Reading other reviews where they talk about the staff members name and how wonderful it was, unfortunately wasn’t my experience. I wanted a pedicure with a good foot scrub and just nail polish. I don’t understand why I had to ask to have my toenails filed then asked to have them buffed and also to ask for my foot to be scraped when that’s what I asked for at the start. I would expect for my $37 that my feet would get a good make over with attention to each “expected “ step. No, I was wrong. It felt rushed and no effort. I have no idea the girls name, there was no conversation. The water was almost cold. The only good thing was the massage chair. Next time I will save my money and do it myself…. It’s less frustrating!

They don't do SNS correctly, once they remove the previous colour the technitian drilled and thinner my natural nail till the point that burned. See article below where it says the technitian should be careful and your natural nail will remain intact. Im Passing this info not just a review from this poorly done job, I've read same feedbacks from other saloons. Talk with your technitian, be specific about taking care of your natural nail. This process shouldn't hurt, if she hurts you either ask for another girl or walk away. It's not worthy!! Take care of yourself, because they won't. Also they should do between 4 or 5 coats. In this saloon only did 3!! Control them because your nails will crack and won't last.

Came here yesterday for the first time looking for a gel manicure as my last gel nails from another salon had chipped off rapidly. The lady at pure glow (I’m sorry I don’t have her name!!) did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier with how rock solid my nails are. The colour and smoothness of my nails is literally perfect! I’ll definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend pure glow’s gel manicure enough. The price was also affordable with a 5 dollar discount for cash. (Don’t mind my differing length in nails, these are my naturals and I asked for this!) Thanks again guys, will be returning and relieved to find a quality salon in Sunbury ☺️

I use to come here before lock down and see Lily and Jenny but unfortunately they do not work here anymore. I had Emily do my nails today and I couldn’t be happier, everyone was very kind and helpful. Emily was able to do the exact nails I wanted and asked if everything was okay all the time. All staff wanted to make sure you were happy at all time, amazing customer service. It is always so quiet and relaxing in there, it’s the only nail salon I will continue to go to! Could not be happier about my manicure and pedicure!

Worst nail place I’ve ever been to. The girl was rude and rough. She actually ripped off my old acrylics one by one, which was excruciating. She then realised that she had ruined my nails and tried to file them down with an electric file. She almost made a hole in my nail bed. My nail beds were super thin and it was painful just to complete day to day tasks for the next couple of weeks. I should have walked out. Wouldn’t ever go back.

Was forced to pay cash although they had an eftpos machine, and was watched as I went to get cash out to pay as I was going to pay card. The lady cut my finger but I let it slide, it became badly infected and I am now on antibiotics. It is very painful and I would not recommend coming here unless their hygiene practices change. Staff were somewhat nice but one lady was very rude to her customer and was arguing with her.

I was looking for a nail salon in Sunbury as I don't know the area that well and I came across this salon. The lady who done my nails was nice and polite, but the quality of the job done wasn't great. I got the SNS powder colour done. The colour is all over my cuticles as well as being quite lumpy in parts. I have being getting my nails done for a long time so I have certain expectations.

I've been here a few times now and cannot complain about the service nor prices. I have had my fingernails (SNS) many times and each time it gets better and better. I've had a pedicure too, once again, no complaints. Waxing is also offered at the salon and the care and attention to detail is 2nd to none in Sunbury. They also take bookings and pretty much have you seated right on time.

Honestly the worst nail experience I've ever had. My friend and I went in for SNS, they cut me, burnt me repeatedly with electric file, didn't ask what shape I wanted before they did it, and the coating too thick and didn't cover the whole nail in areas. The other tech cut three of my friends fingertips, burnt her, and the finish was lumpy. Also very rude. Disappointed.

Nail polished on feet have already come off, price changed from what's on the front window to when I asked the girls inside. Very pushy wanted me in and out very fast, super pricey for that experience, cut my natural nail after I said, i want to keep my natural nails long, dont thst at every other salon why cant i keep doing it. I don't think I'll be back sorry.

Had an appointment at 2pm today and my regular nail technician was ready waiting for me . Wonderful service for my acrylic and shellac service today , lots of lovely chats and giggles. Highly recommend this business but it’s good to book an appointment so that staff is not under pressure, very clean offer tea or cold drinks, great colour options and designs

Overall nails look okay. The lady peeled off the set of acrylics I went in with instead of soaking them off causing major damage. She burned me with the electric file. I was also charged $60 while the lady beside me who got the exact same as me was only charged $50. I've had them less than a week and they are already separating from my nails.

I sometimes walked into this place to get my nail done. As my previous shellac was peeling off after 2weeks from another place, I came back to PureGlow and did SNS ombre with manicure and pedicure. I haven't done ombre for such a long time and am super happy with the results ☺️. Highly recommend their service. Thank you, Han

I came here for the first time today with no appointment . Service was excellent and was seen straight away. They did a very thorough job on my pedicure and took great effort on my sns manicure. It's a very clean and tidy shop and has a great selection of colours. Will come here again

I’ve had my nails done a few times here now and haven’t been dissatisfied ever. Got an acrylic + shellac refill and shellac on toes. Was served right away, helped with which options were best for me, even had a nice chat whilst they did a great job on my nails.

Got my nails done there twice both times turned out beautifully and for a really good price. I had a younger sibling come with me and they did such a good job on her. I would totally recommend and the nails stay on for about 2-3 weeks which is really good.

So happy with how my nails turned out! I went in with ideas out of my comfort zone and the technician provided great suggestions with what would work/look best. Will definitely return. …

These girls are so friendly and kind! We love coming here for shellac pedicure and I’ve just started using them for my fingers too! They always do a great job, never had a bad experience!!
