Been at that property for the last 3 years, customer service has always been horrible, from the district Manager who's clueless about what service should be about. In fact all the Managers have been very rude for the most part at the exception of one, regrettably no longer with the company ! ...even to make a simple phone payment is a horrible experience at corporate level...elevators always breaking down doesn't help either and the frequency of rates increases....ridiculous ! Finally, the highlight of that location is JASMAINE !!! who's so great at what she does and very consistent each and every times ! keep it up JAS !! you're the best...and thank you :) I would like to had that since the addition of the new property Mgr. LaShawn as been a great addition to this property, she is courteous and display great professional skills....it's definitely a big plus for this property. I really hope she will remain on that property for a very long time, she really make a Huge difference there. This company is clueless , reckless and heartless they decided to auctions my belongings for only a balance of $ 165 right in the middle of Covid-19’s imagine that !!! a 4 bedroom’s house filled with stuffs just so they can recover $ 165 back payments. If you can help it "do not do any business with these peoples"….better off. trying other’s storage companies. They're awful !!!

May 2022: We had a 10/10 perfect experience with this Public Storage, thanks to Larissa and Troy. We occupied a unit from June 2021 to May 2022. On walking in, the staff were friendly and receptive to our particular needs. They showed us to a unit that had just opened up, which was especially convenient because it was close to the exit. We were impressed by the security, the air conditioning, the cleanliness, the ease of parking and entering/exiting the unit. It made all the difference knowing our stuff was in a safe place that we could always access and that we would not have any headaches/red tape on ending our rental. We also really appreciated being able to keep two U-Boxes on the lot overnight (since we moved our stuff from storage into the Boxes). Extra pluses include proximity to In-N-Out (clutch during exhausting moving...) and that they have storage supplies on hand when you need something ini a pinch. Thank you again to Larissa, Troy and the whole Culver City Durango Ave Team!!

I recently moved back to LA from school up north and I needed a place to keep all my stuff that I couldn't keep at my dad's. I was pretty lost about what to do and I honestly didn't have too much money to invest in storage space. A friend of mine recommended this place on Durango Ave and I thought it was worth a try to ask some questions. I was so happy I got to talk to this girl Brenda. She was serious about the whole thing and didn't make me feel like I was annoying her with all my questions which I had many. She was super nice and understanding and I feel like she really hooked me up. I decided to go ahead and rent out a space and she didn't try and sell me on something over the top that I didn't need. Good looking out to be honest. I had to write this review because I think good customer service especially the honest kind is meant to be recognized. This was my first time getting a storage and I honestly thought it would be very difficult and many hidden charges but after speaking with Nicole it was a breeze. She gave me so much knowledge on different storage sizes and options. I ended up going with a 10x20 which was plenty of space and was happy when all my things fit with room to walk around. I actually love coming to my storage now because it’s easy to get in and out and don’t have to jump through hoops to out something away. I would definitely recommend this place but would also recommended Nicole as she knows everything there is to know before you rent a storage.

My sister and I visited several public storage units but we decided on Public Storage for many reasons but Nicole who was at the desk was the main reason. She was extremely helpful, kind and super patient. She answered all of our questions and let us view several storage units. We never felt rushed! She explained in detail the hours of operations, how to access the storage, the contract etc doing all of this with a smile. I've been a Public Storage customer for more than 20 years. I have rented units on and off not only in Los Angeles but also in the East Coast. A few weeks ago I needed a unit again, and after looking several options I opted for this one at 3773 S. Durango, and only for one reason: I received such a professional service from the location agent Jasmine. She definitely went the extra mile to make my move a pleasant one, and guide me to the best unit and support material for our move. Public Storage is lucky to have such a dedicated person working for them, and to us the customers is truly a plus.

I needed to rent a storage unit this week and the property manager, Nicole, was such a huge help. She guided me through the e-rental process so that I didn't need to put myself at risk, coordinated with the movers on site, and helped me secure a second space when I was stressing out about not having enough room in my original unit. She even stayed late when my movers failed to tell me when they were done so that I could come and pick up my keys. I can't sing her praises enough and I honestly couldn't have handled this move without her. Thanks again Nicole!!

The storage space is great. Not only is it very clean, modern and well-maintained but if you are lucky enough to be waited on by Nicole, you will not be sorry. Nicole is always pleasant, helpful and goes beyond what is required to assist you. A few weeks ago I had some trouble with my storage unit when a table got stuck near the sliding door. and she took extra time to help me. If she hadn’t been there I Would have been really stuck. Yesterday I was moved from Culver City to Santa Monica, and I came to the Public Storage here in Culver City to get the space to park because I have a lot of things. I really appreciated the Manager Store named Camisha. She was kindly and too polite. I was confused first about the last promotion of 1 month free but she apologized and gave me 50% left. Omg I just loved how friendly Nyshell was she helped me so much even though I was annoyed with the time process of things because I was on a time limit she was able to get thru with it and got me out in a timely matter that my next appointment wasn’t altered due to any delay. I had an amazing experience renting space here. The property manager Robin is also the greatest person! He helped us with our move out and everything went seamlessly. This location is also really convenient to access. The facility is clean and bluetooth access is pretty cool. My partner and I stored our stuff here for a year and a half while we traveled through South America. All of our stuff was safe and sound in the climate controlled unit. While the company keeps raising my rent because they think I won’t move, they have a staff member that makes up for that! La Shaun has been very helpful and is an excellent representative of the company. Two weekends in a row she provided excellent customer service. She saw I needed a cart and came out to help me. I came in last week to swap storage units, I needed a larger unit. I don't usually write reviews, but Jasmine at the front desk was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in to the facility to inquire about paying my sons monthly bill for his storage unit in Arizona. Michael advised me I could pay the rent at any public storage location. He greeted me and treated me as if he knew me for years. Although I didn't store at his location he gave me a lot of helpful advise to help my son pay his storage bill out of state. I appreciate good customer service and recommend this storage facility.

Check in process with Kye was super easy! I booked the reservation online before I went in and as soon as I arrived I was shown the locker by Kye. I walked out the door within 15min with the keys and all information I needed. The place is always clean and Kyeisha is always friendly. Several times I've had questions and they go above and beyond with customer service. I had some insurance questions and they answered them and helped me make the changes to my account without any hassle. I have several spaces there and will continue to use public storage for my future storage needs.

I'm moving out from Las Vegas coming out to LA and needed a place to temporarily keep my belongings. I like this location because it was convenient and close to my new place. When I arrived there I was greeted by Bridgette who made the process very simple and allowed my movers to move me in and out quickly. Thanks to her my transition was really smooth.

I don't rent at this location but I wish I did. The girls at this location are friendly. They are always ready to help me. Unlike the location that I rent in. I love stop by here to make my monthly payments. Most people have a hard time looking up my account but these girls make everything very easy. Im seriously considering moving to this location.

The policies of this company are to teach their front desk people to force you into thinking you need their renters insurance. You do not , if you have your own . Secondly the women Judy that refused to help me was a further slap in the face after zero communication from the facility .

Moved into my storage space today, John helped us out in the office. He made the paperwork portion of the move in a breeze. We were in a hurry and he helped calm us down since we were paying the movers by the hour. Everything went pretty smooth!
