GROSS seating area, trash overflowing out of trash cans and onto the floor and ALL of the tables were dirty, covered in food. The staff didn't care at all, they chatted with each other when there was no one in line, rather than making the seating area even slightly presentable. The staff were also rude an unhelpful. Someone I was with inquired about what the vegetarian protein was, and they had no idea what he was talking about, even though it was clearly on the menu. I bought a brownie and was surprised at the cost because the sign said something different, but they told me that was the price for the cookies, not brownies. Then put two different prices on the sign! I gave this two stars instead of one because the food was average for a Qdoba. I don't like their food that much to begin with, and this location was average. It does not, at all, make up for the dirtiness and the service.

I have been eating here for years on and off. Sadly, it has gone very down hill. I am a member of the loyalty program and order online through the app. The last two times I arrived to pick up my food, the order was taped to the wall (so they were aware of it) and they hadn’t started it yet. Both times I chalked it up to a bad day even though it wasn’t at busy times of the day and the store wasn’t busy, so I waited for them to make my order. Today I ordered a full 25 minutes before I arrived and agin they hadn’t started my order. Then they ignored me when I asked about it and continued helping people who had just walked into the store. Qdoba - If you don’t want orders from the app, then shut the feature off. I guarantee Qdoba won’t get the change to ignore my order again. There are plenty other places that are much better and more convenient. My loyalty is gone.

Really just an awful experience start to finish. Ordered ahead on the app and the food was ready 20 minutes after the promised time. The restaurant was dirty, the sanitizer was empty, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The quesadilla was extremely disappointing. The whole thing was so mushy & wet and just not appealing at all. The chips & quac were great. They appeared fully staffed & everyone seemed to be working hard. But maybe not working smart? Oh, and the address and the pin absolutely do not match the actual location. Took me forever to find them. I've submitted an edit that will hopefully get approved. It's been a long time since I've been to a Qdoba, and I don't think I'll be going back.

They RUSH making their stuff. My friends quesadilla was falling apart. They over fill the tacos with everything but meat so Mike ripped as well and was extra soggy. They made us wait a really long time because one staff member decided it was time to clean the entire kitchen (literally loved the salad bar back and was sweeping back and forth in front of us) during the shift. I’m sorry but I’ve worked front of line, hourly, service jobs. As much as you want your closing duties to go quicker there’s just some stuff you need to wait to do after customers are gone because you left one staff member to make several orders solo. We were late to our movie. Which was literally next door. And we allowed ourselves 20 min. But because we waited in line so long we had to scarf down our food

Horrible customer service! I work near this location and I have tried to give them several chances. But the workers fixing the food have attitudes and while you are trying to customize your meal they are moving you along and not listening to your requests. I will no longer eat at this location. I Ordered 3 cheese nachos, they gave me the incorrect chicken I asked for the regular adobo chicken I received the hot/sweet chicken asked for lettuce, didn’t receive any. was told I couldn’t add the tortilla soup to my bowl although someone ahead of my had just done the exact same thing. So I was given a cup of soup to purchase… I Will not be back here. ( 555 11th st nw location)

This was my first time here and seriously I was so disappointed with the food , the rice was so soggy and tasted not that great and also it’s an expensive knock off when we compare it to chipotle! Also the person at the register just made us wait unless until she could finish the other orders even though there were other people at the register. A very bad experience with my visit.

First off, Google maps has the location wrong; the street addresses on this block are weird. It's actually on E street between 10th and 11th. Normally I would go to Chipotle, but I've never had QDOBA and it was close to the Warner theater. The food was decent, but my chicken queso burrito was skimpy on the chicken and queso, and was overstuffed with rice. Also, they were out of iced tea at 6:30 p.m. But if you want something quick because the show you're going to starts in an hour, this is a good choice.

I order catering for a work party. And when I say amazing , everything was so very fresh and hot. The spoons and plates and everything to serve and eat with was in the packaging. I picked up on a Friday and it's now a Tuesday, and we are still eating chips. I ordered the smallest serving size meal for about ten people and everyone was able to make two plates and take leftovers home. 10 out of 10

There is a fight for bowl and burrito supremecy on this street between Qdoba and Chipolte. Try both and it's easy to see and feel who is the better of the two. We tried Chipolte and it was dirty and the food didn't taste right. We came to Qdoba and the atmosphere is great. The employees are friendly and the food is awesome. Was not to expensive either and it's very filling. Did I mention the guacamole is free? There is no comp, Qdoba hands down!

It was my first time at one of these establishment and I went in not knowing anything about it. It was a very interesting experience and will definitely be coming back in the future. My only gripe is that this specific location does not match the Google pin on maps. We ended up finding it by reading other reviews.

Now this place is very interesting because I’m always used to eating Chipotle and since they were closed I went here. So they serve everything that Chipotle serves which can be basically copying them, but in a way it’s good. They have nachos, burritos, and bowls. I got a burrito with rice and beans and chicken and wow it was really good. Price was affordable averaging to pretty much the same price as Chipotle. So I would rate this a 9/10.

My first time here I was visiting, and wanted to try something new. I got there just in time before they was finna close, and the young ladies where very nice with great customer service. The atmosphere was very clean, food was hot, and they was very nice to take my order last minute.. Food was Amazing, and the portions are huge

Thursday May 12th 2022 11:55 Bad customer service. First person I talked to in purple didn't prepare my food the way the menu showed it. I had to scream through the worthless plexiglass three times to get her attention. The menu didn't even say what was on the plate, just a picture of the entree and no description of what comes with it. Same employee gave me no options of what I want inside the quesadilla. Onionnnsssuuuhhh

We ordered delivery from Qdoba for the first time. We had called to confirm our order had the extra meat and rice (paid for) before the order was made. The food arrived and my boyfriend’s burrito arrived coming unwrapped and had leaked all over the bag. My burrito didn’t have the extra chicken and rice. I called and the person I spoke with said they couldn’t help and to call tomorrow. Disappointed and won’t order again

Went in for an online order, they were packed because it was lunch but the customer service was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT!!! I may had to wait a little longer but the food was better than I expected it to be. This will definitely my go to

Directions to this place are non existant and no map service seems to know where it is. Called in and asked where they were but the person on the line said they were qdoba and open but had no info to give and didnt understand that the maps are wrong. Store needs to update location so people can find it

After coming to QDOBA a few times, it seems that the quality of the food has improved. I really like the fact that they have a good selection for protein, and the new addition of the impossible meat was great. I have been visiting this place more often for lunch, and I have not been disappointed.

It was ok.. a tad warm inside though. No complaints overall with the predictive Qdoba menu. My only complaint with this place, or any other Qdoba I've ever been to is the garbage cans.. they're the last thing on the staff's mind. Garbage cans were overflowing and lunch hour was well past over.

A basic taco salad with fajita veggies on top... The veggies are completely raw and cold, almost like if you were to eat them from the fridge. Everything was cold (even the queso) enough that the shredded cheese didn't even begin to melt. To go order didn't even have a napkin or fork.

Close to the capitol. Even though it the line was long, staff were very fast and polite.

The setup is very similar to Chipotle, but I found the food to be much tastier. The staff at the one I went to near Metro Central Station had very nice staff and seemed clean. Overall I would definitely go there again and recommend it to friends.

Solidly good Cordova with surprisingly tasty food. I don't know how their Cooks prepare the pinto beans but they taste like something someone's abuela would make for them. good portion size and wonderfully friendly and patient customer service.

I ordered food for a large party, and this location did a fantastic job! The food was delicious, and they helped me by personalizing each order with a name on top.. would recommend for large parties! Thanks to those that work at this location!

Great value for a quick lunch. Similar model to a few other build your own burrito places but they have free caso dip and guacamole, which is clutch. Friendly staff, quick service, delicious quick order food. Hard to complain.

Love this place! So many more options than chipotle. Food is decently priced and a bit cheaper, service is good—this is definitely a favorite of mine wish the location was a bit more convenient but it’s not too bad of a walk.

Their address is not 11th Street, they are on E Street between 10th and Eleventh. I called them and they didn’t even know their own address!

I ordered a quesadilla, it was good and full of cheese. They had a seating area outside and inside. So, dining in is allowed. It's the same food you would expect from other locations!

Good food, fast service. Our burritos were made so big the tortilla couldn't even contain everything! Good for filing you up, bad for portability. :) Overall decent place to eat.
