Without connectivity and the ability to share knowledge of how things all accumulated over a 2 year period of self imposed isolation as perscribed by the government and health associations hard pressed to come to a solution to the development of yet another episode of the last plague, AIDS, like many others details of identity theft and major infringements on the disabled, eldely and retired, such as I became mute as the opportunists, sharks among all societies made an unfortunate situation a positive in many ways for the unseen and too long and far too often overlooked to be given a rare window of opportunity to have what the have nots would never have had ... Life, artificial happiness and the freedom to just be happy for once. There are no negatives merely voices unheard, lifestyle never known and from time to time a chance to make a difference and make a world happen that in many immature but real ways was not allowed to happen because of power, money and a lack of choices or parenting. I met a wonderful woman that manages Public Storage on Wilshire Blvd near 6th Street that has become more than a business association, she is my sunshine and as a retired professional born in 1964 and retired from a life of too many business ventures, self made, entrepreneur and everyday recration of self, I can say she should be far more than manager, board members and regional supervisor would be a placement suggestion from me, Rodney Williams, now homeless, very stable, mother to most, spiritual healer to all and the best damn connection to know from Newark City Halls straight through Jimmy Carter, the Marines, blah, blah, blah, Putney Vermont, email c. Gratitude to Italy, Get many, Russian hospitality, Armenian tradition and on and on. She is the bomb and we both have super cool dimples and I'm going to give her the biggest squeeze hug ever after I have moved on to my new real-world estate address. I am presently in the absolutely best place ever, Thank you Path, Weingart and all the workers there, I appreciate you and your tolerance, it's not easy being around cra ky old men. I don't know what I can say more of Angie than how you would feel when you have encountered Angie's assistance here at this Public Storage location. I have struggled, I'm sure alongside with many others during this pandemic. In the times I've needed assistance/ someone to communicate well with and help me problem solve or go above and beyond... It has been her. Her professionalism but also her personal relation skills have lifted me out of some very stressful and sorrowful moments. I've had a brother pass away, had to leave my job in California, travel to be and help with family across the country all during the pandemic. It has been difficult to navigate at times. But I have found in those moments, the littlest things count. The moments when you hear, understand and show compassion... those moments can lift stress out of your body, can lift grief long enough to feel blessed and feel like you can take another step. I truly thank you for all of the heart and mind that you invest in your job. It matters. It's why i keep my memories still in your storage unit there while I navigate getting back on my feet again. You walk the walk and I'm so grateful to have had you as my person there at PS.

I moved to LA in July on my last dime and this facility had the best priced units in LA. At the time, the elevator was down, but fortunately they had ramps leading up to all the unit floors. Sylvia got me set up with my unit, very thorough and accommodating. When it came time to move my stuff into the unit, they had free movers for us to utilize. Angel was my mover and he was a gem! Very sweet and unbelievably helpful. Fast forward to yesterday, elevator was back in working order...moving out of my unit was difficult but Angel and another young man (very sweet and professional) helped me move all of my things out of the unit. Alexis and Sylvia closed out my paperwork in a timely manner. This staff works hard...they were never anything but kind yet professional, even on their toughest days. The facility is in the process of upgrading to include security cameras, alarmed doors and upgraded, state-of-the-art elevators. Now's the time to sweep in on the good prices!

Monday - 6/19/23 I came in Monday morning and realized that my unit space was small, for Iwhat I needed to store. I came in an I had Jocelyn help me out. She was very Informed and curtious and helpful! I told her my situation and right away she got on it and found me a bigger unit for a heck of a price. I was worried I was going to pay an arm and a leg but not to worry Jocelyn had me covered! She went above and beyond showed me the unit walk me through the process and explain the bussiness hours and when my bill was due next. I was very comfortable with the location I chose. I'm definitely got a 5 star service, I would recommend anyone I know to come here. And when they do ill tell them to ask for Jocelyn! She's got your back covered.

Antionette & Robert were excellent with assisting me when I came to get a unit today. I really appreciated there service . I hope to work with them more in the near future . Alexis on the other hand can use some much needed work in the customer service department. I am greatly surprised that she holds any position in management . She was extremely rude very pretentious . I don’t understand why she’s even at the front desk representing your company and brand . I was very uncomfortable with the experience and not to mention the way she treats her staff members as if she believes she’s above helping customers. She doesn’t even greet people . If it wasn’t for Antoinette & Robert I would’ve walked out and taken my business elsewhere.

Excellent teamwork, very accurate and efficient management team effort. Whatever Angie's doing, Sebastian's Always covering her back and vice versa. These two make self storage Experience flow so comfortably. I loved and respect their professionalism, you don't get that that much these days. Sebastián with his sense to hop to whatever a customer needs while still maintaining the desk. Angie: so strong(mentally) Also jumps to solute the issue. Not afraid to get out the office and get her hands dirty, I love that. This is by far the best storage unit I've ever Did business with.

Lorenz Vasquez is a very good worker & I think credit should be given when due. I am a disabled person in a wheel chair & since I first started she has been my "Angel" she has done so much for me that I felt it was only fair to give this outstanding lady a positive rating with hopes her supervisor's will take note & maybe give her k raise/vacation or whatever the company does to show there employees how much the company appreciates their hard work. The best worker here is Sylvia. She not only had so much patience and great service she is very kind. She is definitely great at her job and always takes her time with everyone. She knows what people need and I couldn’t be any happier. I will recommend this place just because of Sylvia. She definitely makes me smile and feel great every time. I would like to start by giving two thumbs up on this review to both amazing members Wendy and Lorena. They made our experience here simple and stress free. I mean we all go through enough with our daily lives, and at that point when you have to find a place to store your belongings a storage is always best. That being said both Wendy and Lorena locked in our deal after our reservation. What a relief!! Thank you ladies for all your hard work. And for having the courage to be there all day with that little ticking sound.

I had a great experience today by the amazing customer service granted to me by Bianca !!! I deal with customer service all day long. So to get the same service back feels great. EMPLOYEE "Wil" at this location is an UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, RUDE NUTJOB!!!! (Entered on 6.1.2023) Although the surrounding neighborhood is not the best, Sebastian, Alex, and Joslyn are the ABSOLUTE BEST in terms of overall customer service and helpfulness!!!! The staff at this location really go the extra mile to make every interaction DELIGHTFUL!!!

There was a time when i was looking for a better place accessible for me and your bldg. just solved my problem. It was not only the location that was good but the kind of attention and assistance that was offered particularly Lorena who made me feel confident thinking that my stuff was safe and secured. She was very helpful and I am so grateful because i got the full details and information i needed to know. She should be commended for her excellent performance!!!

Don't trust the storage prices here. After 5 months, they raise the rent like a thug. It's a unconscionable company that raises the price from $18x.00!to $25x.00. It is a place that raises the rental fee outrageously by taking advantage of the loophole in which it is not easy to take out the luggage once left in it. It is a place where the rent for a storage in the $180 range will increase by $70 in 5 months.A different storage is recommended.

I previously had a bad experience at this storage site and I can tell that a lot has change. We were on crunch time due to some last minute changes at another location Jocelyn and Jesus really saved the day. We came around 4:45 and they quickly got us registered and moved in, even stayed a couple of minutes late to make sure we were all good. They turned a very stressful day around in a matter of minutes!!!! Thank you guys so much

This review is regarding the horrible customer service provided by Quincy. I called to inquire about the different rates and he asked me what date I needed the unit by when I told him I didn’t have an exact date yet he rudely stated “just call back” and hung up the phone while I was still talking. Personally, I would hate to have an employee with this attitude working for my company and it is a major disservice to your clientele.

This review is particularly for Angie from Public Storage as well as the location. She is always so welcoming, attentive and professional when it comes to treating people. Going above and beyond to help me as I’m sure exceeds my expectations in customer service, a prime example of a excellent employee always in a great mood . The facility is clean and well kept. I fully trust this location with my belongings under her management.

I have been at this location for over a year now , I have a ground unit directly across from the office .i also store & run my wholesale liquidation business from my unit . Tragically i have t get storage to keep my stuff, Public Stprage on 6th St. is the closest to me. I went there to apply for storage place. Jocelyn or Josephine her name who helped us all throught out the process, her customer service ability is superb, she was very quick in getting things done and very friendly, that smile girl.....and she posses the aura of genuine CSV representative. Kudos to you my Friend and good luck.

Where should I start…I had NO knowledge as to what to get how big or anything and Dino went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me even after I THOUGHT I was getting the right unit..he walked me upstairs to physically show me the next size up before purchase… THANK YOU SOOO MUCH and to the manager that works with him GREAT DUO !!! And she keeps the place smelling and looking clean on top of the dope WELCOMING vibes. !!!!

HORRIBLE. This place is awful. Closes at such early hours giving you not enough time to get back after work and gather your belongings. Makes trips incredibly inconvenient, and most of the staff are super unhelpful/ don’t allow 5 minutes past closing hours. Every trip here was a complete inconvenience and nightmare. DONT recommend. Try changing your hours to times that people can actually visit.

I was very pleased with the great customer service, work ethic and professionalism of the employees there, and they did their best to meet my needs when it came to finding the right storage unit. Antionette was very pleasant, and assisted me in whatever way she could to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I recommend their service, and have been pleased with the storage unit of choice.

My experience with Mario, Jose, and Scott has been awesome. Scott personally assisted me when there were no carts and pulled out an extra mini cart. When he noticed i had no help he aided me in getting into the elevator with my belongings. These gentleman have excellent customer service and i am so happy to see them when i walk in for questions or service. Thank you guys! I appreciate you!

Scott was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got us sorted out in under half an hour and we were able to move in within an additional half hour flat. Kineisha stuck around for most of the appointment to help us out too! Their elevators are being replaced right now but they have movers who move everything right from your car to the unit. Wonderful experience, totally recommend them!

Naomi helped me so many times when I needed help with my storage unit. She helped me with getting a cart, holding the elevator, and always greeted me with a warm demeanor. This is not just one time I experienced this with Naomi. She has a professional attitude and great customer service. I appreciate her and always feel welcomed and safe when she’s at the building!

Moved here since my previous storage is getting demolished. Angie was such an angel, made the process very smooth and no headaches. Went above and beyond to ensure I understand everything, showed me a step by step process with my unit, great conversations, and even allowed me to fully move all my stuff in despite circumstances. Jocelyn was extremely helpful. I received a phone call re an urgent matter with my unit. I am here now with Jocelyn and thank God I was called because it had leaked in my unit due to a recent downpour of rain. We are mopping the unit as I am typing. When Sylvia asked me for a review I wanted to do more because this review won't do enough justice to how great of a person she is. Amazing customer service since I walked through the door. She answered all my questions and was very understanding. Such an amazing employee and definitely referring anyone who needs storage needs to Sylvia.

I been with public storage for more than 3 years and the manager Lorena is always very friendly and helpful with all her customers. Treating everyone with respect and helping us store our belongings the proper way. I highly recommend this storage facility because Lorena was so kind and welcoming. Her tittle as manager suits her well.

Had a really great experience with this Public Storage. The woman who helped us with choosing a storage unit was really nice and informative. Scott was extremely helpful to us and went the extra mile to help. He stayed until closing on a Sunday to help us unload our truck and get our things up to the unit. Seriously stellar service.

I had my unit for a little over a year, I never experienced any issues honestly. Parking can be scarce on the inside of the facility but there’s meter parking. The area is a little sketchy but the staff, especially Sebastian keep the facilities clean and safe which I appreciated the most. sad to leave but happy with my experience (:

PLEASE BE AWARE - This location charged me an extra month of storage (after I cancelled in person and online) and now 2 years later I am getting calls from a collection agency lol the elevators did not work and the staff were rude/barely there. Maybe this place has changed but just be aware:)
