On several occasions I have expressed my concerns regarding safety here at the terminal TO SUPERVISORS & MANAGEMENT Everytime my concerns have been entirely disregarded as if safety has no importance. How Australian (of your poorly selected managment) As management do not care about safety concerns I cannot recommend anyone who cares for human life to set foot on the property. If you want to bring it up with the leading hand or team leader you may very well be sworn at, as I've historically seen (Likely stress from being understaffed or just not caring anymore - like management) The forklift drivers are often flustered and openly speak of being overworked due to staff shortages, why would employees want to turn up and work at a place like this anyway? Avoid this place like the plague. Export counter located on the far left of the building, import counter on the far right. Bathrooms available at those locations. Customer service is "excellent" unfortunately the freight handling terminal can be a real hit or miss on the busiest days - being Monday and Friday afternoon exports, expect potentially lenghty "delays as usual" on these days. The handling team are as accomidating with bypass units / ULDs as their equipment allows them to be (very poor) Lets face it... Qantas openly loads and unloads airline units with forklifts although it's unsafe and against all handling procedures. The one star I have left is definitely generous.

The staff at QF Brisbane are good. The front counter are awesome and the core team of handlers in the warehouse are helpful. (I’ve only had 1 instance where some casual/contract handlers where terrible. Just sat and watched me wrestle 5 palletts of freight around.An exception, not the norm here.) **Remember to goto the front desk on the right side of the building and check in. They have self check kiosks if you have the lodgement number or Air Way Bill you are there for. If needed you may have to drive around the back into the yard. You will need your license and a High Vis Shirt. ** Truck drivers in 14 pallett plus size vehicles. I would suggest driving in the left hand driveway of the site (from the street) as it’s a straight line in not a 99degree turn)

Wish I could give 0 stars. Paid in advanced days before for live amphibians to be flown same day from Sunshine Coast to cairns. 2.5hrs for a normal domestic flight. Animals were admitted to Qantas at 5am and meant to land in cairns at 5:25pm. Currently 10:15pm and the animals I’ve been told didn’t make multiple flights, traveled to Sydney then to bris and currently stuck in Bris. From what I was I formed they won’t arrive until tomorrow now. You pay the money for the reliability when you have sensitive ‘living’ animals. Not reliable in any way. If the service can’t be provided as asked and then paid then inform the person.

Everything leading up to the flight was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. However after leaving my cat in their care and proceeding to my gate lounge, I saw my cats cage unaccompanied, sitting on an empty trolley in the middle of the tarmac next to our qantas link plane for over 10 minutes and he was only placed on the plane when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff at the customer service desk. I found this to be extremely inappropriate and an act that could have caused unnecessary distress for him. Very unimpressed.

Absolutely horrible experience with Qantas freight. Our goods landed 23/3 - border force put a hold on it, took them 4 days to release - we collected within 4 hours of being released. Quatas charge us over $1,100.00 in storage fees! Absolutely no fault of ours whatsoever considering goods were customs cleared before the flight landed. Strongly recommend using any other freight line other than Qantas. Company driven by nothing but greed - gets bail outs from the Gov during covid then boasts $1bn profits from ripping off the every day consumer.

I just want to thank everyone at Qantas Int Air Brisbane for their help. I finally have my cargo after a clearing mix up. Everyone has been great but I cannot remember all who I spoke to. I had the choice of 3 Airlines to get my goods from Mumbai but this is why I stay with Qantas. Importing for many years from different countries I have dealt with many receiving agents at Brisbane Int Airport but it seems Qantas are much more easy going than the others. I’ve stopped flying Qantas as their overall service has dropped to an unexpected and acceptable level. They misplaced my bags in the end so frequently it was a joke. It cause me no end of trouble both for work and personal travel... Please understand I’m not just talking about once or twice but many times... Out of the last 10 time that I have flown with them 50% of the time my bags didn’t turn up. I also find their planes seem very tired no longer does qantas seem like a premium carried.

Fifth day at Qantas Freight and their systems are still down since 24th of September. Management of the imports and exports is appalling with delivery drivers waiting over 90 minutes to be served by the counter by three people. Qantas should prioritise in these situations more staff memebers to deal with the backlog.

Staff member Chris went above and beyond as my husband and I travelled from Townsville and had no way of getting to freight collection point other than walking.Chris kindly collected us and returned us to airtrain .I cannot thank Chris and all the other staff who helped us today.Thankyou so much.

The staff were very helpful and caring as I was a little anxious waiting for my pet to arrive from Canberra. They kept me well informed on the procedure right from the planes landing to my eventual collection of my pup. It is a lengthy process but I couldn't thank them enough.

Customer service isn't as good as it could be. Or equivalent to other airline's I'd recommend virgin and will book any future business ventures with them from now on Also the staff don't have as much knowledge and are pretty dismissive

Importing personal effects from overseas - Shane W helped me out a lot because I didn't go through a broker. Great customer service. Customs gave me the most grief with their red tape! Go through a broker if you can.

Unbelievably slow and disorganized. I have repeatedly had to wait 20 minutes or more before they tell me they can't find my order anywhere only to get a call later that day saying they found it.

Sat on phone for 20 minutes waiting to be connected. Couldn't answer my questions so transferred me to the freight dept in my state. 3 minutes later hung up on. Disgusting customet service.

We had a puppy flown in and the staff took such good care of him that he wasn't even distressed. They even have an enclosure for the pups to stretch their legs and work out the kinks.

Absolute disgusting service. Line ups out the door to get freight and only 1 staff member. Signs everywhere saying must where masks etc but the staff members don't wear them.

Absolutely useless. Never ever fly your pets with them. They take there time . Never advise if flight is delayed. Made me wait 3 hours at terminal to get my puppy .

I am using the Storage place there Super Cheap Storage . They leave big Boxes for you to fill up then they store it & deliver it to you . Super Convenient
