duduk sdap kt dalam.
