Very shameless and disrespectful staff, they either play music or play videos on full blast volume while connected to a speaker as late as 2AM and show no respect to the people who are trying to sleep in the neighbouring building, no matter how many times you ask them to turn the sound low they will just say they're sorry and repeat the same thing again.

Puma always the best service....windscreen is washed when requested....payment can be made by phone wallet and if u didnt know....when you pay by mpesa you get a free one week life insurance policy - only by mpesa and puma!

Had a problem with Selcom payment. Was very impressed with how the manager handled it. He even followed up with a phone call the next day. Great customer service, no wonder l have used Puma Upanga for the past 6 years.
