Went with my mum to get both our fingernails and toenails painted and before we booked ourselves in I spoke to the person out at the front regarding the prices. When asked how much they’d charge me to get my toenails painted I was told that it would only cost me $35. Happy with the price I made my appointment at 3:53 pm. For context I asked to get a refill of my acrylic nails (with a plain color), french nails for my toes (I was told it would cost me an extra $10 which I was happy to pay), a new set for my mother who wanted French tips for her fingernails and to remove the nails she had before and shellac for her toes. We were immediately seated and four girls began working on us and I was pleased about the prompt service. Little did I know it was going to be a nightmare. As it was an hour to close the girls were very rough and sped through the entire process. I understand that after a long day of work, everyone looks forward to going home on time but that doesn’t mean you should then book customers in and rush through the service. If they weren’t able to accommodate us we’d understand. My mother is very sensitive to pain and usually when she gets her nails done she makes it very clear to the nail tech to be a little bit more gentle with her. The girl who was doing her nails was rough and whenever my mother politely asked her to be more gentle she would be scoffed at. The girl was rude and disrespectful, she snapped at my mother whenever my mum tried to speak to her regarding what she wanted. It got to the point where my mother was very uncomfortable with the service and had to deal with the pain because the girl kept snapping at her. The girls were eyeing us throughout the service making us feel uncomfortable and they would keep looking at my mother rudely whenever she would wince in pain. Absolutely unacceptable. The lady who did my fingernails was the only accommodating nail tech who was pleasant and friendly. The lady who did my toenails rushed through the service and I didn’t mind because I assumed she had to go home and I’m not very fussy, little did I know that she was rushing because she had to do another nail tech’s nails. Never had I ever gotten my nails done at a place that prioritized their fellow nail tech’s service and would rush through a customer’s. It was a terrible experience and halfway through getting my nails done I was losing my patience with how they were treating my mother. When she spoke to her nail tech asking if she’d be fixing the shape of her nails (making it more tapered) the nail tech snapped at her saying that she knew what she was doing, only to mess up. She later then blamed it on my mother saying that her nails were too short to do that shape on. When my mother said that she didn’t mind it and she’d prefer if the coffin shape was a little bit more slimmer at the end, the nail tech proceeded to roughly grab her hand and file her nails. Still doing a terrible job mind you. She kept complaining throughout and rolling her eyes whenever my mother would take a closer look at her nails or ask me for my opinion. Absolutely unacceptable service. Terrible attitude of the staff. It was a nightmare getting our nails done. When it came to paying we were only then told that the price for shellac on our toenails was actually $55 dollars and when I told them that the guy out front said that it was $35 they argued saying that it was only $35 for shellac and not a pedicure. I didn’t book a pedicure and I’m not some expert to know what exactly that entails to stop the nail techs halfway through their service to tell them that I just want my toenails painted and not a whole scrub. We’ve been getting our nails done for five years now and this was the first time we tried this place and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here, there are better nail salons in the town center like ‘Natural Nails and Beauty’ and ‘Beauty Genesis’ with friendly staff and amazing service.

I never wanted to do this but my contact with the salon leaving me on read is completely unprofessional, i have been going to this salon regularly for the last year and i have let slide how they sometimes charge me extra for the “long” length even when i get the same length they didn’t previously charge me extra for, but my birthday was on the 12th of january i went in on the 11th and i was shocked by how much they charged me for some special designs but i understood and didn’t want to pay that amount for designs, so i ended up picking a sns sparkle sample from the standard colour box but i was told it would be extra for sparkles without a top coat, which doesn’t sound right but i let it slide for my special birthday nails, then she charged me extra for length even though my natural nails were long so the tip was barely anything but i wanted some shape so i let it be and my total was $91, i was disappointed because straight away the sparkles didn’t look like the one on the sample, they had gone down into the coat that was holding them so they didn’t stand out like they should’ve, i went home literally in tears and told myself they would look better when i dressed up but as soon as others saw the nails they commented on how badly shaped they were and how odd the sparkles looked, it wasn’t the standard which they usually have and when my sister contacted them because of how much distress i was in they said i would still be charged half if they saw a problem to fix them which isn’t fair and made me upset, a day later after the night of my birthday one by one the nails start breaking and snapping my actual nails in half causing 3 of them to bleed, i thought i was being rough so i left them for a little over a week but at one point i realised it was the nails quality that was breaking because i was barely doing anything and i’ve never had nails break this in my 5 years of doing nails, when i asked for reasonable compensation i was left with blame to me for waiting 10 days to say anything and that i was being rough because i didn’t want to get charged again to fix something that should never have been a problem or broken, in my response the salon read but never said anything about a refund at lease for the damage and unhappiness these nails cost me. these aren’t cheap nails and shouldn’t look like cheap nails or break like cheap nails, i wish i could take back this choice because it still ruins my day when i remember how bad they were

I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is by far my favourite place to go. The Manager, Iris, is absolutely incredible and so talented! She has so much fun thinking up designs every fortnight for me because she knows how picky I am and how much I love fancy nails! I always make sure to book in advance to get a spot with her to make sure she has enough time to spend on me as this salon is very popular. In times where I've broken a nail or snapped a gem off, Iris has always been so lovely about it and always happy to fix it! All of the girls have great attitudes and are so fun to have a huge laugh with. I'm so grateful that I have found my favourite place to kick back, relax and get pampered once a fortnight. I definitely recommend Pure Beauty!! 10 Stars!

Where do I even begin?! Pure Beauty & Spa is hands down the best nail salon in the West! I’ve been coming here since they opened and will never go anywhere else. The girls constantly make me feel welcome, they address not just myself but all their guests by their first name and are always happy to have a little chat with you! The quality of their products is just as amazing as the quality of their work. I always leav gorgeous delicate designs to just one colour I’m always impressed with the girls skills! There’s always someone in the salon that can produce any design, even if it’s a photo you've found online. I am new to Australia and was trying to find something locally that is as good as the salons I am used to i. Abu Dhabi. So far I have tried three others in this area, by far this one is the best. I loved how there was no rush. I got a foot massage with my pedicure, thorough job on my nails and filing of my heels. I got my very own box of nail equipment that was used to cut and trim my nails. This box will stay with my name on it and will be reused for me the next time I come. Friendly staff, nice chilled environment with music playing in the background. Not too busy in the shopping centre so you don’t see many people. I will definitely come back.

never going back. The past few times i’ve gone here the prices get more ridiculous by the second. I got told for french tip with sns was going to be 15 dollars extra (for them to dip it into white powder?) and ushered to do acrylic (conveniently as it was more expensive) and that if i did acrylic it would by 25 dollars extra for french tip? I have never in my life known a nail salon to charge extra for “long” tips. the tips are barely a centimetre past my finger. My friend couldn’t believe they classed it as long. All they want is extra money and it’s getting absolutely ridiculous. I payed 80 dollars in the end. When it was meant to be 60.

I’ve been going to get my nails done here for a year now and there is a reason why I keep coming back. Not only is the service exactly what I ask for but the kindness and professionalism of the staff is amazing. They are always so welcoming every time I walk into the salon. I always get a design done, and I’m never disappointed with how it turns out. All hand painted designs so I don’t mind paying extra as the ladies take their time with their work and take great care. The staff are so friendly and they are so attentive. I’ll never go to another nail salon!

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and am extremely fussy when it comes to the cleanliness and hygiene as well as the quality finishing of my nails. The salon is very clean, the staff are very welcoming and they do amazing job on all pedicures as well as sns and acrylic. I’ve had a few different girls do my nails and all of them have been fantastic! But my favourite is My. Attention to detail and quality finishing. I’ve never had one nail break since coming here. I highly recommend pure beauty.

Will NEVER be returning to this store. Staff are rude and poor communication skills meaning that I still had to pay for their mistakes. I specifically asked for a staff member to do my nails when I made my booking and no effort was made to fulfil my request. As a returning customer, I expect the service prices to stay the same throughout the year like other nail stores. However, staff only tell their customers of their service prices increase of $5 when the customer is sitting in the chair.

My first time here I had asked for a last minute SNS and shellac pedicure spa just about 30-40 minutes before closing (as I got the closing time mixed up). And despite that I felt bad that it meant the staff would have to maybe stay back to do the job, I was treated with such care regardless! Both ladies who did my mani and pedi took their time and did such an amazing job.❤️ I’ve gone back here many times now and could not highly recommend it enough!

Don't go here. There was very little exfoliating of my feet and leg, no cleaning of under the toenail edge, my feet were rubbed over with a cheese grater looking device for ten seconds, no salts in the water. None of my toe nails have the same front edge, so they're all uneven. Cuticles weren't pushed, just ploughed through with the clippers. I paid 60 bucks and it looks worse than before I walked in. Lots of colour choice if you like red and pinks.

Having had acrylic nails for over 30 years, I was told by a friend to give Pure Beauty & Spa in Point Cook a try. I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. My nails are always exactly as I ask, and most importantly, they look amazing. Donna, in particular is outstanding and always goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is first rate. I cannot recommend them enough.

Been Getting pedicures at this place for a year or so.nail polish normally last at least 6 weeks… This time it lasted not even 24hrs, called to get them fixed.went back in , oh we haven’t got the same colour will just do your large toe in a different colour, I or you have to pay again…. Plus they charged an extra $5 per service in the week of Christmas so it goes towards their staff…. Bad business.

This is my 3rd time here and the manager that welcomes you in is always very happy and relaxed and chats with all the customers. The girls that have done my toenails are always very skilled and do a wonderful job, and I am always happy with the results. Sometimes hard to understand what they are saying but nicely show you what they are wanting to convey. My hi to place for nails.

My friend recommend this shop to me, I went there one time and now never go anywhere else. This shop is the best nail salon in Melbourne. They are so good at nail design, my sns always last up to 5 weeks and all the girls are friendly, cute and caring. I am fussy about hygiene but I love the way they give you a separate box with a nail files and buffer.

I absolutely love coming here, it’s my little me time place. It doesn’t matter if I’m only having SNS or a pedicure as well the staff are always friendly and the service is always great. Even when I break a nail and I go back for a repair they are only too happy to help. The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic thank you

I have been going here for the past year everyone who works here are so wonderful and inviting. They take the time to get to know you and gain a relationship with you. I have acrylics and have been going to a lot of places over the years but since going here three years wouldnt go anywhere else. Hands down the best nail salon in the west.
