I've been here a few times for coffee and I'm afraid the service doesn't get any better! Please people, train your staff. Yesterday I found a very dead fly in my cold coffee - I assume it had thawed out of the ice cubes as I hadn't seen it while drinking till I got nearer the end. When I took my glass up to the female staff member and told her, she just shrugged at me, and said well ... nothing really. No apology, no refund, not even a suggestion of a new drink. I will not be back. I just don't understand this awful, modern trend of pretty much treating your customers like you're doing them a huge favour.

High hopes for this visually appealing hidden gem! We arrived around 6ish for pre dinner drinks, cocktails were nice enough ( city prices ) we ordered the cheese platter which was very underwhelming in presentation and taste. The atmosphere was quite only a few other ( 2 ) people at tables. Music was good, the lighting made it cosy. Overall I feel they are close to nailing a outter city vibe/gin bar, but refining the smaller details to give more personality and class would go a long way.

Been here twice service is terrible. Just returned here for the third time and received equally terrible service. Server watched me wait in the sun for 15 minutes after I ordered a Latte and when I went to ask where my coffee was as I had to go to work she said my payment had not gone through. What? Wait? I was standing in front of her why would she not tell me that! Late for work thanks Quincy’s and terrible service. Do better. It has always been the young blonde women at the front counter that has been my server.

Was really keen to work near this place as I live in the area, love coffee and appreciate great hospitality. And let me tell you - Quincy's does not disappoint! Great staff, very chatty, fantastic communication. I've even worked a few shifts with the gang. They're all fantastic! Great food, coffee, wine and smiles. I come here everyday, sometimes twice a day!

Great little hole in the wall atmosphere from a design perspective on first impression however lacking huge potential in service and food. Staff unresponsive, a lot of ingredients from the menu unavailable and overall cleanliness poor. Such a shame as this place could be awesome and I would have liked to use this as a local.

My Friday haunt for coffees or food in the mornings, then a beer and charcuterie board in the evening. Great vibe, awesome setup and the team have some good banter. Excited for the soon to be opened new kitchen - even if poor Marion was mildly inconvenienced - this place is going to be even better very soon and I'm all about it.

5+1/5 Must try local gin bar in the evening, reliable cafe in the morning. Understated, cozy evening atmosphere. Amazing knowledgeable staff to help decipher the extensive range of gin, wine and new in-house set menu. Have been coming here for 5 years and will continue to do so for many more! The perfect gem for your morning coffee, evening bev or just a spot to sit and get work done! Quincy's is a kid and dog friendly place that makes it feel like home away from home! Coffee is always hot and fresh, the staff are always happy to see you and help! Not a bad word to say about this place!

New menu is to die for. I tried the mussels and would highly recommend to anyone coming in to try. Bartenders provided great service and had a broad knowledge of all the gins available. A must do, if in Brisbane.

Quincy's is a fantastic little bar/cafe that is just as charming in the morning as it is at night. A great selection of drinks/gins from behind the beautiful bar-front. The staff were very friendly and down for a yarn. Will definitely be going back again.

Was excited to try a new local, ordered the pizza and was very DISAPPOINTED to see the Crust delivery man deliver our pizzas from around the corner... oh but with a bit of extra garnish... no shame either! How can a small boutique bar have a set menu and then serve TAKEAWAY PIZZA from around the corner. Not impressed at all.

If there were more stars I would has used. This place is a gem. Lovely staff. Great coffee The best smashed avo Quirky, but relaxing. Yes, I loved it

A fantastic piece of urban chique in the inner suburbs. A favourite for a sneaky hot chocolate and coffee with the kids en route to school, becomes a very popular nightspot for a few quiet ones with the locals. Always great service to everyone fantastic food and an engaging selection of bevies.

Quincy’s is one of our favourite locals. It’s an awesome spot to drop in for a coffee in the morning or something colder in the evening, but we have also held a friend’s 40th here so would definitely recommend for events and parties. Great selection and friendly staff :)

Really quaint atmosphere, lovely staff and good coffee. They offer a fair range of some breakfast bites - but if you're looking for a wide spread of food options, perhaps dine elsewhere. This is an ideal spot for a coffee catch up with friends.

Arguably one of the most underrated bars in Brisbane!!! Very quaint and somewhat hidden bar in the Grange. The bar staff are incredibly friendly. We were served by Lochie who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their selection

Brilliant little Gin Bar that serves great coffee. I had a Iced Long Black and really enjoyed it. I appreciate the staff's gin knowledge. I tried a Patient Wolf Gin on the rocks and it was a must try.

A hidden gem! I get coffee here everyday, the place has the best atmosphere and great friendly staff. Also the perfect place for some gin tasting and Friday arvo drinks!
