My experience with the Storage place on 1062 Saint John Pl. section Crown Heights it's phenomenal; everything at there is on point; the place is Immaculate and the two ladies from the front desk : Miss Milagros and Miss Chenese both are the real deal for that storage place. I can not say more words without thank you guys for your dynamic job you have been doing at there. From the bottom of my heart, that's the reason I came back to this place because I do remember my first experience with them was summer 2019. I wish every place where I could go for service, other Customer Service would be the same. Once again, thank you very much.

Kayla gave me a great orientation. It was informative, thorough, and surprisingly quick. She showed me a great space / storage unit which I ended up renting. My 1st time using a storage facility so we went over standard procedures, what / how to do, what not to forget, what happens if..etc. I've been storing with them for 2 months and its a great deal for space, blocks from my home & close to my subway stop. Very convenient. I also worked with Kalila on my return trips and she is very patient and friendly.

Millie provided me exceptional customer service!!! Millie was so thoughtful and made the effort to ensure I found the best storage unit for my needs. Millie was very insightful and informative throughout the entire registration process and throughly walked me through all the details I needed to know when getting my first storage unit. This store is an 11/10!!! I would most definitely recommend getting a unit here. I look forward to storing with Public Storage as my new go to storage company

We moved our things out of the storage unit today and the entire process was easy and efficient. All of our items were in good shape when we opened the unit and moving them was a breeze with the provided dolly. The woman who helped us, Milagros, was especially attentive and answered all of our questions, kindly letting us know the dumping rules of the neighborhood, and helped us with a solution. She was awesome! Overall, had a 10/10 experience moving our items.

I gave this rating because of Isaiah and his Manager. We did arrive close to the closing time which the Manager understood but there is a specific female kept on telling us we have to leave. I understand she wants to get home but all of us on the truck have jobs as well and 2 of us deal with Human Relations. That was not cool. Ad I say if you want a storage Georgy and Isaiah are the people to go to. Wonderful and marvelous. Courteous and accommodating.

Came today to rent a storage unit and Shenese made the process so easy, she was very friendly and informative on all the steps and policies in regards to renting a unit. I initially made a reservation online and upon telling Shenese what I needed to store she informed me that it would be too small but it was no problem, she handled it for me and got me situated with the proper size. Her customer service is amazing.

I had a good storage experience, instructions were clear— and while the circumstances that brought me here were terrible, I greatly appreciated the kindness of staff especially the incomparably Shenese, who was kind, thoughtful, and solutions driven (she helped me troubleshoot something!). I hope others places have folks as kind and thoughtful as here in what is such a stressful experience. She’s amazing!

This location is close to my place so it is very convenient. Two loading bays with two parking spots each. Carts readily available. Milagros was super nice and helpful! She helped me locate different units on different floors. Also helpful in making sure I was getting the best location and price available! Amazing service and recommend this spot vs others on busier streets

Millie and Jada went above and beyond to make sure my unit was in order and fit my needs. They were exceptionally helpful and make storing things easier! Update, cleaned out my unit today, Milagros was wonderfully helpful and made the process easy. Not too crowded even on a weekend. I would stay for future storage needs, but the rental price hike is a bit hard to take.

I was greeted by the attentive Ania. She immediately showed me around the building, explaining every step of the process and figuring out what the ideal unit would be, given my requirements. She then eloquently broke down the rental process. All through out, she kept a positive, energetic and safe environment. Great storing company and fantastic customer service.
