Most of the times the buses are on time but sometimes delayed. Buses are clean and the price is 300 rs from this bus stop to rgia The cab drivers outside the busstop will do their best to coerce cajole and even stop u from boarding this bus. They r a nuisance. Never get into their cars. They will promise u 150-200 rs charge to the airport and once u reach the airport they drop u off at the parking instead of departure ramp and then will ask u for more money and not open the luggage trunk till u pay them. Also they will keep picking up passengers at medhipatnam nmdc and sarojini hospital so its not gonna be just u in the car and u will get delayed because of this. Best come on time for the bus and save the hassle and harrasment

Not at all good service for people who Re visiting from outside of Hyderabad. Very difficult to wait over there due to no Fan, no chairs and people there are also not much helpful. You have to literally ask multiple times people over there for some information. I found people over there does not have helping nature. Specially if you do not speak Telugu then you are absolutely in a wrong place as it will be a nightmare for you. I will suggest incase someone coming from outside should bring someone along with them who can speak in Telugu so that he/she can translate to those people and get the job done. Overall I found very difficult to talk when I visited the place.

The bus stop has the Pushpak bus timings posted, which is very helpful. There is also an official permanently at the stop, who can be contacted through the number provided. He is very helpful and provides real-time updates on the timings of the buses and also goes a step ahead in waiting a couple of minutes if you anounce your arrival beforehand. One downside is cab drivers lurk outside trying to get passengers, they often get loud and irritating, maybe even intimidating. There is comfortable seating with a proper roofing that provides a cool shade. The place is also decently maintained.

There are rogue cab drivers, and they play the act so well. So I denied them several time and they even acted upset. Then the official govt bus stop guy will say don't go in cab they are thugs, and wait for bus which I did. And just 5 minutes before the bus was scheduled to arrive, the bus stop guy will say the bus ran out of charge as it's electric and went on for charging and it will take 30 min more to arrive. So I had to pay extra to go with the thug cab drivers. Great performance. Shame on telengana govt. as this is being done daily on plain sight.

It is an awesome AC bus service provided by the govt of Telangana for easy and hassle free transit to the airport from nearby area like Ameerpet, Begumpet and other areas. The fare is also very affordable and just costs ₹265 ( as of August 2019 ) considering AC buses when compared to cabs. It takes around an hour or 20 mins extra in case of peak hours. The person in-charge of the counter is also very polite and humble to passenger and guides about the bus timings and routes.

I don't understand y the government is spending so much money on the airport liner. Cabs and the staff posted there are hand in glove. Passengers waiting at the stop are picked up by rogue cabs who park their cabs illegally.... They pay some commission to the staff. The staff posted there always misguides the passengers who want to avail the bus services. Totally a mockery of the government service.

Very bad experience with this bus Today 3th oct I was travel RGI Airport to Panjagutta. First of all bus came late , second That's driver drop me little bit far from Panjagutta at night time 1:40 Am. Everytime AC Route bus Gone from Panjagutta Bus stand but Today drive change the route and saying daily we are dropping like this only far from Panjagutta.

This review is about the bus stop and not the bus service. That being said, there is nothing uber exciting about this by stop. But it is always manned by Pushpak bus service personnel during working hours; Chairs are available for passengers; Bus timing chart is always kept updated; The staff also reply cordially to our queries over the phone.

Nice. Little lateer than schedule at Paryatak Bhavan stop. Some of the cab drivers are staying just beside the stop and requesting the passengers to travel in their cabs to Airport@300. TSRTC may take necessary action in that regard for safety of the passengers and survival of Pushpak bus services

Every time I have seen the bus comes and 15 min before the schedule. If you come on time the local taxi people will jump on you. Though the staffs/drivers are polite and well mannered, but it seems they have commission transaction with taxis. I have experienced the same at Begumpet for 4 times.

Even though the bus arrived near Begumpet check point 20min late but I've reached RGIA in time and also with comfort. The bus is also empty but few are occupied that can be accounted in figures. TSRTC is providing a/c bus up down to airports but public is still utilizing private transportation

One of the best service to go to airport from amerpet and Begumpet or somajigurda . The fare is INR -> RS 265. It will drop u inside the airport. Just be safe from the taxi drivers outside the day they will take 300 but they will wait until there taxi is full so it will consume lot of time .

Had experienced many comfortable journeys. Post Covid the timings has changed, earlier used to have Moore frequency, at present I believe it is now at each hour. The pickup points are not having any facilities, be prepared for it. No water, toilet, AC or Fans @ Begumpet parytak bhavan stop..

Travel hassle-free with safe and comfort. Affordable a/c bus shuttle service every 30minutes. Poor maintenance at bus stop, no water, no fan for waiting passengers. Passengers prefer to stand outside rather than sitting inside due to mosquitoes.

Best airport service by TSRTC.. awesome initiative by govt... you will always find goons there asking you to use their taxi instead of bus with same tarrif...i would recommend to use bus only as it is safe in all aspects..

I called the number given for Paryatak bhavan. I found out what time the bus would be available and also information that if I buy a return ticket (10 day validity) I save 20% Reached within an hour. Very happy

Its a great initiative by telangana government but don't know why they are not maintaining the buses and shelters as well. If its done then no better option is there to get into RAJIV GANDHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

This is the best service for people trying to go to airport using public transport.The fare is 300/- and you will be served complimentary drinking water bottle. It take about 45 mins to 1 hr depending on traffic.

I found the place hard way. This is Opposite to Paryatak Bhavan. Not on the same road. Opposite side a small basic bus stop watch for it. Intrestingly the toursim office had no info or clue about it ....

I don't know how this google Maps knew I was in this Bus. It's creepy. But it's fine. Bus is good. Little old fashioned. Not much bumpy jumps. Comfortable seatings. Happy to be travelled.

Bus was on time. Took 1hr to reach airport during afternoon traffic very comparable to cab. Costs only Rs 265. Person in-charge at the bus stop was very helpful in tracking bus.

Taking one hour to airport driver are stopping for tiffin in middle of the journey and bus frequency is one hour time is more to travel in Bus we can not stay for one hour gap

Amazing volvo service every hour from morning 625am to 11:00 pm in the night minimum stops. From Greenland, Begumpet it takes 40 mins to departure gate at Shamshabad airport

Going to Airport is fast , but coming from airport to Hyderabad city was a time taking, specially the bus to Begumpet route, the driver even didn’t stop at stop properly.

It’s good if they operate on time but they don’t do occasional with delay or break down of busses. Customer care is in English so no need to worry if you from outside.
