The technician came and completed my carpet, rug and couch cleaning. In the moment he was very pushy for me to pay for the extras- carpet sanitation and couch protection. He advised me it was $25 for sanitation per room but did not advise on the price of the couch protection. Come to the end of the clean I was charged an addition $255 on top of my quoted price which was $214. Turns out the couch protection cost me $225 there was no indication of how expensive it was going to be only to be pushed into the service and slammed with a bill twice the amount at the end of the clean. I touched base with the company about my concerns about the lack of communication on pricing and not being made aware of how much I was going to have to pay until it was too late and it was done. Pure dry provided zero solution and were not willing to refund any funds towards the cost of the service and took no accountability and just claimed that the technician told me how much it was going to cost when in fact he didn’t I would have never paid that much for couch protection if I was informed correctly. I will never use this service again.

Technician came to our house to complete carpet cleaning for all rooms at our discussed price of $122. Technician told my husband that the house smells like dog (we have 3 dogs) and that he could sanitise the carpets for a LITTLE extra. After process is done they ended up charging my husband an extra $170 which was not at all what was negotiated or what we would deem a little extra. The house took forever to dry and doesn’t even smell nice so it was an absolute waste of money. Pure Dry honestly if you guys want to keep customers then be honest with your services and stop scamming families who can’t afford these random and unnecessary costs

Carpets and rug still wet after days, house smells and rug now destroyed with odour. I have spoken with complaints, they said they believe that I did not have enough ventilation to dry the carpets (they took 4days) and therefore it is my fault, they also think that I must have rolled the rug up while it was wet and left it like that. Like I got my rug cleaned just so I could roll it up wet and leave it like that and not use it. Rug is now destroyed by damp smell. I have been getting my rug cleaned annually and this is the first time using this company and this is the first time this has happened

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Yes, I’m writing about the laundromat. I dropped two blankets on Saturday and asked if I could pick them up the next day. The man said he was very busy, and I wanted to be reasonable, so I asked if I could pick up today, Monday afternoon, and he said “Monday afternoon, no worries.” I went today and it’s closed. All the lights are off and no one is there! The Google list says open until 6pm, and the window says open until 6pm. Now my guests have no blankets for tonight. **Picture taken at 4:28pm

Technician failed to provide the services requested, company refuses to provided a refund. Avoid this company at all cost. Business is known for it's scummy practices as mentioned in the previous reviews, save yourself the time and money when dealing with this company. Avoid, its not worth it.

We just had our carpets dry cleaned and they look oh soooo good. The gent who did the cleaning was very nice and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.
